Although many aspects of the Nepal-India relations indeed predate the origin of the modern nation-state, any historical discourse that downplays the realpolitik in these relations leaves the story untold about India being a hegemon interfering in Nepal’s internal affairs and obstructing Nepal’s social, economic and political progression. From a neocolonial lens, we provide snapshots of the ways and instances in which India has infringed upon Nepal’s sovereignty and independence.</text>

<text>This article traces out the causes for why Nepal’s search for prosperity through transit diplomacy appears to be an un accomplished venture. Identifying different indicators of Nepal’s transit diplomacy, it specifies to what extent Nepal can execute its transit diplomacy and to what extent it cannot. This article also argues that Nepal’s proposal of trilateral ism to its immediate neighbours, India to the South and China to the North, itself, so far has not been institutionalized through any means of trilateral dialogues or ministerial-level meetings. It has only been reduced to the status of a metaphor merely inferring Nepal’s possibilities to bridge two emerging economies in the neighbourhood, which are, however, deemed as the prime actors of Easternization process itself. Hypothesizing that the venture of transit diplomacy has not gained sufficient momentum, this article does not only assess the reluctance of India in providing momentum to trilaterialism, but underlines Nepal’s lack of preparation and assertiveness which have actually sidelined her plausible role to make it happen at Nepal’s larger interest. The idea of trilateralism should, therefore, bear an institutional reality. Without such an institutionalization, Nepal’s quest for prosperity through transit diplomacy might not yield expected results, and shall always dwell on the status of an un accomplished venture.</text>

Nepal is an oldest nation-state of South Asia and its democracy had been, for a number of times, suspended or dismissed which forced Nepali leaders to exile in India. It still continues in different ways. Nepal’s political development is directly or indirectly influenced by political activism in India. India has been important ‘space’ for Nepal’s political change and it also has been a place for migrant’s political activism since a long time.
Out of several Nepali migrants’ organizations in India, some are active in transnational political mobilizations. This study will look into the concept, evolution and contemporary discourse of the political transnationalism. It examines in the framework of transnationalism; development process of major political parties in Nepal, and situation of Nepali migrant’s political activisms in India and their associations with homeland politics.</text>

<text>NetajiSubhas Chandra Bose –the fiery Indian revolutionary has been in the news during 2015 and 2016 in connection with the declassification of files about his mysterious disappearance after 18th of August 1945. Of late, maximum research and writings on the leader have been about the mystery and associated theories connected with his disappearance, with the Indian Prime Minister himself taking a keen interest. It is largely History and to some extent Political Science, which as academic disciplines, has incorporated Subhas Chandra Bose as “Topic of Study/Research”. Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose had an in-depth knowledge of not only the Indian Society but also Japanese and European Society. He was a very keen observer of Indian Society and with his keen observation and constant interaction with a wide section of the general public during his constant travels, both within India and abroad, he was aware of various social problems particular to India and its magnitude. Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose was also fully aware of the British Colonial interests (the cunning-oppressive Agenda) who did not want the total eradication of social problems, especially that of caste and communal rivalry. Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose had practical experience in Indian Industrial Relations as an Outside Trade Union Leader of various major trade unions and President of the first Indian Trade Union Federation-The All India Trade Union Congress (AITUC). As the President of India’s most powerful political party, the Indian National Congress (INC), for two consecutive terms, Netaji’s contacts with Indian leaders belonging to different groups/associations including trade unionists, and general public those days was next only to Mahatma Gandhi. All these broadened his horizon and called for constant observation and study of Indian Society on a day to day basis. Netaji also donned the role of conciliator and arbitrator during industrial disputes. Thus his ideas and writings on these areas were a result of practical experience. Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose also tried his level best to ameliorate the social status of Indians and was particularly concerned about the plight of Indian labour and farmers. This Article focuses on the role of NetajiSubhas Chandra Bose in Social Reforms and Industrial Relations and aims at highlighting the fact that Bose can be an interesting ‘Topic of Research’ even in Sociology, especially Sociology of Indian Social Reforms, Sociology of Indian Industrial Relations and Military Sociology.</text>

We propose a new practical approach for social context-aware data retrieval based on mobile phones as a sensor concept. This approach uses Wi-Fi and Bluetooth modules located on mobile phones as sensors for getting proximity information that can open (discover) access to any user generated content or content published in the social networks. A special mobile service (context-aware browser client for Android) can present that information to mobile subscribers. The potential use-cases for the proposed approach include all projects associated with hyper-local news data. For example, news services in Smart City projects, proximity marketing, indoor data delivery, etc.</text>

I show that three types of search queries that arise in legal research can be framed as querying the existence of certain composite citation relationships, and that these queries can be evaluated by the user significantly faster using network visualisation. I discuss further implications of network visualisation for exploratory data analysis, and I present our work on the AfricanLII Citator application, currently in beta, which provides such an interface to a citator that indexes case law from 15 countries in Africa.</text>

<text>Organism network systems provide a biological data with high complex level. Besides, these data reflect the complex activities in organisms that identifies nonlinear behavior as well. Hence, mathematical modelling methods such as Ordinary Differential Equations model (ODE's) are becoming significant tools to predict, and expose implied knowledge and data. Unfortunately, the aforementioned approaches face some of cons such as the scarcity and the vagueness in the biological knowledge to expect the protein concentrations measurements. So, the main object of this research presents a computational model such as a neural Feed Forward Network model using Back Propagation algorithm to engage with imprecise and missing biological knowledge to provide more insight about biological systems in organisms. Therefore, the model predicts protein concentration and illustrates the nonlinear behavior for the biological dynamic behavior in precise form. Also, the desired results are matched with recent ODE's model and it provides precise results in simpler form than ODEs.</text>

<text>Examination of neuropsychological functioning, both in healthy populations and in individuals with brain injury, has provided important information with regard to lateralization of cognitive function, gender differences in neuropsychological performance, functional differences associated with disconnection syndromes, and cognitive capacity at various developmental stages. To date, a large body of research has focused not only on structural brain development but also on the maturation of individual neuropsychological domains and the process by which these domains become integrated during development (Webb et al., 2001). Among cognitive domains, the association between aggression and mental illness has been the focus of research due to the costs associated with anti-social personality disorders plaguing the criminal justice system. Aggression in terms of physical or mental illness often leads to behavioural problems both to the aggressor and victim. Aggressive tendencies at times closely related to mental health challenges which an individual might be facing, if not properly diagnosed, might lead to abnormalities and harm.

To implement this approach, the traces of 920 enrolled learners in three agronomy courses were exploited using an unsupervised clustering method to group learners according to their degree of engagement. The decision tree classification algorithm relies on the decision rules construction, which is widely adopted to identify the accurate learning style. As missing good decision rules would lead to learning style misclassification, the Felder-Silverman Learning Style Model (FSLSM) is used as it is among the most adopted models in the technology of quality improvement process. The results of this research highlight that most learners prefer the global learning style.</text>
