<text>Indonesia’s Vision 2045 is an essential basis to determine the direction of the country’s development in line with four main pillars which include the development of human resources (HR). This involves producing quality, healthy, intelligent, adaptive, innovative, and skilled human resources with character. The achievement of this goal requires the improvement of the competence and professional certification quality towards ensuring HR are reliable and competent in different fields such as the vocational area which involves Informatics Engineering (IT). Therefore, this research was conducted based on the gap observed in HR which is indicated by a lower proportion of Indonesian workers in the IT field compared to other ASEAN countries. It was also observed that the assessment process and results of the Junior Mobile programmer scheme by the Professional Certification Institute (LSP) for Digital Technology have not been optimally tested. This is indicated by the fact that the assessment activities are being conducted without the full implementation of a centralized and systematic technology-based system, thereby causing problems in the remote assessment process. Moreover, professional associations, academia, and industry were not involved in designing a tested and reliable assessment model. I this research was conducted from March 2022 to December 2023 with the trial subjects from the Digital Talent Scholarship (DTS) training program, Vocational School Graduate Academy (VSGA) of the Ministry of Communications and Informatics. There were 40 sessions which consist of 20 for the experimental class and 20 for the control class. Furthermore, the data collection instruments included questionnaires, documentation, interview guides, observations, and competency tests while descriptive and quantitative analyses were conducted through the I'ken V and factor analysis tests using the LISREL and SPSS applications.

<text>In the realm of robotics and interactive systems, gender recognition is a crucial problem. Considering the several uses it has in security, web search, human-computer interactions, etc., gender recognition from facial photos has garnered a lot of attention. The need to use and enhance gender recognition techniques is felt more strongly today due to a significant development in the design of facial recognition systems. Relatively speaking to other approaches, the progress gained in this area thus far is not exceptional. Thus, a novel method has been adopted in this study to improve accuracy in comparison to earlier research. To create the best rate of accuracy and efficiency in the suggested method of this research, we choose a minimal set of characteristics. Testing on the FERET and UTK-Face datasets reveals that our suggested algorithm has a lower degree of inaccuracy. In this article, the input image of the person's face is pre-processed to extract the right features from the face once the person's face has been recognized. Gender separation is achieved using Multi-class Support Vector Machine (SVM) Classifiers after features from normalized images have been extracted using Histogram Oriented Gradient (HOG), Gabor Filters, and Speeded Up Robust Features (SURF), as well as their combination to select the most appropriate feature from them as input for gender classification. As a feature reduction feature, the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) algorithm is also employed. Using the proposed approach, 98.75% gender recognition precision has been accomplished on the FERET database and a runtime performance of 0.4 Sec. on the UTK-Face database, 97.43% gender recognition accuracy has been accomplished and a runtime performance of 0.5 Sec.</text>

<text>In the past decade, traditional networks have been utilized to transfer data between more than one node. The primary problem related to formal networks is their stable essence, which makes them incapable of meeting the requirements of nodes recently inserted into the network. Thus, formal networks are substituted by a Software Defined Network (SDN). The latter can be utilized to construct a structure for intensive data applications like big data. In this paper, a comparative investigation of Deep Neural Network (DNN) and Machine Learning (ML) techniques that uses various feature selection techniques is undertaken. The ML techniques employed in this approach are decision tree (DT), Naïve Bayes (NB), Support Vector Machine (SVM). The proposed approach is tested experimentally and evaluated using an available NSL–KDD dataset. This dataset includes 41 features and 148,517 samples. To evaluate the techniques, several estimation measurements are calculated. The results prove that DT is the most accurate and effective approach. Furthermore, the evaluation measurements indicate the efficacy of the presented approach compared to earlier studies.</text>

<text>The demand for better intrusion detection and prevention solutions has elevated due to the current global uptick in hacking and computer network attacks. The Intrusion Detection System (IDS) is essential for spotting network attacks and anomalies, which have increased in size and scope. A detection system has become an effective security method that monitors and investigates security in cloud computing. However, several existing methods have faced issues such as low classification accuracy, high false positive rates, and low true positive rates. To solve these problems, a detection system based on Support Vector Machine (SVM) is proposed in this paper. In this method, the SVM classifier is utilized for network data classification into normal and abnormal behaviors. The Cloud Intrusion Detection Dataset is used to test the effectiveness of the suggested system. The experimental results show which the suggested system can detect abnormal behaviors with high accuracy.</text>

This cause disrupts the normal functioning of legitimate routes. In this work, the Hybrid PSO-BAT Optimization Algorithm (HBPSO) Algorithm based on modified chaos -cellular neural network (Chaos - CNN) approaches has been proposed to overcome DDoS attacks. The suggest approaches consists of three-part which are hybrid optimization search algorithm to enhance the route from source to destination, chaos theory module is used to detect the abnormal nodes, then on Modified Chaotic CNN (MCCN) employed to prevent a malicious node from sending data to the destination by determining node that consumer more resource, packets lose or the victim could reset the path between the attacker and itself. CICIDS dataset has been used to test and evaluate the performance of the proposed approach based on the criteria of accuracy, packet loss, and jitter. The Chaos - CNN approached results to outperform similar models of the related work and the approach protects the VANETs with high accuracy of 0.8736, specificity of 0.9959, TPR of 0.9561, and FPR of 0.78, Detection rate 0.9561.</text>

<text>Academic plagiarism has become a serious concern as it leads to the retardation of scientific progress and violation of intellectual property. In this context, we make a study aiming at the detection of cross-linguistic plagiarism based on Natural language Preprocessing (NLP), Embedding Techniques, and Deep Learning. Many systems have been developed to tackle this problem, and many rely on machine learning and deep learning methods. In this paper, we propose Cross-language Plagiarism Detection (CL-PD) method based on Doc2Vec embedding techniques and a Siamese Long Short-Term Memory (SLSTM) model. Embedding techniques help capture the text's contextual meaning and improve the CL-PD system's performance. To show the effectiveness of our method, we conducted a comparative study with other techniques such as GloVe, FastText, BERT, and Sen2Vec on a dataset combining PAN11, JRC-Acquis, Europarl, and Wikipedia. The experiments for the Spanish-English language pair show that Doc2Vec+SLSTM achieve the best results compared to other relevant models, with an accuracy of 99.81%, a precision of 99.75%, a recall of 99.88%, an f-score of 99.70%, and a very small loss in the test phase.</text>

<text>Today it is important to manufacture high quality integrated circuits which are insensitive to device mismatches. This paper presents an analysis of MOSFET transistors mismatches effect on the performance of UWB receiver front-end which constitute the most important part of Wireless Body Area Network sensor node. The receiver is based on Balun LNA with 25% fully differential double-balanced passive mixer. A PMOS and NMOS transistors mismatch models were proposed to determine LNA output offset voltage and mixer offset current respectively. The analysis result suggests that, to minimize NMOS current mismatch, and thus reducing second-order inter modulation distortion, the overdrive voltage must be maximized. A Monte Carlo and harmonic balance simulations were performed using 0.18µm CMOS process to evaluate the impact of mismatch as well as Vth mismatch on the receiver gain and IIP2. Simulation results show that IIP2 of the receiver is less sensitive to mixer NMOS mismatch but receiver gain is more sensitive. The receiver IIP2 confidence interval in case of NMOS mismatch is [24.674, 24.77]dBm and in case of NMOS Vth mismatch is [24.659, 24.857]dBm. This show the robustness of the proposed UWB receiver front end. Therefore the proposed circuit meets the requirement of UWB system perfectly which make it suitable for WBAN applications.</text>

<text>The Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) faces stiff competition from the 5th Generation (5G) communication standard, which includes attributes like short and long transmission ranges, Device to Device (D2D) connectivity, low latency, and high node density. To function in the linked ecosystem, IoMT based on 5G is anticipated to have a diversity of energy and mobility. It is currently difficult to create an IoMT routing system based on 5G that maximizes energy efficiency, lowers transmission latency, and increases network lifespan. The "Quality of Services (QoS)" in 5G-based IoMT is improved by the Reliable Fuzzy-based Multi-path routing system shown in this study. The Whale Optimization Algorithm (WOA) enhances the routing protocol performance. The residual energy-based Cluster Head (CH) selection strategy rotates the CH location among nodes with greater energy levels than the others. The method chooses the following set of CHs for the network that is suitable for IoMT applications by considering initial energy, residual energy, and an ideal value of CHs. According to the simulation results, our suggested routing technique enhances QoS in comparison to current approaches.</text>
