This study aims to assess the evolution of publication trends in interactive storytelling between the year of 1996 to 2020 through a bibliometric analysis. A sample of 795 studies from the SCOPUS database were analysed via the VOSviewer and Harzing’s Perish or Publish software tools to distinguish research activity on interactive storytelling. The identification of the dominant articles and authors are traced based on the event of the citations, publications, its location and network. The growth on the related publication somewhat slow from 1996 until it starts picking up in 2007 with an average of 36 publications a year since then. The highest number of publications is observed in 2011, with a total of 71 documents (8.93%). The subject of Computer Science is majorly depicted on the studies of Interactive Storytelling (53.5%), followed with Mathematics (24.53%). Meanwhile, the subjects of Engineering (7.30%), Social Sciences (6.47 %), and Arts and Humanities (3.99%) contributing to the total publications of Interactive storytelling. Microsoft Excel, VOSviewer for data visualisation, and Harzing's Publish or Perish for citation metrics and analysis were employed to conduct the bibliometric analysis. Data were analysed among a sample of 305 publications on 3D animation published between 1984 and 2021 available in the Scopus database. The bibliometric analysis reveals that the number of publications on 3D animation research has been constantly increasing since 2002. In 2020, the total number of documents published in 3D animation reached 29 articles. China was named the most active country in the field of 3D animation. A total of 888 researchers from 43 different countries and 31 different institutions published 3D animations in multiple languages, including multi-author collaboration. Computer Science and Engineering are the two disciplines that are most prominently represented in the study of 3D animation. The most active institutions that published key publications linked to 3D animation research were Universitas Diponegoro and the University of Sharjah. This research is unique and significant to contribute to advancing the body of knowledge on 3D animation to add value to the complexities of scientific narratives. The problem is exacerbated in the tropics by significant rainfall throughout the year. One way to deal with rainfall attenuation is to use a time-diversity strategy. Real-time rainfall attenuation data is needed to analyze time variability. However, data from higher frequency bands such as Ka and V bands cannot be used. As a result, the Synthetic Storm Technique (SST) was proposed to convert the measured real time rainfall data into rainfall attenuation data and predict the time diversity gain. The measured rainfall data was converted to rainfall attenuation data using the traditional SST method. Time diversity gains were predicted using Converted rainfall attenuation and the Matriciani model, and the measurements were significantly overestimated. A new concept of realtime rainfall with and without time delay is proposed and used to predict time diversity gain using ITU-R P. 618-13 and the measured rainfall distribution with delay. Therefore, the proposed method recommends using the measured long-term precipitation data to predict the gain from time diversity at the desired frequency. Inadequate care for the elderly can put them in danger of falls with serious injury or even death. When an older person falls due to illness, immediate lack of care may lead to death. In this paper, a wearable smart phone sensor fall event detection system is introduced. The proposed system utilizes real-time raw sensory accelerometer, gyroscope and gravity data collected from the AndroSensor App and is then processed and applied to a machine learning classifier. The smart phone is positioned at the waistline to yield the most accurate fall detection results. The system is trained and can detect common activities, like sleeping, walking, sitting, jogging, and events, such as falling in any direction. In tropical region, the only drawback of FSO is atmospheric attenuation due to mainly haze and rain. This study investigates the performance of FSO system over link distances that ranges between 9 km to 12 km as the average visibility in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is 10 km. Two models used to predict the atmospheric attenuation, namely Kruse model and modified Kruse model. These models are valid to predict the haze attenuation for visibilities that range between 9 to 12 km. The modified/corrected Kruse model shows some limitations in the prediction of haze attenuation over longer wavelength. However, the study indicates that attenuation due to haze is low, while air quality in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is acceptable. As the size of haze particles varies from 0.01 to 1 µm, the longer wavelength is preferable as 1550 nm to enhance FSO performance compared to 850 nm and 600 nm wavelengths. Thus, the longer wavelength is the optimal choice to enhance the FSO performance as it caused low scattering. There is no doubt that the prevalence of the Arabic language makes it considered one of the most important languages all over the world. Through human comments, it can know things if they are positive or negative. But in fact, the comments are many, and it takes work to evaluate the place or the product through a detailed reading of each comment. Therefore, this study applied deep learning approaches to this issue to provide final results that could be utilized to differentiate between the comments in the dataset. Arabic Sentiment Analysis was used and gave a percentage for each positive and negative commentary. This work used eight methods of deep learning techniques after using Fast Text as embedding, except Ara BERT. These techniques are the transformer (AraBERT), RNN (Long short-term memory (LSTM), Bidirectional long-short term memory (BI-LSTM), Gated recurrent units (GRUs), Bidirectional Gated recurrent units (BI-GRU)), CNN (like ALEXNET, proposed CNN), and ensemble model (CNN with BI-GRU). The Hotel Arabic Reviews Dataset was utilized to test the models. This paper obtained the following results. In the Ara BERT model, the accuracy is 96.442%. In CNN, like the Alex Net model, the accuracy is 93.78%. In the suggested CNN model, the accuracy is 94.43%. In the suggested LSTM model, the accuracy is 95%. In the suggested BI-LSTM model, the accuracy is 95.11%. The accuracy of the suggested GRU model is 95.07%. The accuracy of the suggested BI-GRU model is 95.02%. The accuracy is 94.52% in the Ensemble CNN with BI-GRU model that has been proposed. Consequently, the AraBERT outperformed the other approaches in terms of accuracy. Because the AraBERT has already been trained on some Arabic Wikipedia entries. The LSTM, BI-LSTM, GRU, and BI-GRU, on the other hand, had comparable outcomes.
