Forty-five students (14 males and 31 females) were involved in the study. The participants were asked to read the materials of graded reading in electronic books by using their mobile phone. To measure their reading fluency, reading rate was counted in word per minute. The results show that mobile assisted extensive reading outperformed the students' reading fluency. Some participants commented that mobile based extensive reading was likely to build their reading fluency. It indicated that mobile might have the potential way not only for reading comprehension but also for reading extensively.  </text>

<text>This comment responds to Alyse Dickson’s article in this volume titled ‘Revenge Porn: A Victim Focused Response’. It summarises the difficulty that Australian law has encountered in keeping up with evolving behaviours with emergent digital technologies and provides recommendations for achieving the ‘victim focused response’ that Dickson argues for in her article. The comment begins in Part I by highlighting the problems caused by the term ‘revenge pornography’. Part II explores possible directions for future research and stresses the need for an interdisciplinary approach for any strategy to be truly effective. The comment concludes by arguing that a formal legal response in the form of criminal legislation in all jurisdictions should be implemented.</text>

<text>Learning media is one of the important components in the process of implementing learning, especially during the current pandemic. But in reality there are still few teachers who use media in the learning process, causing student learning outcomes to decline. Interactive media which is one of the media that can be used to attract students' attention by combining systems ranging from text, images, videos, and audio/sound can provide new experiences for students in learning. This study aims to determine student learning outcomes after using android-based interactive learning media in social science subjects. The population group consisted of 70 students from several schools in Cluster 2, Cipinang Muara Village. Then samples were taken using the Slovin formula to get 60 samples of fourth grade students. This study uses experimental research methods and uses a single group pre test - post test. The collected data were analyzed through t test. The results showed that android-based interactive media had a positive effect on student learning outcomes. Students experienced a significant increase in learning outcomes by using this media. In addition, students feel more interested and easier to understand the material by using this application. <text>This article examines the role of citizens in the process of building and managing city brands. A multidisciplinary approach is applied to explain the multifaceted nature of territorial brands and citizen involvement. To this end, theoretical concepts from marketing and corporate branding, public management, and human geography are applied. By conceptualising place branding as a public policy and a governance process, and drawing from the concept of participatory place branding, the author discusses a variety of methods and instruments used to involve citizens. Special attention is given to the importance of modern technologies for effective citizen involvement.</text>

<text>Covid-19 patients experience several symptoms such as shortness of breath, abnormal heart rate, lung function abnormalities that are similar to pneumonia symptoms. These symptom conditions indicate that the saturation of oxygen (O2) levels dissolved in the blood is not normal. To measure oxygen levels in the blood using a medical device, one of which is a Pulse Oximeter. Covid-19 patients in the Sapta Taruna Health Center were 665 patients, of which this patient was counted from January 2022 to April 2022. Based on information obtained from the Sapta Taruna Health Center, the only patients that were counted were those who did the PCR/Swab test, while the people who were suspected infected with Covid-19 there are still many who do not do PCR/Swab tests, this refusal is due to fear because Hoax information is spread in the community such as: PCR/Swab tests are painful, if the PCR/Swab test results are positive, fear of being ostracized, feel healthy and other reasons. other. Patients who have been tested positive for Covid-19 will be given drugs such as fever medicine, antibiotics, anti-virus, Vitamin C, and others according to the level of symptoms they feel, if the symptoms are felt at a moderate, mild or even asymptomatic stage, they will be advised to isolate independently (Isoma) at home, but there is no further monitoring from the Sapta Taruna Health Center, even though patients who are self-isolating at home may experience a decrease in blood oxygen levels drastically, so these patients need medical devices such as pulse oximetry so that patients who are isoma can perform independent checking, henceforth the current pulse oximetry cannot provide remote information related to the condition of oxygen saturation in the patient's blood. Judging from the problems above, the research team made a product, namely Pulse Oximetry based on IoT, this tool is to measure oxygen saturation in the patient's blood and the data from the measurements made by the patient will be automatically sent to the server and can be viewed on the Sapta Taruna Health Center website, so that the Sapta Taruna Health Center can monitoring the condition of the patient in real time without having to meet directly with the patient.</text>

<text>Many changes occur in the world of education as a result of technological advancement, including the compilation of a module. Digital modules that students can easily access and that have been compiled based on an analysis of student learning obstacles are required. Therefore, this research aims to develop a digital module based on student learning obstacles and it employs the theory of Digital Didactical Design (DDD). DDD contains components of learning objectives, learning activities, process-based assessment, social relations, and integrated technology. This is an on-going study relying on ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implement, Evaluation) model and it reveals the results from Analyze, Design, and Development stages. In the analysis stage, several instruments, such as test, interviews, and documentation, were used to encounter some learning obstacles in solving the combination problems faced by the vocational high school students. The next stage is designing the digital module based on the students' learning obstacles using DDD components. And in the development stage, the validity and practicality of the module are being tested and the results are very valid and practical. Thus, this digital module was feasible and can be used in teaching combination for vocational high school students to minimize learning obstacles.</text>

<text>Abstract - Electrical energy is a human daily need that cannot be separated, even the need for electrical energy has increased every year. This is evident from the construction of renewable energy plants in areas with potential. In this thesis, a control and monitoring system for a vertical turbine wind power plant prototype will be made using the internet based on IoT (Internet of Things) technology. Where the IoT technology here, the author uses the Thingspeak and Blynk applications which are used to monitor the electrical energy output from the wind power plant (PLTB) and the output from the 220V inverter. The purpose of using IOT technology is to make it easier to monitor and control the voltage, current and output power of wind power plants from anywhere and anytime via the internet. For the manufacture of this tool in need of a voltage sensor, current sensor, relay, LCD and NodeMCU. The voltage sensor uses PZEM 004T which functions to read the value of voltage, current, cos phi and frequency, relay1 serves to limit the output voltage from the dynamo generator and relay2 to limit the output voltage to 220V in case of equipment problems, NodeMCU functions to process data read from the sensor, this NodeMCU already equipped with a WIFI module that functions to send data to an internet server so that it can be controlled and monitored anywhere and anytime. The results of the tests carried out measurements for 2 hours on the load of the iron, fan, television, 1 phase AC motor, soldering iron, dispenser, laptop charger, incandescent lamp, and refrigerator using the 004T PZEM sensor resulted in an error of 0.28% - 0.3%.</text>
