The present analysis is based on the similarities and differences between Estonian political television advertisements and modern television commercials with an emphasis on the application of propaganda instruments. The author employed content analysis when studying the sample in which were 100 non-political and 84 political advertisements. This research shows that Estonian political television advertisements and international non-political television advertisements share some significant similarities: cognitive propaganda instruments are more widely employed than social ortechnological ones. The role oftechnological propaganda instruments is diminishing and such instruments are replaced by structural ones. A major difference is that, on average, there are more propaganda instruments per advertisement in political television advertisements than in non-political television advertisements, and technological propaganda instruments are not employed in non-political television advertisements. The numerical tool is an in-house panel method code, PROPELLA. The code is a low order source-doublet, steady/unsteady time domain panel method code having capabilities to predict hydrodynamic performance of screw propellers with various configurations. Under the research program, the code was extended and used to model the propellers, pod-strut combinations and strut-wake impingement model. Amongst the hydrodynamic issues that have been addressed through numerical predictions were questions regarding the effects of hub taper angle (propeller only case and pod-strut-propeller case), pod-strut configuration (push and pull), geometric variations, azimuthing conditions and pod-strut interactions (wake impingement effect) on podded propeller performance. Predictions were made both in pusher and puller configurations for the pods and reasonable agreement was achieved between the predictions and measurements. The code is being modified to study the podded propulsors' performance at static and dynamic azimuthing conditions. In this work, the Hybrid PSO-BAT Optimization Algorithm (HBPSO) Algorithm based on modified chaos -cellular neural network (Chaos - CNN) approaches has been proposed to overcome DDoS attacks. The suggest approaches consists of three-part which are hybrid optimization search algorithm to enhance the route from source to destination, chaos theory module is used to detect the abnormal nodes, then on Modified Chaotic CNN (MCCN) employed to prevent a malicious node from sending data to the destination by determining node that consumer more resource, packets lose or the victim could reset the path between the attacker and itself. CICIDS dataset has been used to test and evaluate the performance of the proposed approach based on the criteria of accuracy, packet loss, and jitter.  The Chaos - CNN approached results to outperform similar models of the related work and the approach protects the VANETs with high accuracy of 0.8736, specificity of 0.9959, TPR of 0.9561, and FPR of 0.78, Detection rate 0.9561.
