In this context, we make a study aiming at the detection of cross-linguistic plagiarism based on Natural language Preprocessing (NLP), Embedding Techniques, and Deep Learning. Many systems have been developed to tackle this problem, and many rely on machine learning and deep learning methods. In this paper, we propose Cross-language Plagiarism Detection (CL-PD) method based on Doc2Vec embedding techniques and a Siamese Long Short-Term Memory (SLSTM) model. Embedding techniques help capture the text's contextual meaning and improve the CL-PD system's performance. To show the effectiveness of our method, we conducted a comparative study with other techniques such as GloVe, FastText, BERT, and Sen2Vec on a dataset combining PAN11, JRC-Acquis, Europarl, and Wikipedia. The experiments for the Spanish-English language pair show that Doc2Vec+SLSTM achieve the best results compared to other relevant models, with an accuracy of 99.81%, a precision of 99.75%, a recall of 99.88%, an f-score of 99.70%, and a very small loss in the test phase. It is widely accepted by the research community since it has become dominant in ICN design that resolves TCP-IP based Internet problems such as bandwidth, delay, location dependent and congestion. In this paper, we propose a novel strategy to optimize the use of network resources inspired from Network clustering and cluster head selection in MANETs. Specifically, the improved K-medoids cluster algorithm is used to divide the global network in clusters, where for each cluster; three routers are selected as content routers. The first is the main caching router as well as the second and the third are the secondary caching router. The caching router selection process relies on three relevant criteria consisting of the distance between a node and its cluster centroid, the number of neighbors, and the congestion level. Two Multi Attribute Decision–Making methods MADM are applied, namely TOPSIS and AHP. One of the main straight points of the ICN architectures is the in-network caching. The ICN performance is influenced by efficiency of the adopted caching strategy which manages the contents in the network and decides where caching them. However, the major issue which faces the caching strategies in the ICN architectures is the strategic election of the cache routers to store the data through its delivery path. This will reduce congestion, optimize the distance between the consumers and the required data furthermore improve latency and alleviate the viral load on the servers.  In this paper, we propose a new efficient caching strategy for the Named Data Networking architecture NDN named NECS which is the most promising architecture between all the ICN architectures. The proposed strategy reduces the traffic redundancy, eliminates the useless replication of contents and improves the replay time for users due to the strategic position of cache routers. Besides, we evaluate the performance of this proposed strategy and we compare it with three other NDN caching strategies, using the simulator network environment NdnSIM. Focusing on those of Algerian descent, this paper asks if and how the educational system is failing this particular demographic. By contextualising colonial France in Algeria, this paper shows the connection between history and the educational institution as it relates to contemporary French culture. This paper argues that the French educational system, although well established, does not recognise nor meet the needs of the multi-ethnic classroom. By identifying integration as a key player, this paper explores the relationships between citizenship and integration and how perceptions of both concepts are produced and reproduced in the school system.
