However, studies on the factors that impact mobile commerce adoption via mobile applications are still limited. Moreover, there is minimal study that investigates the importance of attitudes towards mobile commerce as antecedents of mobile commerce adoption using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), especially in the Malaysian market. These factors are crucial since the population of online users are massive and their influence is forming the untapped potential for marketers. By knowing the factors that drive the use of mobile commerce, this study seeks to facilitate marketers on how to use the findings and intensify the growth of online business in Malaysia. This quantitative study is cross-sectional in nature with 160 samples. Results showed that out of six hypotheses, five hypotheses were supported. The findings shed lights on the relevance of TAM in reasoning the adoption of mobile commerce via mobile applications. Also, this study provides insightful implications for marketers to understand consumer behaviour and strengthen the mobile commerce market. Efforts to denuclearise North Korea has only, till now, achieved nothing more than a stalemate. This study uses the ADDIE development model as its framework, framing the whole process in its five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research subject chosen was History Education students at Universitas Sriwijaya. Two validation points were used to gauge the validity and effectiveness of the proposed learning medium, namely the results of expert validation and field trials. There are three aspects of the learning medium to be validated by experts on related fields: the materials, the language, and the visuals. The results returned positive with the materials aspect getting a score of 4.67 (very valid), the language aspect getting a score of 4.67 (very valid), and the visuals getting a score of 4.85 (very valid). Meanwhile, the results of the field trials returned with a normalized n-gain of 0.9 (highly effective). These results mean that the proposed online learning medium using TikTok as its platform was proven both valid and effective. The selection of students who volunteered to become recipients of the Bidik Misi Scholarship required the Decision Support System (DSS) approach which implemented the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method by weighting the criteria and sub-criteria of each alternative for all attributes. The criteria used in the SAW method in this study consisted of 2 (two) criteria and each of these criteria had sub-criteria. The first criterion is Parents with sub-criteria consisting of the education level, incomes, parents’ coverage. The second criterion is students with sub-criteria consisting of age, academic potential, ownership of the Indonesia Smart Card (KIP). The output obtained from the 5 data analyzed in this study, the final value of the highest alternative preference is 0.9 and the lowest alternative preference value is 0.55. The output obtained by using the Electre method is that the Student_Mari004 alternative eliminates other alternatives.
