All devices managed from one interface, so home appliances management delivered quickly and conveniently. The main contribution in this research is IP based controlling for rooms with control lights and vertical curtains, and also the temperature of the air conditioner (AC) with IoT Technology. The used hardware is Raspberry Pi 3 as a server, Relay, motor stepper, IR led Transmitter, and temperature sensor DS18B20. For implementation, an android application is built by MIT App Inventor 2. The results show that all features function correctly, but each device responds with a different delay value. Delay time response of a lamp, vertical blind, and AC is up to 1.5 sec, 2.1 sec, and 1.6 sec, respectively.electrical appliances, IoT, controlling system, smart room</text>

<text>Covid-19 patients experience several symptoms such as shortness of breath, abnormal heart rate, lung function abnormalities that are similar to pneumonia symptoms. These symptom conditions indicate that the saturation of oxygen (O2) levels dissolved in the blood is not normal. To measure oxygen levels in the blood using a medical device, one of which is a Pulse Oximeter. Covid-19 patients in the Sapta Taruna Health Center were 665 patients, of which this patient was counted from January 2022 to April 2022. Based on information obtained from the Sapta Taruna Health Center, the only patients that were counted were those who did the PCR/Swab test, while the people who were suspected infected with Covid-19 there are still many who do not do PCR/Swab tests, this refusal is due to fear because Hoax information is spread in the community such as: PCR/Swab tests are painful, if the PCR/Swab test results are positive, fear of being ostracized, feel healthy and other reasons. other. Patients who have been tested positive for Covid-19 will be given drugs such as fever medicine, antibiotics, anti-virus, Vitamin C, and others according to the level of symptoms they feel, if the symptoms are felt at a moderate, mild or even asymptomatic stage, they will be advised to isolate independently (Isoma) at home, but there is no further monitoring from the Sapta Taruna Health Center, even though patients who are self-isolating at home may experience a decrease in blood oxygen levels drastically, so these patients need medical devices such as pulse oximetry so that patients who are isoma can perform independent checking, henceforth the current pulse oximetry cannot provide remote information related to the condition of oxygen saturation in the patient's blood. Judging from the problems above, the research team made a product, namely Pulse Oximetry based on IoT, this tool is to measure oxygen saturation in the patient's blood and the data from the measurements made by the patient will be automatically sent to the server and can be viewed on the Sapta Taruna Health Center website, so that the Sapta Taruna Health Center can monitoring the condition of the patient in real time without having to meet directly with the patient.</text>

<text>Nowadays, the world has known great changes which accelerated the mode of life. Students, on their part have become to expect a stimulating and simple learning experience which takes into consideration this quick pace and helps them solve the stereotypical problems of learning. The analyses conducted in this paper revealed that the recording of attendance in classrooms is done at the expense of the teaching- learning time. Therefore, the article at hand seeks to investigate an effective means to record attendance in a way which doesn’t hinder learning. Differently put, the educational and administrative staffs need to find an effective way to record students’ attendance at presential at the beginning of each learning session without affecting the time allotted to teaching and learning. This article presents and discusses the smart attendance monitoring system in smart classroom as a means to reduce the dropout rate, using connected objects and RFID technology. This system can facilitate the recording of students’ attendance via the Internet of things (IoT) at presential while transmitting attendance record to the administration. At the same time, parents can keep track of their children's attendance to classes through a notification they receive via Email or SMS. In addition, the system automatically sends missed lessons to absent students.</text>

<text>In this research, we discuss the implementation of multi-hop communication in sending data regarding the temperature, humidity and the water quality of Maninjau Lake area by utilizing wireless sensor network (WSN) technology. Maninjau lake has seen a growth in fish farming in recent years, which has caused water pollution and high rates of fish mortality. The performance of the sensor node or the end device node in sending data to the coordinator needs to be maximized, so that the information is well received by the user. The result of the performance is not only related to the equipment’s used, but also to the network topology and the communication model. In this study, we use multi-hop data communication technique using Zigbee S2 wireless module standard IEEE 802.15.4 and a router node on a mesh topology network. Data is received in real time by the coordinator and can be monitored via a mobile device connected to the internet using IoT (ESP 8266) module. The result of the simulation shows that each end device sends the data of temperature, humidity and the PH of water of Maninjau Lake to the router nodes and forwards them to the coordinator. Information can be accessed by the user through a mobile phone application. There are many potential applications for this research in monitoring water quality, preventing pollution and reducing aquaculture mortality.</text>

<text>The success of multilateral process in finding a diplomatic solution of Iran nuclear programme has been undermined by the US withdrawal from the JCPOA. The E3 - which played a crucial role in Iran nuclear deal- has been making efforts for preserving nuclear deal, however, it appears to be realistically falling short of expectation of Tehran. Economic engagement begun to expand after the conclusion of JCPOA- has now been substantially constrained due to sanctions imposed by the Trump administration. Different trans-Atlantic partners' approaches left them divided, and deep existing geopolitical fault lines in the Middle East have further been sharpened. European countries refused to join American naval mission in order to protect oil tankers in Persian Gulf. Iran regional roles, its missile programme, recent accusation of attacks on tankers, have further enhanced tensions in the region. European countries vow to preserve the deal in the interests of nuclear nonproliferation; and regional and International security and stepping their diplomatic efforts for reducing the tensions and keeping Iran in the nuclear agreement. Although Iran pressurises Europe and reportedly violated deal commitments, it keeps its doors open for diplomacy and a ‘practical solution'.

As Turkey has been facing more and more hardships and experiencing political isolation, Iran seemed to be more comfortable with its external environment, benefiting from a convergence of interests with Russia. <text>The Covid-19 outbreak spurred the adoption of eLearning in many countries around the world, but relatively little is known about students’ experience on the subject. This study examined university students’ knowledge and experience of face-to-face and emergency remote education in two well-known universities in Iraq. An online survey with random sampling approach was used, and a total of 323 respondents shared their learning experiences, satisfaction, preferences, and challenges using a remote learning system was analysed. The findings indicated that respondents were not able to cope with the remote teaching system in the short term, expressing somehow their negative experience with it overall. Given the instability situation in Iraq is hard to predict the successful outcomes of such system in the long term. Respondents’ preferences were still for a face-to-face education system, thus they highlighted the challenges for eLearning in Iraq, especially those related to improving the facilities e.g., Internet infrastructure and online system.</text>

<text>Ireland’s experience of the Waterloo campaign has been consistently under-explored, despite the degree of attention paid to the campaign by historians. This paper shows that that experience was far more significant and multi-faceted than has generally been recognised. Irish people played an important practical role in the events of 1815. Irish soldiers saw service in their thousands during the campaign, at every rank from private to general. These men represented a comprehensive cross-section of contemporary Ireland, coming from every county on the island and from every kind of socio-economic background. Some Irish soldiers and military units earned distinction for their actions on the battlefield and a number of participants from the country left valuable primary testimony. Civilian Irish women and children were also caught up in events in Belgium. Domestically, Ireland was a centre of activity as hostilities against Napoleon developed and analysis of contemporary media coverage and private correspondence makes it clear that ongoing events on the Continent had a keenly engaged Irish audience. Waterloo also left a distinctive legacy for Ireland and for Irish people. This paper explores all of these issues in detail, providing a thorough examination based on primary sources to address the impact of Waterloo on Ireland, and of the Irish on Waterloo.</text>

<text>Throughout the last two decades the primary threats that has dominated the counter terrorism landscape internationally has been that of the challenge posed by radical Islamist related extremism. A particular focus on radical Islamist related extremism has been driven by the significant directed or inspired attacks perpetrated in the West by various Islamist extremist groupings and in particular those carried out by Al Qaeda and ISIL. Notwithstanding this, considerable concern is now orientating towards the upward trajectory of violent right-wing extremism (VRWE). This paper sets out to examine the presence and impact of transnational VRWE in Ireland and to assess whether VRWE is a threat which requires greater attention at a national level.
This paper argues that all though the right wing has had limited political success in Ireland, a nascent transnational threat from VRWE can pose a threat to Irish security owing to its capacity to activate and mobilise violent political and social actions both in the physical and virtual environments. The role of the online environment as an enabling medium for the propagation and influence of right wing discourse is also a concern. Although efforts to combat spread of VRWE ideologies are advancing at the EU level, further efforts at a national level to control and regulate violent discourse and hate speech online are necessary to stem the influence of hateful and sometimes violent discourse as portrayed by right wing entities.</text>
