However mobile device usage is characterized by users carrying out short and intermittent tasks sometimes referred to as â??micro-taskingâ??. Micro-collaborations are not well supported by traditional groupware systems and the work in this paper seeks out to address this. Mico is a system that provides a set of application level peer-to-peer services for the ad-hoc formation and facilitation of collaborative groups across a diverse mobile device domain. The system builds on the Java ME bindings of the JXTA P2P protocols, and is designed with an approach to use the lowest common denominators that are required for collaboration between varying degrees of mobile device capability. Business actors use many strategies to increase productivity and customer satisfaction. Based on research, the process of ironing and folding clothes is a process that takes a long time compared to the washing and drying process, so a method or tool is needed to make folding clothes more practical. An automatic Foldron T-Shirt is the perfect solution to make folding and ironing clothes more manageable and time-efficient. This tool is equipped with a servo motor that moves the folding board and a steam iron designed so that the user only needs to control the clothes once and simply press one button; the clothes will fold, and the iron themselves will be neatly arranged. The PID method uses an ultrasonic sensor to measure the speed distance of the wiper motor, which is used to run the steam iron so that it can stop appropriately at the end of the table. The output of this ultrasonic sensor is used as the input (set point) of the PID controller applied to the tip so that the movement of the motor can adjust its speed. The study was conducted in pre experimental research design without a control group of rescued devadasi girls by understanding their needs and gaps in life skills. The effectiveness of the programme was assessed using a standardized tool. 25 adolescent girls who were rescued from the devadasi system participated in the study. These girls were daughters’ of active devadasi women from Raichur, Koppal, Bellary and Bijapur. The girls were provided life skills education by the researchers.  Intervention programme was developed based on the 10 life skills laid out by the World Health Organization after integrating methodologies and contents specific to their life situation after a need assessment study using Life skills assessment scale. The results analyzed in SPSS version 18, indicate that the programme was effective and displayed statistical significance in rendering the participants with Life skills. The study intends to highlight the importance of developing tailor made life skills programme for vulnerable groups and girls at risk. As an illustrative case, the climax sequence of a popular Malayalam film Aniyathipravu is analyzed using the method of visual analysis. The analysis is guided by the hermeneutic approach of psychoanalysis and by inputs from evolutionary psychology. The analysis attempts to explore the aspects of individuation of the son, female identity formation and the familial consequences of these aspects in the contemporary society. It reveals how the son is caught in the ambivalence of wanting to be separate from his mother and to be dependent on her, and how the mother is evolved into the cultural stereotype of mother-in-law. The study also shows that motherhood overshadows all other aspects of the female identity in the contemporary society.
