Methods: This project develops a Mobile based Tigrigna Language Learning Tool to support Tigrigna Language speaking, listening and writing for foreigners in a Tigrigna’s environment. The main emphasis is to teach beginners, the basic alphabets, words and common conversation they might come across. To achieve this goal, the main effort of this project is based on three aspects: designing and delivering Tigrigna alphabets, words and conversation lessons, by integrating audio and picture for the words, alphabets and common conversations. By giving exercises for each the lessons and allowing the user to keep track of his/her profile. The Tool contains three modules like Tutorial management module, Exercise Module and User Profile Module each of the modules are contained different components and functionalities it also includes a scenario-based fulfilling activities associated of learners and it encourages users to speak, listen and write in Tigrigna through the mission tasks of the project .This Tool may increase learners’ motivation to continue their Tigrigna learning. Besides, mobile devices provide the opportunity to learn Tigrigna outside the classroom and to interact directly with a genuine living environment. Results: This project is viewed by the institution of Tigrigina language and litrature Addiss Ababa University and they are interested on the tool. I deployed on the actual device it works exactly as expected and different beginner Tigrigna learners are using the tool. Based on a methodology using secondary literature in a systematic way, the argument unfolds in three parts: first, the article looks at the political cohesion between the two member states in terms of both the building and the content of the EU’s foreign and security policy. Then, it seeks to establish a correlation between Franco-German cohesion and the existence of an EU position, or lack thereof. Finally, the last section explains why the Franco-German cohesion is a necessary but insufficient condition for the EU to gain actorness, by looking at other variables pertaining to: domestic politics, European politics and the international environment. Four models of interaction between the Franco-German cohesion and these other variables are developed: effective consensus; ineffective consensus; diffuse consensus; blocking dissensus. In numerous publications, EU authorities asserted that they had the confidence of European peoples desirous only of further integration. In the wake of the failed referenda for a European Constitution, however, enthusiasts of European Union can no longer be certain that their enterprise will succeed. The European Union, once strong and united, seems now an entity teetering on the edge of collapse. The reasons for such a dramatic shift are, of course, wide-ranging. Yet I would suggest that a great part of the general European disillusionment with European Union has come about as a result of the actions of the Europeanists themselves. Over the last decades, European officials have exhibited a frightfully high incidence of revisionism in their literature. This practice, I argue, has caused many Europeans to question the integrity of the project of European Union. For my presentation, I intend to undertake a close study of a selection of documents published by the European Communities. In this endeavour, I will compare and contrast the messages imparted in different editions of these works and consider the semiotic significance of the textual and non-textual language appearing therein. In this manner, I hope to achieve two aims. First, I mean to add a corrective element to a literature that, guided by a teleological interpretation of integration, endows integration with”logic" to be found only in hindsight. Second, I intend to examine the many meanings that the EU has had over its history and assess how closely policy has adhered to the ideological goals of prominent Europeanists. In sum, I hope to shed light on the fundamental disconnect between advocates of Europe and the "man on the street" and help establish a dialogue which may contribute to resolving the current impasse within the European Union. For this purpose, a scale form consisting of 34 items was created and then administered to a total of 280 first-year students from various departments of the Near East University Health Services Vocational High School. Rotated principal component analysis was used to obtain information on the validity of the scale. The data was processed using the SPSS 23.0 software package and the results are given as arithmetic average and standard deviation. In this context, it has been determined that the related items for the scale are collected in 6 dimensions, which have been categorized by the researchers as: Proficiency and Motivation"; "Content and Feedback"; "Usability"; "Effectiveness"; "Educational Features" and “Communication". Additionally, the reliability coefficient calculated by Cronbach's alpha for the developed scale is .94. Based on the overall results of the study, student opinion has been found to be positive related to Moodle LMS in an Educational Online Learning Environment. Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG) is a surgical procedure to treat CAD in severe cases. This study aims to employ psychological intervention to reduce anxiety in pre-operative CABG patients. A case-control study measuring anxiety levels was conducted in 30 participants. They received psychological interventions and their anxiety levels were determined by administering HAM-A rating scales pre and post assessment prior to surgery. The intervention group had better prognosis and recovery after CABG than the control group who received no psychological intervention. Reduction in anxiety pre-surgery leads to a better outcome.
