<text>The article explores social psychological aspects concerned with diasporic relationships among the South Asian diaspora in Denmark and is a follow up of a project conducted in the mid-nineties. The first wave focussed on the intergenerational relations within the double challenge perspective dealing with age transition and ethnic belonging while the second wave focuses at the relationships across the borders within a theoretical framework of life course perspectives combined with diaspora conceptualisations. In-depth interviews were conducted and analysed through meaning condensation. The gendered experiences of the young adults perceived as active actors indicate reinterpretation of the self, others and home. The results depict that the young adults‘ relationships involve both the country of origin and the Danish welfare society, though refutes the myth of return, in spite of Denmark turning increasingly restrictive in migration policies in the past years. How does moving across the geographical borders affect the relationships of diaspora members both here– in the country of residence and there- in the country of origin? The article delineates some of the processes through gendered experiences of the young adults perceived as active actors based on an empirical longitudinal study. The results indicate transformations in belongings and longings indicating reinterpretation of the self, others and home in context of exclusion processes at various levels.</text>

<text>The essay takes up the issue of postcolonial representation in terms of a critique of European modernism that has been symptomatic of much postcolonial theoretical debates in the recent years. It tries to enumerate the epistemic changes within the paradigm of postcolonial theoretical writing that began tentatively with the publication of Edward Said’s Orientalism in 1978 and has taken a curious postmodern turn in recent years with the writings of Gayatri Spivak and Homi Bhabha. The essay primarily focuses on Bhabha’s concepts of ambivalence and mimicry and his politics of theoretical anarchism that take the representation debate to a newer height vis-ŕ-vis modes of religious nationalism and Freudian psychoanalysis. It is interesting to see how Bhabha locates these within a postmodern paradigm.</text>

<text>There are current trends in public and academic debates which point toward a wish of some analysts and observers to “de-culturalize” debates on international migration. In German debates, it is the term “integration” which has an alleged culturalizing effect and which therefore should be avoided and discarded as a concept of practice and as a concept of theory. In contrast to these positions we argue that there is a fundamental nexus between communal relations (Vergemeinschaftung or integration) and sociation (Vergesellschaftung). It is only by relating communal relations and sociation that we can understand the logics of important institutions such as citizenship and welfare states. Analytical concepts such as Vergemeinschaftung and Vergesellschaftung are necessary because they help us to account for fundamental changes. We find that in recent decades the meaning of integration connected to nationhood in public debates has changed from an ethno-cultural understanding to a republican one which is simultaneously characterized by increasing demands upon individuals who are conceptualized as autonomous persons (individualization).

<text>Mobile Router (MR) mobility supported by Network Mobility Basic Support Protocol (NEMO BS) is a Mobile IPv6 (MIPv6) extension that supports Host Mobility. Proposed Multihoming and Route Optimization for MANEMO (MROM) scheme is designed to provide Route Optimization (RO) and Multihomed in NEMO architectures. This paper proposes two novel schemes; MANEMO routing scheme and Multihoming-based scheme. These are to provide support for next generation networks. The proposed MROM scheme differs from other schemes for NEMO environment because it considers the requirements of more application flows parameters as packet lost delivery, handoff delay as well as throughput). Another difference is that not only the network infrastructure can begin the functionality of flow routing, but also an Edge Mobile Router (EMR) can do this flow for routing. Moreover, it utilizes the state of the art and presently active access network to perform the separation of each flow in mobile network. Thus, proposed MROM exhibits multihoming features and improves handoff performance by initiating flow-based fast registration process in NEMO environment. A handoff method is proposed with enhanced functionalities of the Local Mobility Anchors (LMA), Mobile Routers (MRs) and signaling messages with a view to achieve continuous connectivity through handoff in NEMO. Both analytical and simulation approaches are used. Analytical evaluation is carried out to analyze packet delivery lost and handoff delay of our proposed scheme. It was also shown that cost of signaling messages and packet delivery are contributing to total handoff cost. At the simulation part, network simulator 3 (NS 3) has been used as the tool to get performance metrics that have been considered like packet delivery ratio, handoff delay, and packet loss. Our proposed scheme (MROM) has been benchmarking to the standard NEMO BS Protocol and P-NEMO. In this paper, we discuss proposed MROM for next generation networks, providing detailed analysis with a numerical model, proposed MROM, by maximizing the handoff performance, has been justified to have better mobility support than the ordinary NEMO BS Protocol and PNEMO.</text>

<text>With the great advances in the world of mobile learning, development approaches are a very important challenge in designing an M-learning platform for instructors. The development can quickly become a handicap to the integration of certain functionalities and features if the approach is not very well thought and adapted to the pedagogical model designed for the platform. The purpose of this article is to clarify certain comparative aspects between the various methods of development of mobile learning platforms, their ordering and processing and the advantages and disadvantages of each approach. The authors present a multi-criteria analysis which can help instructors in decision-making by assisting their choice of the mobile development approach according to the most important criteria. This paper constitutes an overview of the m-learning platforms from design implementation point of view and will help researchers implement the pedagogical design model described in previous work.</text>

<text>This research proposes improving the aquarium environment for ornamental fish farming for small enterprises raising ornamental fish for sale during the COVID-19 Pandemic with an automatic aquarium system capable of forecasting the optimum environment for fish using Multi-Layer Perceptron Neural Network. Since the amount of the collected data was limited, it was also employed to adjust the imbalanced dataset by applying the Synthetic Minority OverSampling Technique to increase forecasting accuracy. Subsequently, the developed system is based on Internet of Things devices in conjunction with sensors for measuring the indicators that affect the aquarium environment, including temperature, turbidity, total dissolved solids, the potential of hydrogen ions, dissolved oxygen, and nitrate ion. Further, the mobile application was developed and collaborated with sensors and devices to facilitate entrepreneurs monitoring and controlling this automatic system. The results showed that the accuracy of the developed water environment forecasting model was 97.31% and gave the highest level of automation efficiency. Therefore, the developed automated aquarium system could be applied to reduce fish mortality and maintain environmental conditions to grow adequately over the fish life span.</text>

<text>As technological advances in smartphone domain increase, so are the issues that pertain to security and privacy. In current literature, multimodal biometric approach is addressed at length for purpose of improving secured access into personal devices. Moreover, most of the financial institutions such as banks, etc. enforce two or three step access into their corporate data to enforce security. However, personal devices currently do not support similar applications or way of enforcing multilayered access to its different domains/regions of data. In this paper, a multilayered multimodal biometric approach using three biometric methods (such as finger print, face and voice) is proposed for smartphones. It is shown that fusion of biometric methods can be layered to enforce secured access to private data on smartphone. The experimental results are presented.</text>

<text>This research aims at developing an e- spelling system supported by effective multimedia technique of sign language and finger spelling. However the aimed system should enhance the hearing disability for the Deaf student so he can enter his desired paragraph then the spelling process could be accomplished in two stages, the fist stage is the word spelling which translates each word into the corresponding sign language video clip (MPEG video cut). Then stopping message appears asking the Deaf student to move to the second stage of translating. The second stage is the letter spelling which translates the current translated word (in sign language) into finger spelling letter by letter in sequence. Both stages of spelling are controlled by the Deaf student. After completing translation of that word into alphabets finger spelling, the next word would be translated into the corresponding sign language video clip. Real run-out forms (8 screens) have been displayed to describe the tracing process of translating and spelling via this e-spelling system. The system has been showed/tried by some experts to get the valuable feedback from them. As final result it is expected that Deaf students can improve their skills in English reading when they practice, drill and repeat the translating and spelling process of various English sentences and words. One hand ASL (American Sign Language) alphabets are used for letter spelling and Indian Sign Language Dictionary is used for word spelling. Visual programming coding source and its multimedia control components/techniques with database have been used in developing this system</text>

<text>Understanding solar movement (e.g., solar diurnal motion) is difficult for those are beginning to learn about astronomy. Previous research has revealed that observation-based learning can help make astronomical phenomena clearer to understand for such learners. In this research, Smartphone Augmented Reality (AR) technology and 3D content were used to develop a multi-viewpoint Smartphone AR-based learning system (M-VSARLS) for solar movement observations that can be used in the real-world environment. The goal of this research is to assess the usefulness of the system, usability of the AR function and 3D content, and the overall effect of the system on the learner’s motivation through task-based experiments with follow-up questionnaires. The results show that the M-VSARL system is effective in improving the observational skills and learning ability of learners, and in enhancing their motivation to learn about solar movement.</text>

<text>The traditional multiple reserves and resounding costs of increase of the corporal volume can be replaced by a distributed file model of divided data employing algorithms, multidimensional integrity, and resilience to complete losses of the storage facilities. The model's created duplicated data enables you to recover some of the split components' lost functionality. A rapid shift in the appraisal and application of knowledge is also required by increasing information and communication technologies. As a result, modern learning methodologies, approaches, and technologies are being developed. This paper describes how to build an automated instructional and analytical complex using semantic information. It has been established what is needed for such an educational and technological complex. Tools built on a semantic network are represented in formal and structural models. Since it was created using a thorough understanding of the topic, the model is intended to facilitate students' perception of the many educational and technical complexities and to enhance the teacher's work.</text>
