The samples were 240 undergraduate pre-service teachers at the University of Phayao. The data were collected using a questionnaire to survey pre-service teachers’ opinions on visual elements placed at different positions in instructional videos. The questionnaire’s face validity ranged from .600 to 1.000, and the overall face validity of the questionnaire was .840, while using the Alpha Cronbach test, the questionnaire’s reliability ranged from .754 to .925, with an average reliability of .878.    The findings from descriptive statistical analysis were as follows: (1) Regarding the opinions of the pre-service teachers toward different templates of instructional videos, it was found that they preferred instructional videos that contained presentation graphics and a lecturer video with a transparent background. The methodology was divided into three phases. The first phase was a needs assessment concerning the use of educational technology tools in online learning. The samples were 272 undergraduate pre-service teachers at the University of Phayao. The research instrument was a needs analysis questionnaire on the use of educational technology tools in online learning. The collected data was analyzed using Modified Priority Needs Index (PNImodified). In the second phase, an online lesson about the use of educational tools was developed. The research samples were three experts in three different fields, including instructional design, educational technology, and assessment and evaluation. The research instrument used in this phase was a suitability assessment form for the designed online lesson. Document analysis and descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data. In the third phase, the learning achievements before and after completing the lesson were compared. The samples were 112 pre-service teachers at the University of Phayao. The research instrument was a learning achievement test. The data analysis included means, standard deviations, and a t-test. The results were as follows:  Regarding the needs analysis concerning the use of educational technology tools in online learning, the pre-service teachers considered that tools for completing learning tasks were the most crucial element. The data collected from open-ended questions revealed that the most critical problems experienced in online learning were learning tools and poor Internet speed. The results from the suitability test showed that the developed online lesson was overall suitable (M = 2.98, SD = .174).The pre-service teachers’ average post-test score on the achievement test on the use of educational technology tools was higher than the average pre-test score with a statistically significant difference at the .05 level. The mobile phone application was developed as a learning aid as a substantial number of students were experiencing difficulty in successfully completing these courses. The researcher developed the mobile phone application that contains uploaded course  content from each course. This was used to create  a summary of the lecture content from each course, in the form of infographics and  linked ‘PDF files’ or soft copies of lecture materials. The communication between humans and machines using sounds or language is a huge move forward. This article demonstrates the development of a mobile application for managing household accounts with the integration of a speaking voice and touch-screen function on smartphones; this could also be used as a tool to manage household accounts for elderly Thai people. The content was evaluated by five experts to identify each feature of the developed mobile application. Afterwards, the developed mobile application was distributed to thirty-three elderly people. The research results revealed that the suitable data size after being adjusted data imbalanced was 400%. Once the data had been processed for developing the model, it was found that after being adjusted data size towards the application of the SMOTE, CFS feature selection technique, and classified data errors by the Multi-Layer Perceptron Neural Network, the model provided the highest level of effectiveness in data errors classification with an accuracy of 98.29 %. Moreover, the application could effectively classify data errors and display the household big data at the highest level. The application evaluation results given by the experts and the users had an average mean of 4.69 and higher, a standard deviation of 0.47 and lower, which has the level of effectiveness of 93.78% and higher, while interquartile range values not over 1, a quartile deviation of no more than 0.5.
