The study has been carried out for the prediction of cavity and noise cavitation characteristics of the propeller. The blade sheet cavitation created by an underwater propeller is then evaluated using numerical analysis. The cavitation and cavity around marine propellers were predicted using MRF (Multiple Reference Frame) techniques. The FW-H equation is used to measure far-field radiation under various operating conditions. Main findings suggest that students performed informal learning activities mostly from office, home, interacting mainly with classmates. However, it was found that students used only a limited number of applications but these were considered useful to their learning. The paper contributes to a discussion of the implications of training and instructional support to help students to take more advantage of mobile phone applications to support informal learning. The results showed that 52% of the respondents have low occupational stress and 48% of the respondents have high occupational stress. There is no significant difference between male and female executions with respect to occupational stress. The team leaders who are above the age of 30 years tend to experience higher occupational stress than the team leaders who are under the age of 30 years.
