<text>The points of separation of magneto-hydrodynamic mixed convection boundary layer flow along a vertical plate have been investigated. The free stream velocity is considered decreasing exponentially in the stream wise direction. The governing boundary layer equations are transformed into a non-dimensional form and the resulting nonlinear system of partial differential equations are reduced to local non-similar boundary layer equations, which are solved numerically by implicit finite difference method known as Keller box scheme. Here we have focused our attention to find the effects of suction, magnetic field and other relevant physical parameters on the position of boundary layer separation. The numerical results are expressed in terms of local shear stress showing the effects of suction, buoyancy, Prandlt number and magnetic field on the shear stress as well as on the points of separation. Keywords: Separation points, magneto-hydrodynamic, mixed convection, boundary layer, suction, finite difference method, Keller box scheme. <text>The paper aim is to come up with methodology for performing video learning data history of learner’s video watching logs, video segments or time series data in accordance with learning processes via mobile technologies. To reach this goal, it is introduced a theoretical method of sequential pattern mining specialized for learning histories in identifying the most important or difficult learning. Based on this method, it is designed a model for understanding and learning the most difficult topics of students topics. The user will be able to use and access the model through mobile technologies when and where he/she wants. The performed video learning history data of learner’s video watching logs consists of functions that are responsible for collection of stop/replay/backward data activities, generation of sequence from the collected learning histories, extraction of important patterns from a set of sequences, and findings of learner’s most difficult/important topic from the extracted patterns. The paper mainly describes the model for understanding and learning the most difficult topics through the sequential pattern mining method. Implementing the method to use in mobile phones is considered as future aim.</text>

<text>In recent years gaming products have increasingly been used to enhance learning and training development in the academic and commercial sectors.  Gaming is an approach that applies technology to provide an almost real experience with interactive field training.  It is an approach that supports the theory of learning by doing with a real case scenario.  The purpose of this paper is to determine serious game attributes to support effective training using serious game approach.  Through systematic literature review on eleven selected articles, nineteen game attributes were identified.  Hence, based on the definition and description from the articles, text analyses were conducted to determine categories of attributes based on educational theories' perspectives.  This study adopted the deductive content analysis approach which 14 relevant research articles between 1994 and 2016 were identified from the Web of Science and SCOPUS databases.  It appears that serious game attributes according to the educational perspectives are being practised using various ideas, terms and concepts.   Hence, the findings can be justified that serious game attributes are important to enhance the effectiveness of training modules.  All these attributes will become part of the serious game framework for hazard identification training modules.  The target is to deliver effective and active training module to construction-related workers.</text>

<text>The research on the impact of alcoholism on the family indicates that alcoholism often poses threat to the wellbeing of the family, the most affected ones being the other spouse and the children. Alcoholism often poses serious risk to the emotional, cognitive, behavioural, physical and social wellbeing of the abuser, the partner and the children. Most of the researches have explored the impact of parental alcoholism on the negative outcome on psychosocial development of partners and children, very few documented studies have been carried out on the positive aspects of life such as wellbeing and futuristic hope in the children of alcoholic parents (COA). This study attempts to explore the relationship and the difference between QOL and Hope in COA and children of non-alcoholics (CONA). The study was conducted on a sample of 60 children each between the age of 12 to 15 from alcoholics and non-alcoholic parents drawn from a district of Kerala using purposive sampling technique. The measures used were QOL-BREF by WHO (1996) and Children Hope Scale (CHS) by Snyder et al. (1996). The data was first analyzed using the descriptive statistics, the normality of the data was checked using Shapiro Wilk test, Mann-Whitney U test was used to find the difference between the COA and CONA on QOL and Hope. The relationship between the variables was assed using Spearman rank correlation. The results of the study indicate that there is significant difference in QOL among the children of alcoholics and non-alcoholics. The COA demonstrated comparatively less Hope than the CONA, however there was no significant difference among them. The QOL and Hope were correlated only among the CONA. The study has implication for positive intervention for the COA, parental and school based interventions such as preventive, remedial and holistic counselling or therapy.</text>

In addition to the question of whether universities have legal jurisdiction to decide these matters, there is the more fundamental question of whether they should. Using Martha Fineman’s theory of vulnerability as a theoretical lens, this article seeks to evaluate whether accusations of sexual assault should be treated exclusively as police matters or whether universities have a moral obligation to take independent action.</text>

<text>Group’s communications using Mobile Ad hoc Networks (MANETs) have recently drawn a lot of interest. Information is delivered to a group of receivers simultaneously through a process known as multipath. Therefore, to enable team communication activities, an effective and efficient multipath routing protocol is essential. Enhancing multicast routing has been the subject of numerous initiatives. However, they don't account for scalability. A scalable geographic multicast routing protocol was proposed in this research (SGMRP). This protocol's primary goal is to create a compact, adaptable multipath routing strategy that works regardless of the number of broadcast participants or the magnitude of the network. Using a prediction model and cross-validation techniques, the model performance evaluation tool assesses model effectiveness. The satisfaction with the service was also evaluated using a question. In addition to reducing the number of participating nodes in localization, the proposed method also gets rid of duplicate packets between clusters. The article introduces the framework's fundamental idea, details its transparent implementations, and finishes with a preliminary assessment of the framework based on typical mobile software kinds.</text>

This paper analyses the concept of Westphalian sovereignty and its practices among states, particularly in the bilateral relationship between Nepal and India. The notion of Westphalian sovereignty, basically a principle of non-intervention in the internal matters of other states, has been a contested concept since the beginning of its inception. Despite numerous international agreements, system-affecting and system-influencing countries have not refrained from meddling into the internal affairs of system-ineffectual states. Taking the issue of alleged Indian interference in Nepal's internal affairs into consideration, this paper examines levels and degrees of correction in accusations and assertions. And if it is correct then how can we understand it better. The first part of the paper discusses the conceptual frame of state sovereignty and its evolution over time. Then, the issue of the exercise of sovereignty is explored and, concurrently, the compromise of state sovereignty is also explained before analysing Nepal-India relations. Next, the Nepal-India relations are analysed.</text>

<text>It’s hard to deny that the historically intense distrust between the United States and Iran helps motivate some of the anti-deal sentiment in each country. It’s also, however, this same shared history of suspicion that may hold some of the most import-ant insights about the deal itself. The context for this understanding is the thread of Iranian-Western relations through the ages of colonialism and decolonization, the Islamic Revolution, and the formation of the current regime in Iran. A further layer of complexity in looking at the nuclear negotiations is added with the consideration of the contemporary social and political atmosphere in the Iranian domestic sphere. This often-overlooked background speaks of a situation far more complex than what many who oppose the accords seem to entertain and that must be taken into account if the United States and the West want to see long-term diplomatic success with Iran.</text>
