<text>The quality of corn is essential to determine whether the corn is still suitable for consumption and what type of corn it is. Corn is one type of vegetable that is indispensable for the nutritional needs of the Indonesian people today and is a mixture of other essential ingredients. Corn is rich in fiber, which is good for improving digestion and overcoming constipation, controlling blood sugar levels, maintaining heart health, overcoming depression, maintaining eye health, and preventing diverticulitis. In this research, image recognition is used to determine and detect the content of aflatoxin, which is one type of abnormality or disorder in corn. This affects the quality of corn, whether corn is suitable for human consumption, and what impact aflatoxin has on the human body. on testing using parameters Non UV image, SGW Filter Image θ = 0, 90, 180 and 270, and The resulting SGW image with the number of orientations N = 4, θ = θ + pi/N, and θ = θ + 2*pi/N, The aflatoxin content in humans can cause carcinogenic or liver cancer and acute necrosis, cirrhosis, and carcinoma in the animal liver.</text>

<text>Child protection systems in Australia are struggling to cope with the growing number of children requiring out-of-home care because of abuse or neglect occurring within families. Professionals and governments are grappling with the alternative care options that are available in an attempt to improve children’s health, education and emotional development. Research demonstrates that children suffer if they are exposed to multiple placements throughout childhood and this leads some to believe that the permanency of adoption would better serve the needs of children from broken families. This article considers the recent proposal by the South Australian State Coroner to expand the role of adoption as a child protection response, noting that New South Wales introduced such a model in 2014. It also examines international approaches in this area as well as the findings of studies into foster care and adoption. By drawing together the knowledge gained from different policy and practice approaches to out-of-home care, this article argues that introducing a blanket approach favouring adoption is not an appropriate option. It concludes that the only model likely to achieve the best outcomes for children is one involving individual responses to every child.</text>

<text>Fifth-generation wireless (5G) mobile communication technology has been classified as a high wireless standard that is capable of handling internet of things, machine-to-machine, and device-to-device communication. Consequently, there is a need to meet the very sensitive requirements of 5G, which include high coverage density, high speed, high capacity and low end-to-end delay. Of crucial importance is 5G’s passive infrastructure. This paper therefore presents a techno-economic analysis of the current telecommunication infrastructure, as well as investigating and determining the suitable passive infrastructure for 5G technology deployment. The paper outlines all the passive infrastructure elements and proposes a mathematical model to calculate the capital expenditure, operational expenditure, total cost of investment (TCI) or total cost of ownership (TCO) and net present value (NPV). Experiments are performed using market prices from the national communication authority, the mobile network operators and the tower company of Ghana. Furthermore, a sensitivity analysis is performed to identify the variables that increase the TCO or TCI, NPV and return on investment, and to propose the most economical passive infrastructure architecture for easy implementation of 5G technology in Ghana and Africa.</text>

<text>Smart Application is one that can be used to learn swimming for students in sports education. This study aims to reveal and explain the usability of smart swimming applications to explore factors influencing students' swimming learning outcomes in sports education. Data of this study were 300 sports education students that took swimming courses. Statistical analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis with the help of the software Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 16. Overall, the factors of learning motivation, physical activity, nutritional status, and V02Max have an F-table value of 105.605 > 2.25, while R2 is valued at 58.9%. The results of the t-test revealed that all those factors affecting swimming learning outcomes, with the t-count value are more significant than the t-table at a significance level less than 0.05, which is 0.000. Furthermore, all factors are interrelated and needed to each other to produce good quality student swimming learning outcomes. Therefore, adequate attention and good management are necessary for lecturers in teaching swimming materials to improve students learning quality in sports education.</text>

<text>For the development of deepwater marginal fields, many new platform concepts and designs are on the anvil. The mini TLP is a proven concept in this regard wherein an optimised conventional TLP system economically and efficiently serves in developing small marginal deepwater reserves. Various new geometric configurations and designs of mini TLPs are reported in the literature. This paper presents a new geometric configuration which could be a better alternative to an existing configuration. A 3-column mini TLP is designed and its platform-mooring coupled dynamic behaviour is investigated and compared with an existing 4-column mini TLP. The numerical investigation is carried out for the 1:56 scaled model using a finite element computer program suitable for compliant offshore platforms. A combination wave force model with diffraction-radiation loading on large members and Morison loading on slender members is adopted for computing the non-linear dynamic response of the structure. The effects of parameters such as pretension in tethers and wave approach angle have been studied. The results obtained are compared with published results of the 4-column mini TLP. It is found that the dynamic responses of the 3-column mini TLP are close to the 4-column mini TLP with relatively higher surge and tether tension. Accounting for this in the design stage, the newly designed structure could be a promising candidate which can be used as an alternative to the 4-column mini TLP. Reducing the number of columns from four to three has added advantages in terms of cost and time during fabrication, installation and maintenance of the platform. <text>In this paper, we explore the potential of contextual communications with mobile technologies. Context-aware applications allow information or services delivery relevant to users at a given time. One of the two objectives of our work is to propose a generic usersâ?? context model for mediated communications. This model is based on six dimensions: Userâ??s profile, Activity, Device, Environment, Location and Time. In addition, to illustrate the utility and to validate the proposed approach, we design a prototype named MeCoCo (Mediated Contextual Communications) with a particular interface favoring the search of interesting contacts and messages. The MeCoCo prototype can highlight a dimension of contextual information compared to the others.</text>
