<text>The main aim of this study is to verify whether the current internationalmonetary system shows a transposition into a multipolar monetaryarrangement. The study is aimed at analysing the prospects of three keycurrencies (the American dollar, the Euro, the Chinese renminbi) in thecontext of their transposition to a multipolar monetary system. For thesecurrencies, the values of monetary concentration and those of the potentialof monetary internationalization were analysed. We used a new approachfor assessing the measurement potential of currency internationalization:the fuzzy-logic model. This approach includes economic and politicalfactors. The prospects of the selected currencies are examined in this studyin the context of the great economic lockdown. The conclusions confirm theexistence of a trend of transposition into a multipolar monetaryarrangement.</text>

<text>The category of a national interest is one of the most popular notions used in international relations. It has a polysemic character and is differently interpreted by various scientific perspectives. The purpose of this article is to provide a brief analysis of selected approaches of the theory of international relations to defining interests and correlating the interpretations of national interests of the Russian Federation performed on their bases. The choice of case study concerning the foreign policy of the Russian Federation is not accidental because in countries aspiring to gain world power the concept of national interest is raised while explaining the motives of decisions taken by their leaders exceptionally often. In this article, Russia’s interests will be discussed in reference to the annexation of the Crimea and Russia’s actions towards Ukraine. Those events vividly show the specificity of defining the national interests, based on one hand on the pursue to being a powerhouse and understanding the interests in the category of power and, on the other hand, resulting from the political identity of Russian elites. As a result, an assessment of the scientific utility of selected theoretical paradigms and their use in the analyses of Russia’s foreign policy will be outlined.</text>

<text>This thought-provoking book by Brian Christopher Jones entitled Constitutional Idolatry and Democracy begins by retelling the moment when, during the highly disputed election period of 2016 in the United States of America, an elector waived his pocket-sized US Constitution before Donald Trump. The gesture was a symbol. A silent but taunting manifestation against the president-to-be, and his supposed lack of understanding of the nation’s ‘most sacred values and principles’ (p. 1). The whole scene and the events that followed (including the spike in sales of pocket-version constitutions) were an expression of a deeper sentiment common to, but not exclusive of, the United States of America: constitutional idolatry.</text>

<text>Improving the voting system has become a widely discussed issue. Paper-based elections are not safe because of the possibility of changing and adding ballots. Consequently, many countries use e-voting systems to ensure security, authenticity and time efficiency. Blockchain e-voting systems can be adopted to reduce fraud and increase voting access from home, especially in pandemics. This paper suggests a blockchain e-voting system that tackles two security and authentication issues. The security has been ensured using hybrid public-key cryptography; the voter information is encrypted using the regional election office elliptic public key, while the homomorphic public supreme election authority encrypts the vote. Using homomorphic encryption for voice enables the calculations of results as the authority encrypts it without revealing the vote itself. Authentication has been improved for home voting by a robust login system. This login system consists of two steps. In the first step, the voter enters the site using his unique QR code number scanned by webcam; in the second step, the system checks the voter's face using a face recognition system by web camera to be routed to the voting page. Voting public keys are also authenticated using a digital certificate schema. The system has been tested to show its efficiency and suitability in block establishment time and the encryption and key generator randomness using NIST tests. </text>

<text>Examination of neuropsychological functioning, both in healthy populations and in individuals with brain injury, has provided important information with regard to lateralization of cognitive function, gender differences in neuropsychological performance, functional differences associated with disconnection syndromes, and cognitive capacity at various developmental stages. To date, a large body of research has focused not only on structural brain development but also on the maturation of individual neuropsychological domains and the process by which these domains become integrated during development (Webb et al., 2001). Among cognitive domains, the association between aggression and mental illness has been the focus of research due to the costs associated with anti-social personality disorders plaguing the criminal justice system. Aggression in terms of physical or mental illness often leads to behavioural problems both to the aggressor and victim. Aggressive tendencies at times closely related to mental health challenges which an individual might be facing, if not properly diagnosed, might lead to abnormalities and harm.

<text>This article explores the intellectual ideas of Ake on feasibility of democratisation in Africa. Democratisation is feasible as government focuses on the real people irrespective of racial affinity. In the past, the apartheid government in South Africa was adjudged as obstacle to democracy because majority black were marginalised in the representative democracy. The African National Congress (ANC) developed a pressure against undemocratic laws of apartheid rule. This process translated to Trust Reconciliation Commission (TRC) as a driving-mechanism towards peaceful negotiation in the country. While this is true, this article argues that transition to democratisation in 1994 by founding elections marked the beginning of a representative government. This article contests the current practice of democratisation by political disconnection of the popular party after the death of President Nelson Mandela. Finally, it is argued that feasibility of democracy is economic empowerment of the people but was trivialised in the country. The article further states the characters which marred democratisation process after the post-third wave. The article submits that there was adequate oversight functions which checked the excess power of executive arm and the others. This de facto is justified by the action of opposition parties such as EFF, DA, and IFP in the Freedom House. As a result, triangulation politics is recommended as mechanism which can promote national unity in the country. </text>

Furthermore, it will evaluate the innovative instructional design model with Mobile Technology accordingly. The participants in the project comprised 30 undergraduates from the Information Science program, Thai Studies program, and English program who took the Science, Technology and Environment for Life course. They were selected through the cluster sampling technique. The research instruments comprised the innovative instructional design model, evaluation forms and the pre- and post- achievement tests. Included as well was the questionnaire on undergraduates’ opinions towards the model. The data analysis used the mean, the standard deviation, and the t-test. In addition, the model contains distance learning lessons which have been developed by Mobile Technology, and have passed educational quality assurance measures. It has been categorized regarding content, educational technology, and assessment by experts in content, educational technology, and assessment. The innovative instructional design with Mobile Technology has also been rated as “most appropriate” by five experts in the areas of distance education, mobile technology, educational technology, assessment, and content. The undergraduates learning from the innovative instructional design model showed significant achievement at the .05 level and their satisfaction was rated at the “high satisfaction” level. This paper reports the research findings regarding selected elements of the innovative instructional design model. It comprises the input, the process, the output and the feedback. There are nine steps to the innovative instructional design model with Mobile Technology.</text>

<text>Bangalore's landscape has witnessed several transformations in the past two centuries. A city that has founded about 5 centuries ago is undergoing urbanization at a pace that was not comprehended by planners Iwo decades ago. As a result substantial landscape changes are taking place without much heed to the overall impact on Bangalore's environment and most fundamentally without long term planning. Whilst ath impact of overall urbanization on the local environment has had telling effects in terms of high degrees of pollution, threatening the city's surface water and ground water aquifers, there is now the increasing probability that proposed expansion of the city is likely to destroy patches of forests left in the immediate vicinity of the city, that reflect endemic biodiversity of the region.
The pre-independence growth of Bangalore reflected a need for sanitary development •that did not compromise too much the quality of local habitats, both natural and human-formed, in the latter case particularly wetlands. However, the past three decades of planning has induced growth that directly threatens the sustenance of such habitats. This paper will broadly describes the nature of changes that have taken place in the landscape of Bangalore and surrounding areas, and consider the implications of such growth. The possibility of managing the city's growth keeping in view a symbiotic relationship with the natural environment, and the benefits that accrue from it, will be considered as a method for planned development.</text>
