<text>This study aims to develop and identify the effect of SMART-P training on parenting knowledge and children's cognitive development. This research is included as Mix Method research with an ADDIE development model and experimental quantitative research approach. The research method used is explanatory research with a non-equivalent control group design research involving the control and experimental classes. This research is carried out for three weeks, with the stages covering: analysis, design, development, research instrument development, implementation, and evaluation. The population in this study are 714 parents with children aged four years from posyandu/KB in five sub-districts of Malang City, with a research sample of 150 parents with children aged four years and six experts. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and observation checklists. Data analysis in this study used descriptive percentage analysis and SPSS analysis. The results show that 1) SMART-P application is declared valid and acceptable to be implemented as a training medium, 2) a significant effect of parenting knowledge in parents before and after being given parenting training using SMART-P is identified, 3) a significant effect on the development cognitive development of children before and after parents re given care using SMART-P application is identified, 4) a significant difference in the effect of parenting knowledge on parents between the control group and the experimental group is shown, and 5) a significant difference in the effect on children's cognitive development between the control group and the experimental group is slightly identified. Therefore, parenting research using SMART-P needs to be carried out continuously so that parenting knowledge and children's cognitive development can be maximized</text>

<text>The purpose of this study was to examine teachers’ attitudes and perceptions regarding the integration and development of Emotional Intelligence (ΕΙ) in preschool, primary, and secondary teaching levels within the school context. ΕΙ is a gateway to a balanced life. It is a major factor for a healthy development of interpersonal relationships, whether we are referring to relationships in personal or professional life. Because of its importance, teachers should be informed and trained how to develop their ΕΙ and how to cultivate and strengthen their students’ ΕΙ. In this study is presented an online questionnaire which was designed in order to assess teachers’ attitudes and perceptions regarding El development in Greek schools. Psychometric evaluation on data from 242 teachers indicates that the proposed scale is valid and reliable.</text>

<text>Conversational technology has recently emerged effectively; it helps people in communicating with smart devices such as smartphones by using human language. When they emerged, they enabled and assisted users to perform various functions such as gathering information, conducting transactions, having general conversations, and easily navigating web services and entertainment. They not only have an impact on people in general by improving customer service as they can provide answers to any inquiries but also facilitated navigation by assisting people with disabilities by interacting with a system that deals with voices or any other human language. In addition, recently they started to play a significant role in enterprise systems by supporting employees as they are assisted in learning the newly implemented system. As virtual assistants, they contribute to better accessibility, and acceptance, and also reduce the costs associated with customer service. This paper provides a chatbot system that helps the employees to learn how to deal with the newly installed ERP system flexibly and easily, which helps in solving one of the common problems that occur when switching to the ERP system.</text>

<text>The blockchain involves future developments and new technologies. The emergence of a blockchain is a challenge for the conventional social organization and mode of activity. Data latency and mobile network capacity would no longer be a limitation for mobile users in next-generation networks of Software Defined Mobile Networks (SDMN). But there are many benefits to Software Defined Mobile Networking, it also contributes to certain security problems like DDoS / DoS attacks, unauthorized access, and single data point error. To enhance the security and privacy of the SDMN control plane, this paper proposes a new SDMN-based “Simplified Byzantine Fault Tolerance (SBFT)” algorithm to send signals between controllers and also set up an analysis study to investigate SBFT's security and results. However, there are many benefits of Software Defined Mobile Networking (SDMN), and then it helps to resolve other security concerns including DDoS / DoS attacks, unauthorized access, and single point failure. Blockchain, an evolving revolutionary technology, will offer creative approaches to address security issues in Software-Defined Mobile networks in an efficient way. This study proposes an SDMN-based Simplified Byzantine Fault Tolerance (SBFT) for enhancing the mobile network's security and privacy.</text>

<text>Many colleges employ online learning as media learning where each piece of multimedia, be it sound, film, or text, can receive feedback from students. The lecture wants to know about the emotions that students experienced when they accessed the media, such as happiness, disappointment, or unhappiness, and instructors want to know how joyful they felt. This study built a tool cell for online media to use in identifying emotions in column comments. This paper focuses on user experience (UX) design, which is based on the Human-Centred Design method that prioritizes empathy for users and focuses on user demands to meet the discovery of user wants and develop high-fidelity prototypes. The results of the testing show that the average accuracy is 1.68%, the average recall is 1.55, the average precision is 1.45, and the average accuracy for the use of this phone website is 80% for emotion recognition based only on a column of comment in the internet media.</text>

<text>Mobile Ad-Hoc network is a distributed wireless network that is self-organized and self-maintained and it doesn’t require a fixed framework or central administration. Wireless nodes in a mobile ad hoc network are transient and have a short lifespan. They combine to form a self-configured, infrastructure-free network where routing is a significant difficulty. The wireless nodes in the network must synchronize in order to decide connectivity and routing. Ad hoc network synchronization includes activities including node organization, neighborhood detection, and routing. The predetermined framework resulted in an increase in network control overhead. If a node can link to every other node in the network, it is referred to as a dominating node, and a set of dominating nodes make up the dominating set. The main purpose of this article is to lessen routing overhead in the wireless network with the dominating set based routing (DSBR). In order to discover routes, shorten reroute establishment times, and increase packet delivery rates, this research presents an energy-efficient routing algorithm (EERA) that considerably increases the network performance. The effectiveness of this technique is demonstrated by the simulation analysis of the outcome.</text>

<text>The daily functioning of civilization depends heavily on transportation. In most cities, a sizable section of the working class consistently attends both employment and education. There are many different things you can do when commuting, such as unwinding, eating out, and other things. The most popular means of transportation in North Cyprus, particularly in developing cities, is island transportation, which includes the usage of both private cars and commercial vehicles. The advent of edge computing, which offers the opportunity to connect potent processing servers next to the mobile device, is a significant step toward improving user experience and reducing resource use. Mobile Edge Computing is the next trustworthy approach for how mobile devices consume communications and computing. Offloading computation is a key component developing mobile edge computing, which enables devices to get around clustering techniques' limitations and get around computing, storage, and energy constraints. However, computation offloading is not always the best strategy to use; making choosing unloading is a critical step that requires consideration of numerous factors. For instance, shifting the high-resource node to an edge server and granting similar capabilities to the low-resource nodes would delegate heavy duties to the external unit inside the network. The evaluations' results were noteworthy and substantial. Problems involving the vehicles of institutions and organizations can be resolved using the suggested solution to the school bus routing issue. We also test the impact of network latency on the delivery of a particular result using an Edge Computing simulator.</text>

<text>As time goes by, it is evident that technology advances, Augmented Reality (AR) is an innovative technological tool that has emerged and has been highly attractive to users, allowing sharing information in a dynamic and realistic way. In the present systematic literature review (SLR), a search was conducted for manuscripts published in 6 databases between the years 2017 to 2022, related to the implementation of AR to improve the teaching-learning (TL) process of the Quechua language, which were analyzed and systematized using the prism methodology, obtaining as a result 56 manuscripts that supported to answer the research questions, where the various factors that allow improving the TL process of the Quechua language and the various benefits generated by its implementation were identified. It is concluded that, according to the results, the application of RA in the TL of the Quechua language is an efficient and productive tool; however, it can also be a source of distraction in the study, so it is necessary to have a good management of this methodology and of the study environment to obtain better achievements. For this reason, a model is proposed to serve as a basis for the proper management in the implementation of RA to improve the process of Quechua language TL.</text>

The methodology was divided into three phases. The first phase was a needs assessment concerning the use of educational technology tools in online learning. The samples were 272 undergraduate pre-service teachers at the University of Phayao. The research instrument was a needs analysis questionnaire on the use of educational technology tools in online learning. The collected data was analyzed using Modified Priority Needs Index (PNImodified). In the second phase, an online lesson about the use of educational tools was developed. The research samples were three experts in three different fields, including instructional design, educational technology, and assessment and evaluation. The research instrument used in this phase was a suitability assessment form for the designed online lesson. Document analysis and descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data. In the third phase, the learning achievements before and after completing the lesson were compared. The samples were 112 pre-service teachers at the University of Phayao. The research instrument was a learning achievement test. The data analysis included means, standard deviations, and a t-test.
The results were as follows:

Regarding the needs analysis concerning the use of educational technology tools in online learning, the pre-service teachers considered that tools for completing learning tasks were the most crucial element. The data collected from open-ended questions revealed that the most critical problems experienced in online learning were learning tools and poor Internet speed.
The results from the suitability test showed that the developed online lesson was overall suitable (M = 2.98, SD = .174).The pre-service teachers’ average post-test score on the achievement test on the use of educational technology tools was higher than the average pre-test score with a statistically significant difference at the .05 level.</text>

The model's created duplicated data enables you to recover some of the split components' lost functionality. A rapid shift in the appraisal and application of knowledge is also required by increasing information and communication technologies. As a result, modern learning methodologies, approaches, and technologies are being developed. This paper describes how to build an automated instructional and analytical complex using semantic information. It has been established what is needed for such an educational and technological complex. Tools built on a semantic network are represented in formal and structural models. Since it was created using a thorough understanding of the topic, the model is intended to facilitate students' perception of the many educational and technical complexities and to enhance the teacher's work.</text>
