<text>Integration of information and communication technologies in educational settings offer added learning opportunities to teachers and students. However, these come with the expense of cyberloafing among students and educators in computer-mediated environments. Despite the curiosity it has been arousing, so recent is the concept of cyberloafing, implies that the knowledge accumulated so far is sparse, broad and fragmented. This study aims to systematically review the current challenges in the domain of cyberloafing. The study reviewed twenty-six peer-reviewed scholarly articles to analyse and reveal information on the methods, factors examined, applications, comprehensive results, and limitations. The findings in this study highlight the need to uncover the phenomenon of cyberloafing in teaching and learning environments, and proposes possible recommendations on issues and gaps open to be explored in future studies.</text>

<text>background: In recent years, recommender systems (RS) have grown in popularity among learning and education stakeholders, while open educational resources (OER) have begun to be deployed to improve the education field. The selection of OERs should not be haphazard; rather, it should be based on the learning objectives and (RS) commonly utilized to overcome the abundance of OER. Objective: The aim of this paper is to examine the current advances in OER recommenders and the different commonly used recommendation approaches and technical features, to position our future research alongside the existing. Method: A systematic literature review with a deductive approach using the grounded theory technique, combining quantitative and qualitative analysis by adopting open coding (inductive and deductive) for content analysis. Databases: we employed Google Scholar as a search engine to crawl data. Results: The findings are presented according to the (Bernard, H. Russell .2000) process. We present the results of the analysis using quotes from interviews that illuminate the theory (exemplars). Conclusion: The review reveals an emerging interest in the area; nevertheless, hybrid interactive systems; chatbot-based, dedicated to course creators are lacking. Further and future research is needed</text>

<text>The telecommunication industry is the leading industry in big data trends as this industry has the most capable infrastructure for big data. However, the adoption of big data in telecommunication services also raises important security and privacy challenges due to the high volume, velocity, and variety of big data characteristics. To address the issue, this study shed light on the security and privacy challenges of big data adoption in the telecommunication industry. This study focuses on investigating the security and privacy challenges for data users in telecommunication services from the lens of the TOE framework and examines the mitigation strategies to address the privacy and security challenges. This study is conducted using qualitative methodology. From the perspectives of data users (telecommunication providers), it could be concluded that data management, data privacy, data compliance, and regulatory orchestration challenges are the most pressing concerns in big data adoption. This study offers contributions in presenting a thematic classification of security and privacy challenges and their mitigation strategies for big data adoption in the telecommunication industry. The thematic classification highlights potential gaps for future research in the big data security domain. This study is significant in that it provides empirical evidence for the perspectives of telecommunication data users in addressing privacy and security issues that are related to big data adoption.</text>

<text>The article focuses on the orientation of educational aids for blind people. The prototype was made with the Scrum methodology and the prototype design tool called Balsamiq was used. Its objective is to design Prototypes of mobile application oriented to educational aid for blind people in Peru so that they have a decent and adequate education. The prototype is represented by 4 sprints, the first of user validation, the second of user registration, the third of classes or courses and the last of videoconferencing. In the application, a validation of the existing or new user's data was performed, where the user accesses the courses, he/she takes, so that he/she can choose a class by voice message, choosing to have a videoconference with a teacher. The proposed result for blind people to have a proper education is to optimize the learning process, through a prototype application, for each user or student where they can adapt in their studies, in addition to having blind people to make appropriate decisions in education, in the same way enhance the skills that these people have in education with a prototype of help for blind people designed in a prototype mobile application in Peru.</text>

<text>This paper presents an intelligent autonomous document mobile delivery robot using a deep learning approach. The robot is built as a prototype for document delivery service for use in offices in which it can adaptively move across different surfaces, such as terrazzo, canvas, and wooden. In this work, we introduce a convolutional neural network (CNN) to recognize the traffic lanes and the stop signs with the assumption that all surfaces have identical traffic lanes. We train the model using a custom indoor traffic lane and stop sign dataset with the label of motion directions. CNN extracts a direction-of-motion feature to estimate the robot's direction and to stop the robot based on an input image monocular camera view. These predictions are used to adjust the robot's direction and speed. The experimental results show that this robot can move across different surfaces along with the same structured traffic lanes, achieving the model accuracy of 96.31%. The proposed robot helps to facilitate document delivery for office workers, allowing them to work on other tasks more efficiently.</text>

<text>Digital technology has enabled the dissemination of all types of information, replacing traditional formats with automated systems. As a result of the development of digital technology, the library has also entered a new era, which is then called the digital library era. Digital library is considered as one form of modern library where the dependence will be on modern technology in the conversion of information and data to digital formats to achieve greater effectiveness and efficiency in storing and processing information and then transmitting it. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop an Android-Based Digital Library Application at the Department of Education Management, State University of Surabaya. This study uses the research and development method proposed by Borg and Gall by applying the nine stages. The results of this study indicate that the development of an Android-Based Digital Library Application at the Education Management Department, State University of Surabaya has been successfully implemented with the results of the trial getting an average percentage above 80% which is included in the very feasible category to be implemented. Even so, evaluation and monitoring must continue to be carried out to prevent errors or problems that may occur, as well as material to continue developing this Android-Based Digital Library Application.</text>

<text>The use of mobile phones is increasing all the time. These phones have become increasingly vital and beneficial in all parts of our lives, including social and business sides. Mobile applications are expanding with new upgrades and editions every day due to this expansion. This increase makes it more difficult for consumers, particularly those who are not technologically minded, to determine which applications to install and use. It is much more difficult for developers to ensure that their apps will be used and lucrative. Several research papers have been published in the recent five years to investigate mobile applications' rating to aid users and developers in making the best decision possible by employing various classifications and methodologies. This study provides a literature review research analyzed mobile app evaluations from 2018 to 2022 using various datasets. In addition, a new taxonomy is proposed to classify the research papers that looked at the rating of mobile apps into three categories: predictive modeling, sentiment analysis, and priority ranking of the most significant features</text>

<text>Energy wastage through irresponsible smartphone use comprises a significant sum. Using a secondary desk-based literature review, this paper evaluates con-temporary literature to calculate an approximate estimate of the amount of energy wasted through irresponsible smartphone use by US users on an annual basis. Conservative estimates purely based on overcharging of smartphones in the US suggest that the figure is in excess of US$400m per annum. A variety of factors contribute to irresponsible smartphone use, which are predominantly behavioral in nature. This paper highlights some of the impacts of excessive smartphone use and considers steps which might be taken by users themselves to reduce energy wastage during smartphone use. In addition, suggestions are made to manufac-turers to help them ‘nudge’ users into more responsible behavior through the principles of behavioral economics.</text>

<text>Teachers' professional development plays a significant role in the sustainability of quality education. However, providing sustainable professional development programs is difficult because of various challenges, such as insufficient government policies, a scarcity of qualified personnel and training opportunities, lack of access and resources, etc. The COVID-19 epidemic has further intensified the problem and adversely harmed schoolteachers’ interest, motivation, and involvement. In such situations, technology can play a positive role in carrying out sustainable educational activities. However, little focus has been paid to the use of technology for the sustainable professional development of teachers, particularly in the under developing countries. Due to its unique qualities, mobile learning is receiving much attention as an essential component to impart sustainable education to teaching professionals. It represents a paradigm shift in ongoing professional development, particularly for teachers who are constrained by time, resources, and travel requirements. Mobile learning is an alternate and complementary technique to enhance teachers' professional development, allowing them to work, learn, and attain their full potential. To meet the sustainable development goal of teachers’ education, in [1] we have provided a framework for teachers' continuous professional development (CPD). Based on that, we have also developed a mobile App to provide training and ongoing support to teachers’ professionals. This study evaluates the usability of our mobile App for the sustainable development of teachers. Usability characteristics of usefulness, efficiency, and satisfaction are measured using a usability testing approach. 107 elementary school instructors took part in the study. Participants in the study performed eight usability tasks in the same room using the researcher's internet bandwidth. The participants' time and completion rate were recorded. A post-test questionnaire followed usability tasks. After the usability activities, participants completed a System Usability Scale questionnaire to assess overall satisfaction with the training app and gain a broad picture of the program. The application achieved a 100% completion rate for all tasks, indicating an extremely effective, efficient, and sustainable system. Moreover, the satisfaction percentage was also found to be 84.1 percent, which is considered highly satisfactory.</text>
