<text>This study focuses on factors that predict consumer attitudes towards short message service (SMS) advertising. The purpose of the study is to build a predictive framework that can be employed to identify which factors of SMS advertising contribute to different attitudinal groups. This study is based on the push and pull motivation theory which, in this context, explains and predicts consumer responses to SMS advertisements. The results of the discriminant analysis indicate that three factors of SMS advertising are responsible for group separation, namely perceived SMS infotainment, perceived knowledge and fear of spamming. The discriminant model enables practitioners to predict the category to which consumers belong based on their responses to the factors of SMS advertising, and allows media practitioners to use SMS advertising more effectively.</text>

<text>The main objective of this paper is to focus on a numerical study of unsteady boundary layer flow of Williamson Nanofluids over a heated permeable stretching sheet embedded in porous medium in the presence of viscous dissipation. A mathematical modeled which resembles the physical flow problem has been developed. By using an appropriate transformation, we converted the system of dimensional nonlinear partial differential equations into system of coupled dimensionless ordinary differential equations. Numerical solutions of these equations are obtained by Runge-Kutta fourth order with shooting method. The velocity, temperature and concentration distributions are discussed numerically and presented through graphs. The numerical values of reduced skin-friction coefficient, Nusselt number and Sherwood number at the plate are derived and discussed numerically for various values of physical parameters which are presented through tables. The present results have been compared with existing one for some limiting case and found excellent validation. It is analyzed that the reduced skin friction coefficient enhances with increasing values of an unsteady parameter, magnetic parameter and porosity parameter. In addition, we observe that decrement in velocity profile of the fluid flow is observed for increasing values of the non-Newtonian Williamson parameter and a rise in Eckert number leads to the enhancement of the temperature of the fluid in the thermal boundary layer.</text>

<text>This article aims to explore the depiction of China by mainstream Spanish media during the COVID-19 pandemic. 105 articles were collected from El Mundo, El País, La Vanguardia, ABC and El Periódico, and analyzed by topic: domestic information diffusion and epidemic prevention measures in China, Chinese aid in Spain, and opinions about them. The main finding is that China’s image portrayed by these newspapers changed from draconian and Machiavellian, given the country’s massive strict quarantine and censorship, to villainous, due to cover-up of epidemic information and governance failures that Spanish media condemned in retrospect, and then to opportunist, to a helper of use but not genuine, after China started to aid Spain while taking advantage of the inaction of the Occident. However, the Spaniards’ acceptance of these media-portrayed images varies: despite intense criticismsof governance failures and censorship characterized by the authoritarian system, Spaniards only consider “the virus from China” as an important threat, instead of the expansion of Chinese ideologies. The opportunist depiction was accepted by a considerable proportion of Spaniards, thinking China had gained economically from the pandemic and even improved its global reputation.Aid from ethnic Chinese in Spain, from private firms in China and from the Chinese Government were positively felt. Besides, the fact that Spanish citizens increasingly blamed their Government for incompetence might also explain why there was limited damage to China’s image.</text>

<text>This paper draws on "China and India: Macroeconomic prospects and problems." China and India had similar development strategies prior to their breaking out of their deliberate insulation from the world economy and the ushering in of market-oriented economic reforms and liberalization. China began reforming its closed, centrally planned, non-market economy in 1978. India always had a large private sector and functioning markets, which were subject to rigid, state control until the hesitant and piecemeal reforms of the 1980s. These became systemic and far broader after India experienced a severe macroeconomic crisis in 1991. The political environment under which reforms were initiated and implemented in the two countries and their consequences were very different. India continues to be an open, participatory, multiparty democracy, while China has an authoritarian, one party regime, though it is liberalizing policies. China and India have a lot to gain, both from trading with each other and cooperating in the WTO. Each can learn from the other's policies, their successes and failures. This paper discusses a subset of economic issues common to both countries without touching on others, such as privatization of SOEs, reforms of the labour market (e.g., dealing with the "hokou" system in China and labour laws in India), financial sector reforms and, above all, political reforms. Although it may sound chauvinistic and naive, there is no doubt that China can learn a lot from the functioning of a vibrant, but somewhat chaotic, multiparty participatory democracy in India. After all, as the Chinese become richer and economically free, they are likely to demand personal and political freedoms. Hopefully, the Communist Party of China will anticipate and accommodate such demands, as it seems to have started doing already.</text>

It was the most popular letter, whose aim was to educate society, and popularize foreign literature and culture. The literature that was most often promoted was French literature, but also German-speaking authors (cited in the article) were discussed. Austrian literature was not treated as distinct from German literature during that time but nontheless, the articles presents artists, of Austrian origin: Joseph Roth, Stefan Zweig, Rainer Maria Rilke, Hugo von Hofmannsthal, Arthur Schnitzler, Odon von Horváth, Franz Werfel and others. <text>The U.S. relations to Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) are since the end of the Cold War revolving around achieving a state of nuclear free Korean peninsula. As non-proliferation is a long term of American foreign policy, relations to North Korea could be categorized primarily under this umbrella. However, the issue of North Korean political system also plays role as it belongs to the other important, more normative category of U.S. foreign policy which is the protection of human rights and spreading of democracy and liberal values. In addition, the North Korean issue influences U.S. relations and interests in broader region of Northeast Asia, its bilateral alliances with South Korea (Republic of Korea, ROK) and Japan as well as sensitive and complex relations to People’s Republic of China. As the current administration of president Donald J. Trump published its National security strategy and was fully occupied with the situation on Korean peninsula in its first year, the aim of the paper is to analyse the changes in evolution of U.S. North Korean policy under last three administrations, look at the different strategies adopted in order to achieve the same aim, the denuclearization. The paper does not provide a thorough analysis, neither looks at all documents adopted and presented in the U.S. or within the U.N. It more focuses on the general principles of particular strategies, most significant events in mutual relations as recorded by involved governmental officials and also weaknesses of these strategies as none has achieved desirable result. In conclusion, several options for current administration are drawn, however all of them require significant compromises and could be accompanied with series of setbacks dangerous for regional stability and U.S. position in the region.</text>

A system for the Internet of Things – VISCar to monitor fuel consumption on Android mobile application is proposed to solve the problem. The VISCar has four features, including driving behavior analysis, monitoring, notification, and location and route to the gas station. This system consists of three subsystems: connector, server, and user interface. Car’s engine data is scanned by OBDII and sent via Bluetooth to Raspberry Pi then passed using 3G connection to the server and being stored. The data can be accessed by users through a mobile application via MQTT and processed on server for analysis. The test results show VISCar has been successfully built and implemented to monitor fuel consumption efficiency for the car rental company.</text>

That information will be extracted to acquire road width, so the drivers could use right alternate routes for their types of vehicle. Object and lane detection are both used for obtaining road width when lane boundaries are detected in road image otherwise, road width is obtained using a vanishing point method. The average error rate for road width measurement using object and lane detection is 19.71%. Meanwhile, the average error rate when there is no lane boundary is in the range of 10-15%, 8-18%, and 10-19% for various capturing sides. Reclassification of the road is done when the error rate of road width is set. Accuracy of road category reclassification is in the range of 70-75% in various sides.</text>

<text>Communication between the near field communication (NFC) devices occurs in a very close distance of less than 10 cm. In the NFC-based payment system, close proximity between devices will increase the security of transactions. The disadvantage is the interaction between devices requires more physical activity of device owners because the device must be brought near to other devices some times. Besides requiring more physical activity, NFC-based interaction also takes a longer time because the device needs to be moved from one position to another. This paper proposed secure and efficient protocol that will reduce the physical activity of the device owners and reducing transaction time. The data exchange between merchant and payer will be executed without waiting for each other and one transaction will require two data transmissions are performed by the merchant and payer. Transactions are secured by the use of encryption on each data which sent by the merchant and payer. In addition, the protocol also guarantees the security of offline micro transactions and online macros transactions.</text>
