This paper departs from the High Level meeting between South Korea and North Korea in April 2018 which then produces an output in the form of peace agreement, the Panmunjom Declaration. The declaration has different impact to Japan, because it becomes the turning point of the status-quo in the East Asia region. Relations between states are generally driven and motivated by interests rather than the shared identity. This paper aims to analyze the actions and responses of Japan as a pacifist state towards the changes in the constellation of East Asia relations after the Panmunjom Declaration. In the end of this paper, it is concluded that what happened in the East Asia region is accordance to the concept of classical realism theory. The Panmunjom Declaration surely is an international event marked as turning point of East Asia regional status-quo, but could not be claimed as the main factor to drive Japan revising article 9. However, Japan's alertness towards North Korea remains same. Even though it is not the main factor, but the Panmunjom Declaration made Japan interprets its position differently in East Asia, and has influenced Shinzo Abe's narrative to further strive for the revision agenda to be realized immediately. This method is used to form parts that conduct electricity. This method of machining has used for hard materials and therefore select the correct values of parameters are so effective on the quality machining of parts. D3 steel has a high abrasion resistance at low temperatures therefore can be a good candidate for this method of machining. Also because of high hardness and low distortion during heat treatment, using this method is economical for this alloy. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the influence of the main parameters such as voltage, current, pulse duration and pulse off time and the interaction of them to determine the optimal condition for the D3 steel alloy (alloy with DIN 1.2080). Chip removal rate (MRR) and surface quality of parts were evaluated as the output characteristic of the study. The optimum conditions were achieved when the MRR is in the highest value and surface roughness is in the lowest one. For investigation of interaction, two kinds of DOE methods (Taguchi and determinant of optimal experimental design) are used. Then the optimal parameters are investigated with the help of the analysis signal to noise (S/N) and mathematical modeling. The optimize results were tested again and compared. Also the results showed that regression modeling has better accuracy than the S/N analysis. This is because of a greater number of experiments that done in this part and taking into account the interaction parameters in the regression model. The present study utilized a pretest-posttest quasi-experimental design with a control group (CG) and an experimental group (EG). The participants of this study consisted of 50 fifth-grade female students attending a private school in the city of Amman during the 2019/2020 academic year. Participants’ ages ranged between (10-11) years old. The school was selected purposively, and classes were randomly assigned to the EG and the CG. In order to accomplish the aims of this study, a scientific concept test (SCT) was developed and its validity and reliability were ensured. The EG was taught a unit on motion and force by robot and hypermedia instruction, while the CG was taught the same unit by traditional instruction. Data was collected through administration of the presently developed SCT at pretest and posttest points. Then, this data was analyzed through covariance analysis. The findings of this analysis revealed that 66% of the variation in the fifth-grade students’ posttest SCT scores can be ascribed to the effect of teaching method. From this study, one can conclude that the integration of ERs with hypermedia has a positive impact on students’ acquisition of scientific concepts. These results may serve to encourage science teachers to integrate ERs with hypermedia when teaching scientific concepts. Current literature on the effect of the euro on trade is scarce since the European Monetary Union (EMU) was officially created in 1999, and up until recently there has not been enough data to analyze this issue. This paper aims to estimate the effect of the euro on trade between member countries using the standard gravity model of trade. Using data from current 25 EU members over the period from 1997 to 2004, I show that higher trade volumes between EMU members cannot be attributed to the adoption of the euro. I find evidence that the euro adoption has had a short-run effect on bilateral trade and that this effect is eliminated over a short period of time. My findings suggest that members of the EMU trade on average from 8.8% to 47% more compared to non-members depending on the type of regression used, while members of the Free Trade Agreement trade 61.3% more. The effect of the euro on trade is eliminated as soon as I control for country-pair specific effects that include the FTA effect as well as history of trade relations between two countries. I conclude that the adoption of the euro should be seen as a final step in the European economic and monetary integration for countries that already benefit from relatively high volumes of bilateral trade.
