Question raised: How did the Government Regulation from Minister of Agriculture No. 19/PERMENTAN/OT.140/3/2011 about ISPO adjusts the EU-RED biofuels sustainable criteria while protecting the Indonesian palm oil export activities to EU (2009-2014)? The result of this study is that the principles and criterion consist in the ISPO meet the criterion from biofuels sustainable regulated in EU RED. It has the same goals of sustainable criteria for palm oil. In addition, the ISPO gave great impact for the demand of EU for Indonesian palm oil. The similarity solutions of the transformed dimensionless governing equations are obtained by series solution. It is found that, velocity is reduced considerably with a rise in conduction-radiation parameter (R) or Hartmann number (M) whereas the skin friction is found to be markedly boosted with an increase in M or Magnetic Prandtl number (Pm). An increase in magnetic body parameter (M) or Magnetic Prandtl number (Pm) is found to escalate induced magnetic field whereas an increase in R is shown to exert the opposite effect. The enclosure considered has rectangular horizontal lower surfaces and vertical side surfaces. The lower and upper surfaces are insulated. The left wall is mechanically lid driven having uniform temperature Ti and velocity v0 while other vertical side is wavy and maintains higher temperature Th than the lid. The governing two-dimensional flow equations have been solved by using Galerkin weighted residual finite element technique. The investigations are conducted for different values of Richardson number (Ri) and physical parameter i.e. diameter (D) of square solid body. Various characteristics such as streamlines, isotherms and heat transfer rate in terms of the mean Nusselt number (Nu), the average temperature (?av) of the fluid and temperature of obstacle center (?c) are presented. The results indicate that the mentioned parameters strongly affect the flow phenomenon and temperature field inside the chamber. While the acceptance factors of push notifications have already been extensively researched, the effect of the different design elements on user interaction by opening the mobile app is still completely unexplored. Based on existing scientific findings from related fields, especially banner advertising and e-mail marketing, the authors first develop hypotheses on the effect of title, button and image on user interaction with push notifications. In several experiments the hypotheses are tested using the example of a mobile shopping app. The results are evaluated using Chi-square test and Cramer's V. The study wascarried out in different private and public organizations/companies located in New Delhi and its National CapitalRegion (NCR). Data was collected from 300 managersthrough convenience sampling method. Analysis of thedata was done using stepwise multiple regressionanalysis and t-test. Results revealed that in privateundertakings neither quality of work life nor job attitudepredicted affective commitment of managers. Quality ofwork life predicted affective commitment of managers inpublic undertakings. Results further revealed significantdifference between managers of private and publicundertakings on all the measured variables such asQuality of Work Life, Job Attitude and AffectiveCommitment. The findings imply that organizations inboth the sectors need to understand and managemanagers‟ quality of work life and provide them withsuitable interpersonal atmosphere to develop positive jobattitude so that their level of affective commitment couldbe enhanced. Results are explained in the light of presentscenario in existing private and public undertakings.
