I formulate a theoretical framework that highlights the authority of the three international organizations (IOs) and their actions as the drivers of their media visibility. The empirical analysis is based on a unique dataset that maps, using natural language processing tools, the content of more than 2.9 million news articles published in January-September 2022 across virtually all states of the world and 60 languages. The empirical results show that NATO’s initial media visibility was high but has decreased significantly over time, the EU has maintained a persistently strong media visibility throughout the period, and the visibility of the UN has been characterized by dynamic developments. These findings have important implications for the public image and the role of the three IOs in the war. In Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha, Department of Balinese Language Education, students have been given Anggah-Ungguhing in speaking subjects where they are taught to understand the use of Balinese language based on social strata.  But in the process of learning the Anggah-Ungguhing, there are some problems, including: 1) There is no media that supports learning of Anggah-Ungguhing vocabulary. 2) The motivation of students when learning Anggah-Ungguhing by using books is low. Based upon the analysis on the problems and previous researches, this study aims to: 1) Development of mobile dictionary to support the learning process Angggah - Ungguhing anywhere and anytime. 2) Measuring the level of student’s motivation are using mobile dictionary while learning vocabulary Anggah - Ungguhing. The method used in this research is Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with Waterfall based model. Based on the results of tests that have been done, mobile dictionaries can be declared successfully developed based on user needs. In this research has distributed about 60 questionnaires to measure the level of student’s motivation who use mobile dictionaries on learning Anggah - Ungguhing Balinese language. The result of the student’s motivation measurement shows that the motivation of the students that the learns Anggah - Ungguhing Balinese languange using mobile dictionary is in the positive category. A total of 599 adults, between the ages of 20 to 50 were asked to complete the questionnaires. The mean score on total anxiety verified that the highest level of El tolerated the lowest anxiety, which was followed by subjects with medium and low levels of El. The results of the Low self control (Q3) and Emotional Instability(C) traits, displayed that the highest level of El yielded the lowest scores on those traits. The findings reported that the trait of Suspicion was tolerated same among the groups. On the other hand both the Apprehension and Tension traits pushed up on the high level of El. In the case of medium level of El, people were engaged with all of the traits on an average but the Apprehension was increased in this group in comparison to the other traits. The age-old misconception that the Indian economy is predominantly rural is now eroding. It is true that one's village culture, community, caste, and familial ties still majorly impact the average Indian's way of life. However, due to both the ‘push' and ‘pull' forces of migration, the former, over time, have become more and more amalgamated with urbane and metropolitan influences stemming from, among others, the mass proliferation of white-collar jobs and the explosion of social media platforms. This hybridization of schemas often causes cognitive dissonance for a said individual in multiple facets of his/her personal and/or professional life. Since industry and service sector jobs are majorly concentrated in urban areas of the country, this individual now has an entirely new set of psycho-social adjustment problems to deal with. Another reason for why the work-life of India is drastically different from that of other countries is that organizations in India, at least the well-established ones, often have two to three generations working simultaneously, which combined with the rapidly growing average life-expectancy; thanks to cheap quality public health-care, which is estimated to increase to four to five generations shortly. The major problem to be expected by the future, and even to an extent, current HR managers is that multiple generations profess dramatically different superegos and/or value systems. During the financial crisis 2008–2012, Austrian energy companies became important partners of German firms supplying Germany with the energy necessary for industries and households. In addition, companies from Austria and Germany participated in the first phase of construction of the pipeline Nabucco. Thanks to manage capital of Austrian and German companies, they may now jointly pursue the objective of expansion in third countries market. After the energy reform, known as the Energiewende, Germany needs more electricity, which largely provide the company with a smaller, but equally high-tech Republic of Austria.
