<text>Today, it can be said that coding has become a key competence for students and people working in many different fields in the business world. It is assumed that those who seek and develop new ways to learn-teach coding will be one step ahead. The educational use of coding started with the use of the Logo programming language in the 60s.This concept has started to revive in recent years with visual programming languages such as “Alice, its code, code.org and Scratch”. These visual programming structures enable young learners to write applications without having to learn the complex code structures of traditional programming languages. In this study to develop an experimental study to determine the basic robotic coding skills of preschool students with intellectual disabilities. The sample of the study consists of a total of 20 students with studying in pre-school education institutions in a city in Türkiye. The ages of the students are between 5 years old. Semi-experimental design, one of the experimental research designs, was used in the research. In this context, 1 experimental and 1 control group was formed with the random assignment method. The materials used in both the experimental and control groups were determined as the pre-school robotic coding set U-bot starter package.5 weeks were determined as the teaching process and a total of 12 activities that served the purpose were applied to the students. During the applications, the data of the students were collected with the help of the observation form, coding skill test and after the application, they were collected through focus group interviews. As a result, at the end of the 5-week period, it was observed that there were positive significant changes in the two dependent variables (academic achievement andlearning rate) that were used as a basis for measuring the learning skills of both the experimental group and the control group students.</text>

<text>A model of distributed storage split data using algorithms, multidimensional parity, resistance to partial losses of the storage sites, is regarded as an alternative way of security that can replace the conventional multiple reservations and carrying costs of growth of the physical volume. In this model, the generated redundant data allows you to restore partial loss of the split parts. In this case, the recovery is performed at the expense of the parity files formed during the splitting procedure, in which the main action is the calculation of bitwise parity with summation modulo "two". With this additional operation between the source files, you can restore the corrupted file without distortion. A comparison with several models that use checksum codes for recovery shows that the estimated probability of losses due to storage failure in the case of multidimensional parity codes is significantly less than when using other split data storage options. Using the operation of adding the bits of undamaged files, you can completely restore corrupted files. According to the calculated data, even when theoretically non-recoverable losses are reached, it is always possible to find combinations of chain recovery. The complexity of alternative methods, including the iterative decoding method, makes a distributed split data storage system using multidimensional parity algorithms a more convenient error correction technology.

<text>Using ICTs in education allows the effective integration of new technologies into the educational process. Developing information and communication technologies also require timely changes in knowledge evaluation and use. As a result, methods, techniques, and technologies used in learning are being updated. In this study, a method for developing an automated educational and methodical complex based on a semantic network is described. Requirements for such educational and methodological complex have been formulated. Structural and formal models of tools based on a semantic network have been presented. The purpose of developing the model is to make it easier for students to perceive the various educational and methodological complexes through its compilation on the basis of a holistic view of the subject area, as well as to optimize the work of the teacher. </text>

<text>Transportation is extremely important in society's day-to-day operations. A major portion of the working class in most cities go to work and school regularly. Commuting can be used for a variety of reasons, including relaxation, dining out, and other activities. Land transportation, which includes the use of both individual and commercial cars, is the most frequent mode of transportation in North Cyprus, particularly in emerging cities... Commercial transportation, on the other hand, has a significant cost benefit over having a personal vehicle. Taxis are becoming increasingly popular, particularly in the cities of Nicosia, Famagusta, and Karenina. Before, the institutions providing such services were unable to reach as many people as they would have liked, particularly in rural areas. Given the widespread use of smartphones in this area, there is an urgency to reach more customers while taking care of the existing ones. Some businesses in North Cyprus have implemented mobile applications to be used by their consumers, but North Cab Taxi is still a work in progress. Instead, the company uses a Web-based cab reservation system. North Cab has realized the necessity for a smartphone version of its cab booking service for it to keep a competitive step above its competition.</text>

<text>Smartphone usage is increasing due to several features and opportunities offered by manufacturers and service providers. Existing literature attributes this increased usage to the availability of virtual assistants, mainly voice assistants, that ensure users' facility and maximum benefit. This research also focused on the factors behind voice assistant usage, particularly in iPhones among users in the United Arab Emirates. Notably, the conceptual framework in this research is supported by the Theory of Reasoned Action. The researchers adopted a cross-sectional design and gathered data from n= 251 respondents. Data analysis through Structural Equation Modelling revealed that, Perceived Ease of Use, Subjective Norms, and Perceived Behavioral Control work as significant factors contributing to iPhone-based voice assistant usage. On the other hand, Expectation Confirmation also works as a significant factor in Siri usage. On the other hand, Satisfaction significantly mediated (p> .022) the users’ Expectation Confirmation leading to Siri usage among the respondents. Further, the Artificial Neural Network Analysis (ANN) revealed an overall accuracy regarding Training at 14.8% and 30.8% concerning Testing. Thus, it is concluded that the devices accompanied by ease of use are preferred due to their distinguished services. In this regard, highlighting voice assistants' help also reflects the importance of technology in our daily lives. Especially mobile computing is playing a significant role in improving our everyday technology experiences.</text>

<text>Radio Resource Management (RRM) is the key component that influences the Quality of Service (QoS) in emerging mobile systems. The harsh requirements of recent multimedia applications press on the behavior of the resource allocation model at the Medium Access Control (MAC). This, under certain conditions, deteriorates awareness of the scheduler in satisfying QoS characteristics for the diverse attending traffic flows. The trade-off between QoS metrics may be a viable remedy to this problem. However, if the tradeoff is not meticulously addressed, it definitely increases the delay beyond the allowed threshold and plummets the data rates of the involved flows. In this article, a Delay-oriented Resource Allocation (DoRA) scheduler is proposed for the downlink channel to transmit multimedia applications. The main aim of DoRA is to schedule flows of different volumes with guaranteed low delay values and acceptable throughput under harsh network conditions (i.e., high traffic load and mobility). An efficient priority weight function is formulated based on a delay-oriented rule considering the buffer delay of the diverse flows. Eventually, a greedy algorithm assigns channel resources to the prioritized flows with high weights. DoRA is compared to reference schedulers using system-level simulation over two scenarios. The performance results indicate that DoRA maintains a low end-to-end delay with robust throughput and efficient spectrum efficiency for different flow volumes over congested network states.</text>

<text>Cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) and cloud computing are critical requirements for all SMEs since they can be used to facilitate the SMEs’ growth by creating competitive and personalized innovations considering their required business scope. To date, the growth of cloud technologies has led to the development of new systems and applications in many fields and areas including businesses. Our previous study proposed an adoption model to investigate the main determinants and logistical factors that influence decision-makers of SMEs to adopt cloud-based ERP systems. The aim of this research is to enhance the previous work by evaluating and validating the new model in real life to determine whether it has achieved what it was developed for and determine the reliability of the research results. The methodology and results of the evaluation and validation process of the proposed model are presented in this research. Considering there is little documentation in the literature specifically relevant to how proposed models have been evaluated and validated, hence providing this insight will assist both the academic researchers and decision-makers. The evaluation and validation methodology and the model itself contribute toward a better understanding of adoption processes. Furthermore, the evaluation and validation procedure in future work can be used to measure, enhance and determine whether the proposed models can be used in real life.</text>

<text>Covid-19 patients experience several symptoms such as shortness of breath, abnormal heart rate, lung function abnormalities that are similar to pneumonia symptoms. These symptom conditions indicate that the saturation of oxygen (O2) levels dissolved in the blood is not normal. To measure oxygen levels in the blood using a medical device, one of which is a Pulse Oximeter. Covid-19 patients in the Sapta Taruna Health Center were 665 patients, of which this patient was counted from January 2022 to April 2022. Based on information obtained from the Sapta Taruna Health Center, the only patients that were counted were those who did the PCR/Swab test, while the people who were suspected infected with Covid-19 there are still many who do not do PCR/Swab tests, this refusal is due to fear because Hoax information is spread in the community such as: PCR/Swab tests are painful, if the PCR/Swab test results are positive, fear of being ostracized, feel healthy and other reasons. other. Patients who have been tested positive for Covid-19 will be given drugs such as fever medicine, antibiotics, anti-virus, Vitamin C, and others according to the level of symptoms they feel, if the symptoms are felt at a moderate, mild or even asymptomatic stage, they will be advised to isolate independently (Isoma) at home, but there is no further monitoring from the Sapta Taruna Health Center, even though patients who are self-isolating at home may experience a decrease in blood oxygen levels drastically, so these patients need medical devices such as pulse oximetry so that patients who are isoma can perform independent checking, henceforth the current pulse oximetry cannot provide remote information related to the condition of oxygen saturation in the patient's blood. Judging from the problems above, the research team made a product, namely Pulse Oximetry based on IoT, this tool is to measure oxygen saturation in the patient's blood and the data from the measurements made by the patient will be automatically sent to the server and can be viewed on the Sapta Taruna Health Center website, so that the Sapta Taruna Health Center can monitoring the condition of the patient in real time without having to meet directly with the patient.</text>

<text>The cloud paradigm has swiftly developed, and it is now well known as one of the emerging technologies that will have a significant influence on technology and society in the next few years. Cloud computing also has several benefits, including lower operating costs, server consolidation, flexible system setup, and elastic resource supply. However, there are still technological hurdles to overcome, particularly with real-time applications by providing resources. Resources allocation management most charming part of cloud computing; therefore, several authors have worked in the area of resource usage. This study introduces an innovative cloud machine learning framework-based linear regression approach called cloud linear regression (CLR), which entails both cloud technology and machine learning concept. CLR using machine learning yielded good prediction results for resource allocation management, as appeared with many researching, and still seek, research to raise optimal solutions to the resources' allocation problem as the aim of this study. This study discusses the relation between cloud resource allocation management and machine learning techniques by illustrating the role of linear regression methods, resource distribution, and task scheduling. The analytical analysis shows that the CLR promises to present an effective solution for resources (scheduling, provisioning, allocation, and availability).</text>
