An effort must be made to get students to enjoy learning mathematics so that their mathematical abilities improve. The rapid development of smartphone technology provides an opportunity for use in mathematics learning. This study aims to develop an Android-based mathematics learning game for junior high school students on the topic of congruence and similarity. The research method used in this study is the Plomp development method with three stages: preliminary research, the prototyping stage, and the assessment phase. The subjects of this study were 56 seventh-grade students from the State Junior High School (SMPN 1) Wagir Malang. Six students participated in small group trials and 50 students participated in field trials. The results showed that the Android-based learning game on the topic of congruence and similarity had been successfully developed. The game media have been validated by experts with a score of 3.36, which shows that the media created are valid. The practicality tests in the small group trial resulted in a score of 3.50, while the field trial resulted in a score of 3.51. The effectiveness tests carried out in the small group trial resulted in a score of 3.36, while the field trial results had a score of 3.38. These results indicate that the learning games developed are practical and effective for use in mathematics learning. Volunteered students (N=100) from the Faculty of Education and Teacher Training took part in the implementation phase. Need assessment suggested that the concept colloids should be a specific topic to be developed as chosen by a significant number of respondents. The validity of the app in terms of the instructional design, software design, and the visual aspects scored above average (between 90 and 99 %). The developed app was found to be very easy to use, practical, and straightforward, with an overall usability score of 85.1%. Further, statistical and functional analysis of network rankings of each case over time suggest that cases typically cease to be cited in 3 to 15 years, depending on the jurisdiction, with the exception of Supreme Court of Canada decisions, which persist for 50 years. Marxist, Libertarian, Pirate, and Animal parties, as well as radical-right and populist parties, have become part of an increasingly heterogeneous political spectrum generally dominated by the mainstream centre-left and centre-right. The question this article explores is what led to the surge of these parties during the first decade of the 21st century. While it is tempting to look at structural arguments or the recent late-2000s financial crisis to explain this proliferation, the emergence of these parties predates the debt-crisis and can not be described by structural shifts alone . However, it is important that transition planning, including all administrative, transfer of decision-making abilities, and guardianship processes, should begin at least one year before the age of majority (the age of consent in Switzerland is 18). Even so, professional transition planning is barely standardised and institutionalised yet. In this practice-based research study the current situation and the perception of the relevant groups, the need of the practice, and foster families have been analysed. Therefore, qualitative data collection methods have been used to focus on a multi-perspective approach, including that on foster parents and social workers at official municipality-level. Several relevant topics and aspects, such as applicable administrative tasks or residential issues, which are considered to be of particular relevance and therefore have to be addressed during the transition planning process, have been found. Marital rape and its recognition are discussed as a new boundary mark because of greater social sensitivity on violence. From an intercultural social work perspective, it is highly relevant to learn more about perceptions of different kinds of violence in order to plan adequate interventions. The article presents findings from expert interviews related to the perception and the intervention structure contextualised by the discourse on marital rape in India. It concludes six main implications for intercultural social work. The main finding (6) states that in all of these settings, the role of the family system should not be underestimated, and whenever possible couple counselling should be considered. Viewed against the background of the highly individualised Swiss society, this is a finding, which needs to be taken into careful account in Swiss intercultural social work.
