<text>The progress in communication and information technology has contributed to the creation of the Internet of Thing (IoT). Internet of Things today plays a crucial role in tracking, documenting, storing, presentation and communication in variety of fields like healthcare, smart cities, engineering, and others. Using an IoT-based monitoring system, the critical parameters of health are tracked and data transmitted via network. Data will be accessed for the benefit of the patient's current condition. This research paper focused on remote monitoring of body temperature (DS18B20), heart rate and SPO2(MAX30100), additionally the position of patient can be obtained on demand using SIM7600E GSM and GNSS HAT (Hardware attached on top) Module. Raspberry Pi 4B used as microcontroller to gather data from health parameter sensors. The data from sensors transmitted into cloud storage through a network. The proposed system uses last version of IoT microcontroller and devices were used which significantly affected the precision and speed of the whole system. A GUI cross platform mobile application was developed for presenting real-time data to both doctors and patients. The system is beneficial for synchronous monitoring of patient’s health status hence allowing urgent medical decision by doctors at right time.</text>

<text>This research aims to discover the effect of STEM autonomous learning city map application on the students’ critical thinking skills. The design of the research is quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test control groups. The population of the research is the fourth graders of an elementary school with a total of 60 students involved as the research samples. To collect the data, the research instruments used are a test and an interview. The test is to gain the data of the students’ critical thinking skills while the interview is to gain information regarding the students’ experiences with STEM autonomous learning city map. The findings revealed that there is a significant difference of the critical thinking skills between the students of both groups (Asymp. Sig. 2-tailed = 0.015, p<0.05). The critical thinking skills of the students in the experiment class were increased by 23.7%. In addition, compared to the students in the control group, those in the experimental group showed a more positive attitude towards their experiences of learning using STEM autonomous city map application. Owing to this, it can be concluded that learning with the STEM autonomous learning city map application can affect students’ critical thinking skills positively.</text>

<text>Aquaponics is one of the agricultural production technological advancements that should be publicized. Climate change, population expansion, water scarcity, soil degradation, and food security are just a few of the world's most pressing issues. Aquaponics, which is a closed-loop system that combines hydroponics and aquaculture, may be able to deal with issues like climate change, population expansion, water scarcity, soil degradation, and food security. Thus, this paper aims to design and construct an aquaponics system that combines fish farming with plant growth. The system used a variety of sensors, including temperature and humidity sensors, ultrasonic sensors, and pH sensors, as well as microcontrollers like Arduino, to monitor and manage the water quality, plant humidity, and other variables. When the sensor identifies any abnormal circumstance, early warnings in the form of SMS and push notifications are immediately given to the user to ensure a healthy growing environment for fish and plants. The Arduino Development Environment (IDE) software is used to write a programme that connects the microcontroller to various sensors and other devices. pH sensors, temperature and humidity sensors, ultrasonic sensors, liquid crystal displays (LCDs), and GSM circuits are all built and connected to the system. A GSM notification message is sent to a mobile phone when the pH, temperature, and ultrasonic sensor findings are out of range. The data from this system's monitoring reveals the values that have been taken on a daily basis. The graph demonstrated that the plant's growth is increasing every day.</text>

However, on the other hand, it produces learning loss within a particular educational period and makes students less enthusiastic about building a collaborative attitude. In general, online learning platform providers have provided support for collaboration activity features, but in reality, they have not been able to support effective interaction. Experts believe that using the Personal Learning Environment (PLE) as an IT tool in the learning process can help create an effective online collaboration environment. This study found that PLE was proven to increase collaborative activities in online learning significantly. The reflection feature is the type of PLE that has the most significant influence on creating a good collaboration environment. The research also found that suitable collaborative activities can increase students' understanding of TVET pedagogy.</text>

<text>The internet of things (IoT) revolution has been sparked by the exponential increase in connected devices caused by recent advances in wireless technology. These embedded devices gather, analyze, and send vast data via the network. Data transmission security is a primary problem in IoT networks. Several lightweight encryption/decryption algorithms have been developed for such resource-constraint devices. One of most effective and fast lightweight encryption algorithms for IoT applications is the Tiny Encryption Algorithm (TEA). TEA has few lines source of codes to implement and based on Feistel structure to provide cryptographic primitive confusion and diffusion features in order to hide statistical aspects of plaintext. However, it is vulnerable to assaults using equivalent and related key attacks. This study suggested modifying TEA by employing a new proposed generating keys function using two Linear Feedback Shift Registers (LFSRs) as a combination to address the security flaw caused by utilizing different keys for each round function. The key sensitivity, Avalanche effect, and a completeness test were used to evaluate its security performance. The key sensitivity of the proposed modified TEA outperforms original TEA by 50.18 % to 44.88 %. The modified TEA avalanche effect outperforms TEA by 52.57 % to 47.69 %, and its completeness test outperforms TEA by 51.75 % to 48.36 %. Experimental results indicates that, the encryption performance of proposed modified TEA is better than original TEA.</text>

<text>In this age of digitization, it is essential to develop interactive media that may serve as a vehicle for learning while also engaging children. Thus, learning media that includes both real and digital media can be made more exciting and less tedious by making it more fun while still valuing traditional and interactive learning utilizing technology, which is why this is important. This project aims to generate media solutions that early childhood educators and kindergarten teachers can use to assist them in learning and teaching. The media that was created includes Android apps that use Augmented Reality. (AR), technology to make the experience more fun for kids and book media based on the kindergarten curriculum. Subsequently, parents and caregivers can use this media to teach their children about the living room, toilet, and other places based on the images that have been shown. When an Android app scans this picture, it will illustrate animated 3D objects through Augmented Reality. Notwithstanding, the Android app has a free picture coloring option. Equally, it must be supervised by parents or teachers, a practice known as digital parenting. The development and verification results confirm that this medium is suitable for implementation and use in schools and kindergartens.</text>

<text>This paper presents a new algorithm in an important research field which is the semantic word similarity estimation. A new feature-based algorithm is proposed for measuring the word semantic similarity for the Arabic language. It is a highly systematic language where its words exhibit elegant and rigorous logic. The score of sematic similarity between two Arabic words is calculated as a function of their common and total taxonomical features. An Arabic knowledge source is employed for extracting the taxonomical features as a set of all concepts that subsumed the concepts containing the compared words. The previously developed Arabic word benchmark datasets are used for optimizing and evaluating the proposed algorithm. In this paper, the performance of the new feature-based algorithm is compared against the performance of seven ontology-based algorithms adapted to Arabic. The results of the evaluation and comparison experiments show that the new proposed algorithm outperforms the adapted word similarity algorithms on the Arabic word benchmark dataset. The proposed algorithm will be included in the AWN-similarity which is free open-source software for Arabic.</text>

<text>Noppitam district, Nakhon Si Thammarat is known as one of Thailand’s rich natural sources which features a range of agro-tourist attractions. However, there is no dependable information system for management of tourism and routing guidance available in such district. The locals mostly resort to their own social media platforms in attempt to publicize local attractions, which unfortunately causes disorderliness to the information. Upon arrival at the Noppitam district, Nakhon Si Thammarat, tourists therefore have to search for information of each tourist attraction separately. Regarding this, it is essential to develop the management information system for agro-tourism activities and attractions with the YII framework, and implement the MySQL to devise the database. This can help with management of information for tourism, restaurants, and residences available around the district. Moreover, it can serve as the central system which provides tourists with information regarding tourist attractions open in the Noppitam district as well as guides them to the destinations, restaurants, and residences nearby, with accurate multilayered data on Google Maps API. The system also enables tourists to give feedback, either via their iOS or Android devices. Thanks to the participative data management, owners of attractions, restaurants, and residences can manually update information to keep it all up to date.</text>

<text>Over seventy-one percent of the Earth's surface is covered by oceans, a vast body of water that is sometimes divided up into smaller bodies of water called seas. Research in this area is focusing on the significant advantages of an undersea or ocean-based environment, which is impacted by the ocean's temperature. Freshwater lakes and rivers cover less than 1% of the Earth's surface. So, ecosystems are damaged and modern technology must be developed so that climate and other elements may be regulated. The Internet of Underwater Things is cutting-edge technology in the ocean and underwater environments (IoUT). It's a network of underwater items that can be used to monitor large, undiscovered aquatic areas with a real-time Internet connection. There are several uses for IoUT, including in the military, strategic fields, climate research, and thermal pollution monitoring. With the use of the World Wide Web, Ocean of Things (OoT) devices may communicate in real-time using this technology. An IoUT is one of the most important IoT areas where a dynamic network is built and many advantages are reaped from the process. Using a multi-dimensional method for cumulative performance in the marine and undersea objects area, this research publication presents use examples for IoUT. Many significant applications and real-world domains are demonstrated to interface with crucial IoUT components. The proposed approach is making use of a multi-hop and metaheuristic-based approach for the effectiveness and overall performance of IoUT. As there are so many challenges in IoUT including frequent battery reduction and energy issues, there is a need to integrate the multi-layered approach. The presented approach is effective in terms of fewer packet losses, high throughput, and minimum energy consumption.</text>

<text>The appearance of Edge Computing with the possibility to bring powerful computation servers near the mobile device is a major stepping stone towards better user experience and resource consumption optimization. Due to the Internet of Things invasion that led to the constant demand for communication and computation resources, many issues were imposed in order to deliver a seamless service within an optimized cost of time and energy, since most of the applications nowadays require real response time and rely on a limited battery resource. Therefore, Mobile Edge Computing is the new reliable paradigm in terms of communication and computation consumption by the mobile devices. Mobile Edge Computing rely on computation offloading to surpass cloud-based technologies issues and break the limitations of mobile devices such as computing, storage and battery resources. However, computation offloading is not always the optimal choice to adopt, which makes the offloading decision a crucial part in which many parameters should be taken in consideration such as delegating the heavy tasks to the appropriate machine within the network by migrating the high-resource node to an edge server and lend these capabilities to the low-resources one. In this paper, we use an Edge Computing simulator to see how network delay can impact the delivery of a certain result, we also experiment computation offloading using a two-tier with Edge Orchestration architecture, which turns out to be efficient in terms of processing time.</text>
