Un-derstanding how to model the complexity of mobile work and particularly its mobile interaction would be beneficial in ensuring the success of mobile services in userâ??s long-term, goal-oriented usage. Previous attempts to evaluate success factors in mobile business services have concen-trated on rigid analytical tools modeling users and tasks and mainly focusing on understanding routine work tasks and standard information exchange between different users. We argue that our approach is a useful analytical tool when the focus is on examining the transformation of interactions that takes place when mobile work services are implemented. A cluster is a dynamic collection of mobile hosts called peers and are clustered around a single mobile host called a centroid to form a temporary work group for processing and exchanging information. All peers are connected to the centroid using a short range wireless network. All peers and the centroid are members of a peer connected set. The centroid is chosen in such a way that it has a strong connection to the mobile support station. After collecting data from a server, the centroid is free to disconnect from the server and ready to create its own cluster of peers. Processed data is kept at a private work space of the centroid in an envelope and brought to the envelope repository whenever required. The governments of India and state governments have initiated a number of programmes to achieve the goal of universalization of elementary education. Among them Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) is the recent addition. According to the handbook of education statistics (2013-14), 38.2 per cent of children in the state who had enrolled in Class I did not reach Class X and were thus, deprived of basic education. To improve retention in government schools, understanding the socio-demographic characteristics of the parents of school dropout children would be advantageous. For the purposes of the study, a field survey was conducted in 18 villages of six rural Mandals of Mahbubnagar district with a sample of 401 respondents. Study finding revealed that both boys and girls in the age group of six to 18 years were equally vulnerable to dropouts. About 90 per cent of the school dropout children were from the government schools and three in five children in the age group of 15 to 18 years were dropped out from the school. Illegal Bangladeshi migration to India is one such issue. Bangladeshi migration to India is a result of many factors – environmental, economic, social, and political—each one acting alone or in combination, causing migration. Factors that cause Bangladeshi migration to India are many. Scholars categorise them broadly into “Push” and “Pull” factors. Bangladesh is a country where millions of people are displaced every year due to natural disasters like floods, cyclones, riverbank erosions, and salinity. Added to it, poor economic conditions in Bangladesh and the resultant economic distress have pushed people to cross over to India. The minority communities of Bangladesh, mainly the Hindus, have migrated to India, faced with communal tension and religious discrimination as a result of the Islamisation of the society and polity of Bangladesh. This paper examines the factors that induce migration at the origin—Bangladesh.
