<text>It’s a matter of general consensus that Hillary Clinton is at the center of the 2016 presidential buzz and speculation. With near- celebrity status, unmatched qualifications and a brand name to boot, many believe that she’s the best candidate for the nation’s highest office and the key to the Democratic Party’s success in 2016. While Clinton is undoubtedly the most talked-about potential female candidate, she’s far from the sole woman in the Democratic Party that could launch a formidable campaign for the Oval Office. Though no female candidate has confirmed a 2016 presidential bid, a remarkable number of women are considered some of the most viable potential candidates for the Democratic nomination. These women are worth discussing not simply because of their gender, but because they happen to be some of the most legitimate candidates other than Clinton. </text>

<text>The issue of the right to intervene is of a difficult, often controversial nature. Especially when it comes to showing that in many cases – if not entirely at least essentially – this right should be abandoned. This situation takes already place in some sense in international law; even more, it is sometimes acknowledged that within it it is justified to speak about the validity of ius contra bellum (laws against war). Practice is still far from such an ideal. The main goal of this article is to analyze from a normative angle the issue of the right to intervene as one of the most important threads of the global peace philosophy. The article has problematized (counter) arguments used for the right to intervene. Two considered key are, firstly, an argument from the so-called alleged barbarism and secondly, the (counter) argument of the complexity and uniqueness of each case. The article is written mainly from a philosophical and ethical perspective. However, the author also refers to empirical material, mainly in the field of political science, but also to threads in the field of international law, trying to create an interdisciplinary perspective. The selected key issue is also an opportunity to develop the global peace philosophy within the Polish academia. This paper is written with deep conviction that global peace is probably the highest, i.e. a fundamental ideal for humanity, a kind of Summum Bonum.</text>

<text>Financial inclusion, the process of ensuring access to financial services along with timely and adequate credit where needed by vulnerable groups, helps the weaker sections and low-income groups in different ways. With an active intervention of the government, a large number of the unbanked segments of the society could be included in various financial services in the last few years. As a result, the number of bank accounts has been increasing. Members from the marginalised groups, women, etc. are some of the direct beneficiaries of financial inclusion. By utilizing micro data of World Bank, ‘Global Financial Inclusion (Global Findex) Database 2017, the author observes that socio-economic factors, like educational level, age group, and employment have an important role in determining one’s access to banking services. But some problems arise when the account holders do not utilize the banking facilities properly, especially when a majority stays idle. Lack of money is still considered one of the major factors for a lack of interest in holding a bank account. The ownership of bank account by other members in the same family also stops many from opening a bank account. The government has to take active measures to solve these issues. We build up a system that employs Pedestrian Dead-Reckoning Technique (PDR) to track the user inside the building. This approach harness the environment landmarks for floors separation and the PDR paths’ landmarks to enhance them by applying the Kalman Filter. Then we prunes the paths to remove the redundant parts of paths. Finally, we display the paths that guide the user back to his car via an android application. The feature of our approach is to help users returning back to parked car location based only on the available ubiquitous sensors in the new smartphones without any need to have any map or any additional infrastructure support.</text>

<text>The unsteady two-dimensional magnetohydrodynamic heat and mass transfer free convection flow of an incompressible viscous electrically conducting polar fluid through a porous medium past a semi-infinite vertical porous moving plate in the presence of a transverse magnetic field with thermal diffusion and heat generation is considered. The plate moves with a constant velocity in the longitudinal direction and the free stream velocity follows an exponentially increasing or decreasing. A uniform magnetic field acts perpendicularly to the porous surface which absorbs the polar fluid with a suction velocity varying with time. The equations of conservation of mass, momentum, energy and concentration which govern the case study of heat and mass transfer flow have been obtained. The equations have been solved numerically by Galerkin finite element method. The effect of various flow parameters are presented graphically. Representative results for velocity profiles, temperature profiles and concentration profiles are obtained for several values of pertinent parameters which are of physical and engineering interest.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.3329/jname.v11i1.12844</text>

<text>In the present study, the vertical channel is divided in to two regions one region is filled with Micropolar fluid and the other region is filled with viscous fluid. The channel is subjected to the transverse magnetic field. The coupled governing equations are solved subjected to the boundary conditions proposed by the previous authors using F.E.M. The results are compared with Kumar et al (2010). It is found that the increase in the magnetic field reduces the micro rotation (N) and velocity and enhances the temperature. Increase in the Eckert (Ec) number, decreases the velocity, temperature and micro rotation. The Nusselt number and shear stress values are also analyzed.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.3329/jname.v8i1.5808</text>
