This project presents the devel-opment of Smart Bus Transportation using Augmented Reality (TRANSPAR) that was developed on a mobile application. One of the major issues with public transportation is on real-time responsiveness. Most bus schedules are presented online but customers still faced many failures. Some bus schedules are not updat-ed when changes happened through time. Some existing bus schedules system is fixed to the bus stations. This research is to identify the bus schedules and its routes characteristics. A 3D AR animation based on identified characteristics was designed using the Unity 3D image marker detection on a mobile Android plat-form. A smartphone application was developed using Vuforia and Google Fire-base. TRANSPAR shows an AR mobile application for acquiring the bus time-tables. The phone camera is applied for marker image detection and scanning the bus station’s images. AR and normal image scanner were designed. Google Fire-base Database is used to retrieve and store each timetable data for every bus sta-tion. Analysis of interactivity and benefits of TRANSPAR shows about 90% agreed on the use of AR and more than 76% agreed on its functionality based on 50 taken samples. This shows a positive impact on the designed TRANSPAR. The research is significant to encourage and experience the public with new tech-nological application for public transportation and it impact the society. The purpose of this study was to examine a range of flexible user interface designs for mobile phones with the aim of locating and addressing the limitations reported by elderly users. Accordingly, a fuzzy model drawing on a range of variables was developed from an age/vision impaired related data set for the development of a variety of basic design elements for user interfaces. The model was tested to assess the preciseness and accuracy of its functions, achieving a Mean Absolute Error (MAE) close to 0 and an Effectiveness Index (EI) close to 1, giving the model a high value for effectiveness. A subsequent usability test of the generated design interfaces using four types of mobile phones (18 screens in all) was conducted among 25 elderly users with vision impairment.  The findings showed that the size and shape of both numeric and function buttons was a significant factor in assessing phone usability both for communication and for social media use, as was text and number size, although, significantly, the latter was qualified by screen size. Recommended numeric and dial function button sizes are 15.6mm and 16.2 mm, respectively. Likewise, recommended text and numbers sizes are 14 and 25 points, respectively. Furthermore, square-shaped buttons with rounded-edge buttons are the most suitable for elderly users, as is a background in a light shade, with texts and icons in dark colors. The model demonstrates that it is possible to design user interfaces with particular groups in mind such as the elderly and vision-impaired, in order to enhance mobile phone usability for these groups. In Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha, Department of Balinese Language Education, students have been given Anggah-Ungguhing in speaking subjects where they are taught to understand the use of Balinese language based on social strata.  But in the process of learning the Anggah-Ungguhing, there are some problems, including: 1) There is no media that supports learning of Anggah-Ungguhing vocabulary. 2) The motivation of students when learning Anggah-Ungguhing by using books is low. Based upon the analysis on the problems and previous researches, this study aims to: 1) Development of mobile dictionary to support the learning process Angggah - Ungguhing anywhere and anytime. 2) Measuring the level of student’s motivation are using mobile dictionary while learning vocabulary Anggah - Ungguhing. The method used in this research is Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with Waterfall based model. Based on the results of tests that have been done, mobile dictionaries can be declared successfully developed based on user needs. In this research has distributed about 60 questionnaires to measure the level of student’s motivation who use mobile dictionaries on learning Anggah - Ungguhing Balinese language. The result of the student’s motivation measurement shows that the motivation of the students that the learns Anggah - Ungguhing Balinese languange using mobile dictionary is in the positive category.
