<text>Stress concentration of structural members can be reduced considerably by the judicious choice of elliptic shaped stress raisers like notch and groove. Substantial effort has been given by numerous researchers to accurately measure the effect of such stress raisers, particularly of semicircular shaped notch and groove. An exhaustive bibliographical study proved that there is scope to investigate further and establish an alternative design criteria; concerning the elliptic geometry. Computational method, primarily the finite element method has been used to analyze the models under loading. This paper suggests the use of a modified elliptic shape which gives less stress concentration when compared to semicircular notch and groove. The ratio of minor and major half axes of the ellipse should be between 0.3 and 0.4. The introduction of shoulder with elliptic notch and groove even reduces the stress concentration. The results obtained from FEM analysis propose optimal values of geometrical design parameters. The study represents not only a precise view of stress distribution, but also to develop charts that can be used by designer for practical purposes.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.3329/jname.v10i1.13675</text>

<text>South Asia is one of the most unstable and volatile regions of the world and stands second least peaceful region out of nine regions that were evaluated by the Institute for Economics and Peace (IEP). The ranking of the peacefulness of most of the South Asian countries is also rather low. In a developing country like India, the economic cost of violence at 5 percent of its GDP is too high. The causes of internal conflicts can be attributed to factors like ineffectiveness of the governance systems, sub-nationalism, deprivations, discrimination, social injustice, ethnic, sectarian, and religious polarisation, socio-economic exclusion, identity crisis, and competition for fast depleting crucial resources. These conflicts manifest in the form of insurgencies, terrorism, low-intensity armed conflicts, civil wars, and related political violence. There is a definite relationship between terrorism and internal armed conflicts, as both generally follow near similar contours. The terrorists have tried to destroy the very idea of India – democratic, secular, growth-oriented economy, excellence in IT and industry.
Almost all elements of national power have a role - direct or indirect - on matters of national security, to suppress internal armedconflicts, and finally to resolve them. The legitimate aspirations and grievances of the people must be identified region-wise and addressed with a sense of urgency. The Government needs to formulate a comprehensive National Security Strategy (CNSS), to give a definite direction to the role of each element of national power in the short and long term, and minimize its economic cost of violence.</text>

<text>Indonesia’s Vision 2045 is an essential basis to determine the direction of the country’s development in line with four main pillars which include the development of human resources (HR). This involves producing quality, healthy, intelligent, adaptive, innovative, and skilled human resources with character. The achievement of this goal requires the improvement of the competence and professional certification quality towards ensuring HR are reliable and competent in different fields such as the vocational area which involves Informatics Engineering (IT). Therefore, this research was conducted based on the gap observed in HR which is indicated by a lower proportion of Indonesian workers in the IT field compared to other ASEAN countries. It was also observed that the assessment process and results of the Junior Mobile programmer scheme by the Professional Certification Institute (LSP) for Digital Technology have not been optimally tested. This is indicated by the fact that the assessment activities are being conducted without the full implementation of a centralized and systematic technology-based system, thereby causing problems in the remote assessment process. Moreover, professional associations, academia, and industry were not involved in designing a tested and reliable assessment model. I this research was conducted from March 2022 to December 2023 with the trial subjects from the Digital Talent Scholarship (DTS) training program, Vocational School Graduate Academy (VSGA) of the Ministry of Communications and Informatics. There were 40 sessions which consist of 20 for the experimental class and 20 for the control class. Furthermore, the data collection instruments included questionnaires, documentation, interview guides, observations, and competency tests while descriptive and quantitative analyses were conducted through the I'ken V and factor analysis tests using the LISREL and SPSS applications.

<text>The particularity of E- Assessment is that it allows to combine the assessment of personality with that of personal and interpersonal values. It is this joint assessment that makes all the richness and interest of digital assessment for human resources professionals in terms of recruitment, career management, professional orientation and assessment of soft skills. The platforms dedicated to evaluation cover several families: behavioral tests or personality tests, aptitude tests and value questionnaires. They have the particularity to measure with a certain precision dimensions clearly denied by the editor, in connection with scientific concepts. Then they statistically compare the results to a standard and a reference population. In order to assess the impact of E- Assessment t, we opted during this study at SOSIE 2nd Generation for a digital HR tool that meets the current requirements of human resources professionals for assessment in international contexts. Indeed, the work was carried out on the content of the items, the dimensions, the descriptive and interpretation reports through a reading in terms of percentiles, common behavior styles for a population of Moroccan professionals operating in various sectors of activity.</text>

Subsequently, there are increasing needs and demands for software, digitalisation, and processing power development for unlimited database development and applications. The study aims to determine how well-prepared UTMSPACE is in meeting the new data management planning requirement for developing the big data management application. This study is supplementary to the development of strategic management planning in digitalisation and data management. The study employs qualitative method for its exploratory and data processing application research. The findings will help to identify the weaknesses and strengths in preparing data management applications to achieve strategic management plan outcomes. The study suggests that the company must increase awareness on the importance of big-data management through data processing engines that provide a more organised and centralised data and information management. In addition, the results also share the type of data and information needed for prioritising the organisational strategies in implementing the lifelong learning programmes across different environments and sectors.</text>

The data comes from the results of interviews and observations that are analyzed through the stages of synthesis and selection of data, data display, data verification and conclusion, then tested its reliability through cross-checking data sources, comparison of results of literature review, extension of research time, academic feasibility audits through experts, and confirmation to the data source about the accuracy of the meaning of information. The results of this study provide an understanding that there is a transformation of the meaning of learning in the mindset of the millennial generation which is based on changes in students' self as learners and the learning transformation environment in higher education that can support changes in learning outcomes. Changes in students' self as learners in the form of: 1) Self Change, Self Experience, Creativity, motivation, orientation, maturation. A learning transformation environment in higher education that can support changes in learning outcomes, in the form of: 1) Innovation, 2) technology-based, 3) creative and 4) positive condition</text>
