In response to several threats within their proximity, these states have, for years, been pursuing several initiatives aimed at increasing their deterrence potential and interoperability in case of a crisis. The main goal of this article is to present and assess the GCC’s threat perception, followed by an analysis of the multilateral and unilateral responses. The main research question concerns the degree to which the GCC states are able to establish a joint and effective military bloc within the Persian Gulf.</text>

<text>Fog extends the cloud to be closer to the end devices so that it acts on IoT data within a millisecond. Almost 60% of data can be analyzed that is physically near to the IoT data. This proximity has various advantages, including reduced latency, which improves the user experience. However, because the distance to a fog service may vary as a user moves from one location to another, user mobility may restrict such benefits in practice. A fog service migration is based on a mitigation approach that allows the service to always be close enough to a user. Quality of Service is decreased because of the mobility of the user’s location. Predicting the future location in advance improves the efficiency of service provisioning. In this work, a dynamic mobility model is proposed to find the user location in advance. This experiment was carried out by LuST mobility data set collected by Luxembourg Simulation of Urban Mobility (SUMO) Traffic (LuST). This result is give better accuracy of location prediction up to 98.87% when compared with existing methods.</text>

<text>Merging of MANET with IOT utilized in inevitable knowledge situations opens new possibility in checking and makes another communication stage for various applications in Internet of Things (IoT). Sensors utilized for IoT applications, sense nature and send the data to the gateway hub, which then send the congregated information to the MANET hub, particularly used for information gathering. MANET plays a key function, which is used as the foundation of the IoT arrange. Because of its intrinsic properties, the MANET hubs can assemble unconstrained associations with different hubs without the need of any base. MANET hubs can turn over the IoT procedure and accumulate information from the sensors and or any fixed Radiocommunication nodes. MANET cores can be utilized as key advances in a few applications in IoT. Because of the idea of self-designing, MANET hubs just as the sensor hubs can be sent in huge possibility. In this paper we have taken a survey of MANET and IOT various applications in running era and corelating various computing techniques like cloud, fog and edge with MANET and IOT. This examination is an improvement and usage of existing versatile specially selected procedure communication exploiting the in the structure of the IoT.</text>

<text>Computing with mobile is still in its infancy due to its limitations of computational power, battery lifetime and storage capacity. These limitations hinder the growth of mobile computing, which in-turn affects the growth of computationally intensive applications developed for the mobile devices. So in-order to help execute complex applications within the mobile device, mobile cloud computing (MCC) emerged as a feasible solution. The job of offloading the task to the cloud data center for storage and execution from the mobile seems to gain popularity, however, issues related to network bandwidth, loss of mobile data connectivity, and connection setup does not augment well to extend the benefits offered by MCC. Cloudlet servers filled this gab by assisting the mobile cloud environment as an edge device, offering compute power to the connected devices with high speed wireless LAN connectivity. Implementation constraints of cloudlet faces severe challenges in-terms of its storage, network sharing, and VM provisioning. Moreover, the number of connected devices of the cloudlet and its load conditions vary drastically leading to unexpected bottleneck, in which case the availability to server becomes an issue. Therefore, a scalable cloudlet, Client Aware Scalable Cloudlet (CASC) is proposed with linear regression analysis, predicting the knowledge of expected load conditions for provisioning new virtual machines and to perform resource migration.</text>

<text>Entrepreneurship introduces a critical element of dynamism into an economic system. A range of significant contributions by entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship include - creation of job opportunities, commercialisation of new innovations, products and political power in an economically positive manner, creation of new markets and expansion into international markets. In developing countries, entrepreneurship development has special significance for two reasons: increase in the pace of economic growth and the growth of small / tiny / tertiary sector generating more employment. An attempt has been made in this paper to briefly analyse the significance of entrepreneurship in India's economic development. It emphasises the changed scenario of entrepreneurship since 1991, the year of New Industrial Policy. The role of the Government in entrepreneurial development is highlighted. While emphasising the changed phase of entrepreneurial development, both through first generation entrepreneurs and diversified family business, the paper explicitly slates that India, with her people who are professionally talented, can prosper better when the leap is from labour to intellect. With tremendous intellectual capabilities, the challenge for India is to build, shape and market her advantage to the world. That India's economic development, to a great extent can be determined by the entrepreneurial growth is stated by way of conclusion.</text>

<text>With advancements in device and communication technologies, there has been a great revolution in development of net gadgets and communication technologies like 4G, 5G etc., In parallel, there has also been a widespread increase in ways to illegally hack data available over the internet and tamper the services offered to the customer. Common attacks include spoofing, Phishing, fraudulent extraction of transaction information and customer details. There have been attacks to cause traffic congestion over the network by introducing artificial infection packets over the internet. Hence, there is a great necessity in research for defence mechanism against these attacks to ensure smooth and safe provision of services to customers. This paper investigates and elaborates the different types of attacks that may be incident on a system or a network, their features and attack mechanisms which provide useful insights into developing an attack resistant system. Almost all types of attacks have been discussed systematically in this research paper with special emphasis on distributed denial of service attacks.</text>

<text>The urban-rural divide has to be bridged and rural areas have to be integrated with the economic processes to ensure equitable and inclusive growth of marginalized sections. Government. and NGOs have to play an important role in enhancing employment opportunities in farm and non-farm enterprises in rural areas, and should provide the necessary expertise to these areas. There are many sectors in which private players can participate to bridge this gap including providing micro finance, contract farming, setting up storage facili-ties for agro¬prod uce.Local folk could also develop heritage sites and tourist spots and encourage the promotion of traditional arts and crafts in joint ventures with rural enterprises. The next revolution that is waiting 'reaping the benefits'. <text>The introductory paper to this Special Issue discusses the idea of crisis in relation to European integration from a historical perspective in order to contextualize four different current events in the European Union (EU) in turn – euro area crisis, migration crisis, Brexit, and the rise of populist responses to EU governance. We turn to the wider scholarly concept of ‘crisis’ and apply it to large-scale events affecting the EU, in order to relate events to broader theoretical discussions about the progression of the EU. Existing literature on the topic highlights different varieties of crisis scenarios: those that undermine the basic integrity of the undertaking; those that threaten certain domains or the activities of certain groups; and those that reflect short-term, but acute dangers that may be overcome without structural damage. This introductory contribution situates each of the four above-mentioned ‘crises’ in the context of these varieties and offers suggestions for how each crisis might influence the future direction of European integration by using illustrations from each of the articles in this special issue.

<text>In spite of extensive research all over the globe, decreasing quality of life, increasing health hazards, social unrest, student unrest, etc. are all different expressions of stress. Selye and Levi (1975) defined "stress as a nonspecific, conventional and phylogenetic basic response pattern, the primary function of which is to prepare the body for physical activity such as resistance or flight". Stanley Hall describes the period of adolescence as "a period of great stress and strain, storm and strife." Developmentally, adolescents are not initially too capable of handling much stress in their lives and it affects their academic and personal life. But, more & more researches reveal that yoga is an important tool for reduction of stress. With special concern it is helping teenagers in dealing with stress and thus is one of the foremost objectives of Yoga. In this aspect there is a need to create consciousness of Yoga to reduce stress during adolescence in academic and personal life among adolescents. Secondary physical education teachers have to take initiatives in imparting and practicing yoga in school, in addition a separate Yoga subject can be incorporated at secondary level; supportively suitable curriculum should be structured by the concerned organization in the view of adolescent-student to help them in reducing anxiety and stress.</text>
