<text>Battery energy is a crucial issue that limits battery-powered mobile devices’ operational efficiency in Mobile Ad hoc Networks (MANETs). Failure of a node affects both the lifetime and connectivity of a MANET, which has to initiate finding a new route from source to destination. This initiation causes more energy consumption in nodes. Failure of a node also causes network partitions, thereby resulting in sparse networks being formed. Existing energy-efficient strategies only defer the end of a node’s battery lifetime; they could not guarantee the MANET’s nonstop functioning. To address the issues caused by battery depletion, this paper proposes a “Cloud” oriented approach called Power-as-a-Service (PaaS), a hierarchical on-demand charging model for recharging the mobile nodes of the MANET. In PaaS, the MANET is alienated into non-overlapping disjoint zones, and for each zone, one Zone Charging Cloud Node (ZccN) is deployed to recharge the mobile nodes of that particular zone wirelessly. A High-power Charging Cloud Node (HccN) is deployed to wirelessly recharge the ZccNs in the MANET for the entire network. In PaaS, the ZccN recharges both the selected node for recharge and other nodes around the selected node that requested recharge and has higher power transfer efficiency. This strategy of PaaS improves the charging efficiency of cloud chargers by minimizing the urgent charging requests in the future, and thus the operational efficiency of the MANET improves. Extensive simulations indicate that the proposed PaaS model with a hierarchy of cloud chargers improves the operational efficiency of MANETs in terms of reducing the death rate of mobile nodes, thereby improving the lifetime and connectivity probability of MANETs.</text>

<text>The Feature Selection concept is the procedure where in the data is simplified removing the irrelevant features. Divergence method is another strategy of method where in the relation among the attributes and class is measured to understand their contribution to performance. Nowadays the mobile network is integrated with the other networks like the computer networks transmitting all kinds of data leading to attacks in networks known as intrusion in computer networks equally applicable to mobile communications. So in this paper the intrusion detection method involving the other other mode of communication is considered in mobile interaction network. The proposed algorithm performs feature selection using the divergence evaluation method to reduce the feature set. A 10% KDDCUP99 data set was used for the evaluation of the proposed algorithm, and performance metrics were evaluated using the C4.5 classifier. The metrics TPR, FPR and consistency were compared with the mutual information based DMIFSA, RMIFSA, MMIFSA methods and the proposed method is implemented on Python 3.8 that proved to achieve the high accuracy of 99.94% as compared to other methods and also reduce the redundant features. The consistency in Accuracy is maintained almost from 4 features to 10 features in proposed method as compared to other methods that indicates the stability of the system is achieved.</text>

<text>Although the Chinese government has a strong preference for bilateral diplomatic negotiations to resolve disputes, its status as a party to UNCLOS and its continuing failure to reach a settlement with the Philippines has exposed it to the risk of litigation. Additionally, if the arbitration goes forward, China may be at a disadvantage because several Chinese assertions about their South China Sea rights are not well supported in international law. China’s leaders may also have concerns about avoid nationalists who are sensitive to any perception that the government lost control of a high profile issue to a small Southeast Asian state and a Japanese judge. Nonetheless, now that the Chinese have rejected the process, the panel will proceed without them, providing a small “victory” for Manila and potentially swinging international public opinion toward the Philippines. China being an established regional power and aspiring global power would better show her generosity to take the countries in neighborhood in confidence. For this, resolving South China Sea issue by win-win strategy will be of great benefit for regional stability and security in South East Asian region.</text>

<text>This paper presents some initial insights into practical translation problems that can occur during agile localization. Although agile localization is not a novel approach to software localization, the range of possible translation problems and their causes and solutions have not yet been described.
In order to write this paper, an ad hoc monolingual English corpus made up of user interface strings of one agile localized software product was used. The corpus was analyzed string by string, and various causes of translation problems, mostly relating to lacking context, were identified. The paper presents and discusses sample cases of these problems.
This paper tries to show that while agile localization can be used as an alternative to traditional localization, the development team must be open to cooperation with the localization team in order for agile localization to be successfully implemented; otherwise, problems will occur.</text>

<text>The article deals with Heidegger’s attitudes towards theology. Heidegger, stating that existential philosophy and theology are incompatible, advances a thesis of not objectivating poetic thinking. Whereas, Ricoeur’s biblical hermeneutics is based on his theory of metaphor. The lingual act here means the destruction of the old outlook for the sake of the new one. In this dramatic way cognition occurs as a meeting. The poetica thinking of the late Heidegger is also based on a meeting that covers both horizontal coexistence and vertical direction. The author raises the question whether the poetica thinking of the late Heidegger is not theological?</text>

<text>The realistic flow on each blade of the front and rear propellers with contra-rotating propellers (CRPs) are most complex because that consist the interaction forces with themselves and it affects to the actual efficiency of the propeller blades. The wake of CRPs at the gap between the front and rear propellers have influent to the variation of propeller performance for the front and rear propellers. So, this paper presented the numerical simulation of propeller performance on CRPs with steady method in the first. Second, it is applied to evaluate the propeller performance with unsteady method in time accuracy including investigating the wake on a transverse plane between the front and rear propellers and a transverse plane located downstream of the rear propeller. The wake was analyzed through velocity vector magnitude contours. The numerical simulations were conducted using the Reynolds Averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS). The calculation results have been compared the measurement data.</text>
