Therefore, this study proposes a model that captures most important quality features of MSN applications based on extending the DeLone and McLean information systems success model empirically. The proposed model of this study is examined empirically through a survey of 235 students. The findings also indicate that there are positive relationships between students satisfaction, behavioral intention to use with the overall quality features. The proposed model presents for researchers and designers the most important quality features as guidelines to design and develop MSN applications with a positive effect on students’ behavioral intention to use of MSN applications, and this situation can lead to enhance the learning outcomes using this new application. The European debt crisis has only added to their strength and support, and Eurosceptic attitudes have only increased, as exemplified by the recent Brexit vote. However, this exploratory paper will argue that the crisis to which populism has given rise allows the EU to critically reflect on itself and fix many of the fatal flaws that the increase in populist support has pointed out. It will be argued that the EU needs to create a strong civic society to help mend its democratic deficit. Resource Description Framework (RDF) is the liagna franca of Semantic Web. While Big Data handles the problematic of storing and processing massive data, it still does not provide a support for RDF data. In this paper, we present a new Big Data semantic web comprised of a classical Big Data system with a semantic layer. As a proof of concept of our approach, we use Mobile-learning as a case study. The architecture we propose is composed of two main parts: a knowledge server and an adaptation model. The knowledge server allows trainers and business experts to represent their expertise using business rules and ontology to ensure heterogeneous knowledge. Then, in a mobility environment, the knowledge server makes it possible to take into account the constraints of the environment and the user constraints thanks to the RDF exchange format. The adaptation model based on RDF graphs corresponds to combinatorial optimization algorithms, whose objective is to propose to the learner a relevant combination of Learning Object based on its contextual constraints. Our solution guarantees scalability, and high data availability through the use of the principle of replication. The results obtained in the system evaluation experiments, on a large number of servers show the efficiency, scalability, and robustness of our system if the amount of data processed is very large. The current research applied a quantitative approach to researching educational practitioners’ perceptions of e-learning acceptance, using a sample of 4,024 educators and students from a range of Kuwaiti educational institutions. Findings indicate that respondents were slightly supportive of e-learning adoption, with a majority acknowledging its advantages. In this study, we evaluate and compare four features selection methods, seven classical machine learning algorithms, and the deep learning algorithm on one million random instances of CSE-CIC-IDS2018 big data set for network intrusions. The dataset was preprocessed and cleaned and all learning algorithms were trained on the original values of features. The feature selection methods highlighted the importance of features related to forwarding direction (FWD) and two flow measures (FLOW) in predicting the binary traffic type; benign or attack. Furthermore, the results revealed that whether models are trained on all features or the top 30 features selected by any of the four features selection techniques used in this experiment, there is no significant difference in model performance. Moreover, we may be able to train ML models on only four features and have them perform similarly to models trained on all data,which may result in preferable models in terms of complexity, explainability, and scale for deployment. Furthermore, by choosing four unanimity features instead of all traffic features, training time may be reduced from 10% to 50% of the training time on all features.
