<text>Due to the competitive Malaysian residential market with a large number of residential projects that offered almost similar features lead to difficulties of residential purchasing among homebuyers. These days, homebuyers are very selective, careful, and required more time in deciding due to the high numbers of abundant, and problem residential projects in Malaysia. As a result, a high number of unsold residential projects were reported. Therefore, understanding homebuyer criteria in a residential purchase is crucially important towards successful Malasia residential projects in the long term. This paper identifies and prioritizing homebuyers criteria in mainland Penang, Malaysia from user-generated data in online property forums. 6000 data was extracted through RapidMiner software. Once data were processes, statistic analysis is used to determined and prioritize the homebuyer's criteria. The classification of criteria is made by the real estate experts. The result of the study provides fresh insight into homebuyers' criteria. The findings should offer developers, government, potential homebuyers, and real estate agents a better understanding of homebuyers criteria in Penang, Malaysia. </text>

<text>In recent years, the use of ride hailing mobile application services is increasing exponentially. Customers’ expectation of these phone services varies and change dynamically as the needs of each individual also vary. Customer reviews about mobile application are honest, voluntary opinions; and these could become essential input for mobile application providers to measure satisfaction. However, managing a large number of reviews into actionable plans could be challenging. This study combines the Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) and Multiple-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM)-VIKOR approach to process 600 reviews into a meaningful insight to enhance ride hailing mobile application services. The four-phase method analysis concluded that application ease of use and affordability are the most important aspects that most contribute to customers’ satisfaction in ride hailing mobile application services.</text>

However, although there are several such applications for Thai pregnant women in the market, few were developed based on research evidence. This study is focused on the design of a health application specifically for Thai pregnant women by extracting the explicit problems of existing applications and providing solutions to them. A design thinking methodology comprised of empathise, define, ideate, prototype and test was used as a guideline to develop a prototype app. IT experts, physical therapists and pregnant women were recruited as participants to address the problem taxonomy and obtain a solution. The new application produced in this study with the aim of encouraging pregnant women especially for Thai women to engage in physical activity was based on research, and the input of physical therapists, IT experts and pregnant women users was able to feasibly inform the development of an acceptable and usable mobile health application for pregnant women.</text>

This research focuses on Socrative – a student response system (SRS) that has been appreciated by many recent studies. The quasi-experimental design is used to evaluate the impact of completing Socrative-based Physics online homework on students’ learning outcomes. Data were collected from 305 grade 10 students at two high schools in central Vietnam. The results showed that 152 students have participated in the homework on Socrative (experimental group), with an average score of 7.73/10 in the final exam; while the score of 153 students who did not participate in the activity (control group) was 5.31/10. The results of the survey indicated that students have positive attitudes toward the use of Socrative as an online homework platform. In addition, the students recommended that Socrative should be applied frequently in many subjects and exams in order to enhance their learning outcomes.</text>

<text>Robots and hypermedia have been used as effective technological tools in the educational field. Despite their educational benefits, there are no studies investigating their impact on primary students’ intrinsic motivation in the field of science. For these reasons, the study aims to recognize the impact of employing LEGO WeDo 2.0 robotic and hypermedia on intrinsic motivation to learn science among primary students. The study implemented the quasi-experimental approach with a dual group design. The experimental group (n=25) was instructed on the force and motion topic using instruction-based LEGO WeDo 2.0 robotic and hypermedia, while the control group (n=25) was instructed using traditional instruction. The study conducted in Jordan involved fifty primary students. The data was gathered by administering the developed Intrinsic Motivation Towards Learning Science Scale to both groups at pre and post-points; ANCOVA analysis revealed a significant effect in favor of the experimental group in increasing intrinsic motivation to learn science at α = 0.05. These results recommend science instructors employ robots and hypermedia to foster students’ intrinsic motivation. It also encourages decision-makers in educational institutions to make decisions related to the science curriculum and its instructional methods.</text>

<text>Creative thinking skills play an important role in Business English writing, but university students are not creative enough due to the overemphasis of knowledge input in traditional Business English writing classroom in mainland China. To solve this problem, this study involves in the mobile learning environment as the medium. By encouraging students to practice various self-regulated learning strategies while studying the learning content designed under the guidance of Production-Oriented Approach via the mobile app Superstar, this study aims to develop a theoretical framework and consequently promote students’ creative thinking skills in Business English writing. Students reported increased self-regulated learning ability after the experiment. It is found that there is a significant positive relationship between online self-regulated learning and creative thinking and students’ creative thinking skills are significantly improved in post-test. Among all the nine self-regulated writing strategies, goal-oriented monitoring and evaluation, idea planning, and emotional control are the most important predictors of students’ creative thinking levels. </text>

<text>This Currently, technology-based learning media is needed to attract students' learning interest. Augmented Reality and Hologram, both technologies are able to answer these problem. In addition, the Ludo Game can also increase the student’s learning interest when applied as a learning media. This study aims to: developing a learning media based on Augmented Reality, Hologram, and Ludo Game on the topic of molecular shapes, as well as knowing the feasibility of this learning media. Research and Development (R&D) is used as research methods. The development of media adapted the ADDIE model, which includes the stage: assessment/analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The feasibility of this learning media is based on the results of product validation as a learning media, material, and small group trials of 17 Senior High School students. The results of study found that the percentage of product validation results as a learning media is 85,56% (very feasible), material is 88,00% (very feasible), and small group trials is 87,25% (very feasible). Based on this, it can be concluded that this learning media is very feasible to be implemented in the study on the topic of molecular shapes.</text>

<text>From 1890 to 1892, Sir Samuel Griffith, as Premier of Queensland, promoted a scheme under which Queensland would itself have been divided into a federation of initially three provinces — North, Central and South Queensland — and then two provinces, North and South Queensland. This startling idea would certainly have changed the map of Australia, probably permanently. At least at some points, the idea was expressed that each province would enter the Australian federation as a separate State and the Queensland federal government would simply be dissolved upon federation. The Bill to divide Queensland into a federation of two provinces passed the lower House of State Parliament but was defeated in the nominee Legislative Council. It then fell victim to the change of government consequent upon Griffith’s appointment as Chief Justice of Queensland, to the urgent problems presented by the economic depression, and even, from the conservative point of view, to the rise of labour in politics. Little has been known about this nearly successful plan until now. This article attempts to close that gap.</text>
