<text>In Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), Vehicular Ad-hoc Networks (VANET) play an essential role in improving road safety and traffic efficiency. Nevertheless, due to its special characteristics like high mobility, large size of the network and dynamic topology make routing of data in the vehicular ad hoc network more challenging. The problem in these networks is to determine the routing protocol best suited to this environment, and then secure it to provide optimal and secure routing for the data. Recently, position-based routing protocol has been developed by researchers to be a very interesting routing technique for communication between vehicles. In this paper, we propose an secured and enhanced version of the Greedy Perimeter Stateless Routing (GPSR) protocol. This protocol consists of two modules: (i) To implement an improvement of GPSR routing protocol which minimizes transfer delays and control messages. (ii) To deal with security issues, we have proposed a solution that combines between an improved Diffie-Hellman algorithm for reliable key exchange and the hash function based Message Authentication Code (MAC) for the verification of the authentication and integrity of GPSR packet. The proposed solution was checked by the security protocol verification tool, Automated Validation of Internet Security Protocols and Applications (AVISPA), which indicated that it is a very secure level. Simulation results showed that our proposed compared to the original GPSR offers better performances.</text>

<text>VANET ("vehicular ad hoc network") is a type of networks that consist of many vehicles acting as moving nodes. They are connected with other vehicles through an ad hoc wireless network so as to increase traffic security and provide relaxation to road users. Sending the messages to the final destination in VANETs is a challenging mission because of its relatively high mobility and dynamism. The clustering technique addresses such issues, as it gathers vehicles based upon several predefined metrics such us density, speed, and physical vehicles locations. Clustering in VANET is one of the controller techniques for dynamic form. In this paper, a new method is presented for clustering that suits the VANET environment with the purpose of improving the network cluster stability. This method takes a number of parameters into consideration, such as the coverage area and speed to make the cluster structure comparatively stable. In addition, and advance is obtained in tems of the cluster-head selections algorithm, and the data exchange is improved through clusters.</text>

<text>Smart mobile devices and cloud computing are widely used today. While mobile and portable devices have different capabilities, architectures, operating systems, and communication channels than one another, government data are distributed over heterogeneous systems. This paper proposes a 3-tier mediation framework providing single application to manage all governmental services. The framework is based on private cloud computing for adapting the content of Mobile-Government (M-Government) services using Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Derive Unique Key Per Transaction (DUKPT). The 3-layers in the framework are: presence, integration, and homogenization. The presence layer is responsible for adapting the content with regard to four contexts: device, personal, location, and connectivity contexts. The integration layer, which is hosted in a private cloud server, is responsible for integrating heterogeneous data sources. The homogenization layer is responsible for converting data into XML format. The flexibility of the mediation and XML provides an adaptive environment to stream data based on the capabilities of the device that sends the query to the system.</text>

<text>In the employment market, hiring processes in the organisations are often considered to perpetuate gender equality. The discrimination prevails through implicit and in-group biases. During hiring decisions, marked gender differences in the hiring standards continue to exist for women and men. Counter balancing attempts, such as demonstrating agentic behaviour seem to have been unfavourable in receiving appreciations. Factors like „accumulation of advantage‟, „physical attractiveness‟ and so forth adds to the „threat‟ for the woman candidate. The article proposes that sustained and concrete processes need to be ensured that would defuse gender stereotyping, the latter being an outcome of the human tendency to carve the world into in-group and out-group. Two methods to neutralise gender biases while hiring are recommended in the concluding section.</text>

<text>The concept Web of Things (WoT) goes well beyond the emphasis on the Internet as a means of sharing data, instead of introducing all resources and connections involving computers, data, and people to the Web. It, therefore, focuses on a range of problems and opportunities, thus paving the way for several exciting industries applications. In cryptography a range of main characteristics of chaotic systems such as non-linearity, initial condition sensitivity, and mixing properties are available. These characteristics provide an essential connection between cryptography and chaos. GOST block cipher is based on secret key secrecy. However, when the encryption process with the same key is used for plaintext, the same cipher text is created. Message replication can be easily detected by an adversary who is a bad link in every communication. In this paper, propose to use a 5d chaotic system combined with GOST block cipher to create a new secure Web of Things (WoT) cryptography system. The 5D chaotic system was used to generate chaotic random keys used in GOST algorithm to provide proper security with as high hardness randomly enhances the NIST fifteen statistical tests and modifies key schedule as security operations.</text>

This study aimed to analyze the improvement of students' critical thinking skills through online learning based on Android-based PhET Simulation. This research was Quasi-Experimental using one group pre-test and post-test design involving 27 students of class VIII who program science subjects at MTs Alif Laam Miim Surabaya, Indonesia. The research instrument used critical thinking skills tests that have met valid and reliable requirements. Before and after learning activities, students were given a pre-test and a post-test. The data collected was analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The results showed that there was an increase in students' critical thinking skills with an average N-gain of 0.57, in the medium category. The highest N-gain was achieved in the "interpretation" indicator, which is 0.83 in the high category and the lowest in the "analysis" indicator, which is 0.39 in the moderate category. This study concluded that learning science by using an Android-based PhET Simulation can improve the critical thinking skills of junior high school students.</text>

Kata kunci: compliance bargaining, resolusi konflik, rezim, gencatan senjata AbstractConflictual issues can be about economy, culture and values, or even a border dispute. The class cannot be avoided because of several issues triggering the conflict and also several interests. One of the bigger wars that can be was the Iran-Iraq War at 1980-1988. This war brought the long history between both of those countries, which were related with border disputes, ideological influences, and economic war. Those of both countries is thinking that if the war is still being run, it is not giving any good advantage. The damage was so big. So, it required a process to bring the two states involved war into one meeting to talk about peace or end the war. The process is called a peace process. In this case, the peace process arranged by the involvement of third party. The United Nations take a role as the third party in Iran-Iraq War by formed a Resolution no 598. In the resolution the council expressed its concern that, despite its calls for ceasefire, the conflict between Iran and Iraq continued with heavy loss of life and material destruction. The Iran-Iraq war was ended through the resolution no 598 that was produced by the United Nations. Furthermore, this paper argue that the way of the United Nations ended the Iran-Iraq war through Resolution no 598 is implementing the theory of compliance bargaining in conflict resolution. Keywords: compliance bargaining, conflict resolution, regime, ceasefire</text>

<text>Today it is important to manufacture high quality integrated circuits which are insensitive to device mismatches. This paper presents an analysis of MOSFET transistors mismatches effect on the performance of UWB receiver front-end which constitute the most important part of Wireless Body Area Network sensor node. The receiver is based on Balun LNA with 25% fully differential double-balanced passive mixer. A PMOS and NMOS transistors mismatch models were proposed to determine LNA output offset voltage and mixer offset current respectively. The analysis result suggests that, to minimize NMOS current mismatch, and thus reducing second-order inter modulation distortion, the overdrive voltage must be maximized. A Monte Carlo and harmonic balance simulations were performed using 0.18µm CMOS process to evaluate the impact of mismatch as well as Vth mismatch on the receiver gain and IIP2. Simulation results show that IIP2 of the receiver is less sensitive to mixer NMOS mismatch but receiver gain is more sensitive. The receiver IIP2 confidence interval in case of NMOS mismatch is [24.674, 24.77]dBm and in case of NMOS Vth mismatch is [24.659, 24.857]dBm. This show the robustness of the proposed UWB receiver front end. Therefore the proposed circuit meets the requirement of UWB system perfectly which make it suitable for WBAN applications.</text>
