<text>VANET ("vehicular ad hoc network") is a type of networks that consist of many vehicles acting as moving nodes. They are connected with other vehicles through an ad hoc wireless network so as to increase traffic security and provide relaxation to road users. Sending the messages to the final destination in VANETs is a challenging mission because of its relatively high mobility and dynamism. The clustering technique addresses such issues, as it gathers vehicles based upon several predefined metrics such us density, speed, and physical vehicles locations. Clustering in VANET is one of the controller techniques for dynamic form. In this paper, a new method is presented for clustering that suits the VANET environment with the purpose of improving the network cluster stability. This method takes a number of parameters into consideration, such as the coverage area and speed to make the cluster structure comparatively stable. In addition, and advance is obtained in tems of the cluster-head selections algorithm, and the data exchange is improved through clusters.</text>

<text>Nepal is a small state situated in a geo-strategic location between two major powers—China and India, the former being a great state, and the latter a middle state. Nepal has asymmetric relations with both India and China in terms of national power. Nepalese psyche has been shaped by the very geostrategic situation since the time immemorial. However, Nepal as a modern state was born only in 1768, since then it has adopted different strategies for its survival according to the changes in international, regional and domestic power equations. During the initial phase (1768-1814), Nepal was called Gorkha empire and it had pursued a grand strategy of sub-regional hegemony while being mindful of the sensibilities of the big powers in the North and the South. Nepal made a transition from imperial grand strategy to small power diplomacy in 1816 when it was defeated in Anglo-Nepal War (1814-16). From 1848, when Jung Bahadur came to power, Nepal started to fully bandwagon with the British colonialists in India. After that, Nepal had followed strategies of ‘special relationship’ with its neighbors, non-alignment, balancing, balking, neutrality, equidistance, equiproximity and trilateral cooperation depending upon changes in domestic, and regional as well as international politics.</text>

<text>Over the years, physicians and other medical personnel have lamented the ever-increasing prevalence of physical inactivity and low awareness amongst pregnant women all over the world and especially in Saudi Arabia. The physicians argue that pregnant women are continuously placing their lives at risk by ignoring physical activity and low awareness. Similarly, the pregnant women who rarely participate in physical activity and awareness programs are accredited with risking the lives of their babies. As a result, professional medics have been trying to come up with innovative strategies that can promote physical activity and improve health awareness amongst the pregnant women for a long time. In recent years, the world has experienced a massive shift towards technology-based solutions for nearly every aspect of life.In the health industry, mHealth has become a key trend as tech companies liaise with medical practitioners in pursuit of technological solutions to diverse health concerns. With this understanding, the current paper provides a vivid analysis of a newly-developed technological system designed to facilitating communication between pregnant women and healthcare providers, increase interactions amongst pregnant women, as well as motivate them to increase their participation in physical activities and remote monitoring of their babies. Unlike most mHealth initiatives that provide specific functionalities, the current system is an all-inclusive system offering a combination of all functionalities available through individual pregnancy monitoring systems. The newly-developed system aims to empower pregnant with enough awareness of pregnancy and also to do more physical activity using advanced technology of internet of things and mobile health technology specially in remote areas.</text>

<text>Many studies promise that virtual reality (VR) applications will be one of the most used tools in foreign language learning. This is because VR keeps learners engaged, motivated, and prepared with better communication skills due to the simulation of real-life environments. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and social distancing, it became difficult to use and practice newly learned language skills with real people directly. This paper proposes a social VR mobile application that can be used anytime anywhere to offer a set of different VR environments that simulate real-life situations in order to learn and practice the English language. The application aims to improve speaking skills by offering a private session with a native speaker tutor or a community of learners to practice speaking. It combines the benefits of mobile learning, social networks, and VR. Initial usability testing results showed that the application is simple and easy to use, with some problems discovered and resolved. The application demonstrates that applying VR tools could contribute positively to learning English among the language learners using it.</text>

<text>Security attacks become daily news due to an exposure of a security threat in a widely used software. Taking software security into consideration during the analysis, design, and implementation phases is a must. A software application should be protected against any security threat such as unauthorized distribution or code retrieval. Due to the lack of applying a software security standard architecture, developers may create software that may be vulnerable to many types of security threats. This paper begins by reviewing different types of known software security threats and their countermeasure mechanisms. Then, it proposes a new security optimization architecture for software applications. This architecture is a step towards establishing a standard to guarantee the software's security. Furthermore, it proposes an adapted software security optimization architecture for mobile applications. Besides, it presents an algorithmic implementation of the newly proposed architecture, then it proves its security. Moreover, it builds a secure mobile application based on the newly proposed architecture.</text>

<text>This study discusses the Performance of Moisture soil sensor, which is useful as a sensor to detect soil moisture level used as plant nutrition. The monitoring process is carried out in real-time using internet of things technology based on LoRa or Long-Range Radio Frequency (IoT-LoRa). The application server used is Thingspeak. With this research, agricultural processes and monitoring can be carried out dynamically and efficiently. Therefore, when the soil conditions are dry or the soil moisture level is <300, it will immediately affect automatic watering by opening the valve or rotating the Servo motor. Furthermore, the watering process can be done automatically by looking at the soil conditions on potted plants or agricultural land. The position of the sensor on the ground level is not immediately removed and moved to another place, but it is always in the same condition and location, so the Adaptive Data Rate mechanism is used for the management of Power Consumption on IoT-LoRa</text>

<text>The present investigation aims at analyzing the regional disparities in the levels of Human development and finding out the relationship between the Human development and the level of women empowerment in the Karnataka state. Five variables namely; Female Literacy rate to total literacy rate, Sex ratio, Child sex ratio, working female Population to total working population and Total crime against women have been taken into consideration to assess the levels of women empowerment of the state. District wise secondary data has been collected from census and the Karnataka State human development report. The Composite index method has been computed to ascertain the level of women empowerment, which is depicted in choropleth map, and the correlation co-efficient, is used to find out the relationship between Human development index and the level of women empowerment. The analysis reveals that the southern and coastal parts of Karnataka have a higher share of human development index and higher level of women empowerment. The study also reveals that there is a positive relationship between human development and the level of women empowerment in the state.</text>

may occur. If RFID and NFC technology is used for this case, we
can easily protect patients from fatal medical mistakes. It has the
potential to make almost all wireless technologies and also the
applications on these technologies easy enough so that everyone,
even the non-technical can use them.
Technological development and modern medicine practices are
amongst the outstanding factors triggering this shift. This trend is
resulting in a greater demand for health care-related services and
greater competition among health care providers. Achieving a
high operational efficiency in the health care sector is an essential
goal for organizational performance evaluation. Efficiency uses to
be considered as the primary indicator of hospital performance.
In order to bring down the cost and improve efficiency, intelligent
systems can play a significant role in providing intelligently
processed and personalized information about patients to doctors,
their health care staff (i.e. nurses) and health care administrators</text>
