<text>Knowledge Management (KM) system is a core feature in facilitating intellectual growth in organization. However, there are numerous difficulties in maintaining a reliable KM system. One of the challenges is to manage knowledge materials in video format. A video file contains complex data that lead to the difficulties in managing them. Without an intelligent system, managing videos for KM requires a laborious effort. In this paper, an intelligent framework for KM system, embedded with deep learning model, is proposed. The use of the deep learning model alleviates the heavy burden of video materials management in KM system. To enhance the agility of the system, mobile-based deep learning model is utilized in the framework.</text>

<text>For fifth generation (5G) lower band wireless application at a frequency of (4.5–5.5) GHz, recently ASEAN region countries have suggested 5G forums and band rejection antennas for 5G (4.5–5.5) GHz lower band. A UWB antenna has been constructed and suggested by use of the Roger RT5880 with defected ground on a rectangular radiating patch and a ring shape type of resonator (RSR) on ground plane to achieve the desired performance. It was decided to construct a band rejection within UWB antenna for 5G which included adding a rectangular slot on the radiating patch as well as placing RSR to the ground plane of the proposed antenna. The results support the theory that the antenna is capable of transmitting and receiving in the UWB except band notched bandwidth. Additionally, the results show that the antenna possesses good performance across the whole UWB spectrum with a gain of 4.6 dBi. This, in addition to its ability to support the lower 5G band notched, is why the suggested antenna is a good contender for future 5G wireless implementations within UWB bandwidth.</text>

<text>This article comments on the article in this volume entitled ‘Is Society Still Shackled with the Chains of a 1993 England?: Consent, Sado-masochism and R v Brown’ by Jordan Moulds. It argues that the defence of consent should not be circumscribed to the extent that it was in Brown for three reasons: the first is based on maintaining the coherence of the law; the second arises from the importance of valuing the liberty of individuals in cases where a statute is vague; and the third is found in the value of autonomy. This comment argues in Part I that the criminal law and tort law should set the same threshold at which consent will no longer afford a defence. Part II draws on the theories of Raz, Fuller and Marmor argues that the liberty of individuals should not be so easily sacrificed where the statute allegedly governing the impugned behaviour is vague; and Part III concludes that the common law position on consent in New Zealand serves as an example of an acceptable balance between the autonomy of the victim and the role that the criminal law has to play in reducing threats to peace and order. </text>

<text>Improving the voting system has become a widely discussed issue. Paper-based elections are not safe because of the possibility of changing and adding ballots. Consequently, many countries use e-voting systems to ensure security, authenticity and time efficiency. Blockchain e-voting systems can be adopted to reduce fraud and increase voting access from home, especially in pandemics. This paper suggests a blockchain e-voting system that tackles two security and authentication issues. The security has been ensured using hybrid public-key cryptography; the voter information is encrypted using the regional election office elliptic public key, while the homomorphic public supreme election authority encrypts the vote. Using homomorphic encryption for voice enables the calculations of results as the authority encrypts it without revealing the vote itself. Authentication has been improved for home voting by a robust login system. This login system consists of two steps. In the first step, the voter enters the site using his unique QR code number scanned by webcam; in the second step, the system checks the voter's face using a face recognition system by web camera to be routed to the voting page. Voting public keys are also authenticated using a digital certificate schema. The system has been tested to show its efficiency and suitability in block establishment time and the encryption and key generator randomness using NIST tests. </text>

<text>Moving is the key to modern life. Most things are in moving such as vehicles and user mobiles, so the need for high-speed wireless networks to serve the high demand of the wireless application becomes essential for any wireless network design. The use of web browsing, online gaming, and on-time data exchange like video calls as an example means that users need a high data rate and fewer error communication links. To satisfy this, increasing the bandwidth available for each network will enhance the throughput of the communication, but the bandwidth available is a limited resource which means that thinking about techniques to be used to increase the throughput of the network is very important. One of the techniques used is the spectrum sharing between the available networks, but the problem here is when there is no available channel to connect with. This encourages researchers to think about using scheduling as a technique to serve the high capacity on the network. Studying scheduling techniques depends on the Quality-of-Service (QoS) of the network, so the throughput performance is the metric of this paper. In this paper, an improved Best-CQI scheduling algorithm is proposed to enhance the throughput of the network. The proposed algorithm was compared with three user scheduling algorithms to evaluate the throughput performance which are Round Robin (RR), Proportional Fair (PF), and Best-CQI algorithms. The study is performed under Line-of-Sight (LoS) link at carrier frequency 2.6 GHz to satisfy the Vehicular Long Term Evolution (LTE-V) with the high-speed scenario. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms the throughput performance of the other algorithms.</text>

<text>This paper explores how European integration impacts the national identities of Member States. Identity is an amorphous concept, and so this paper focuses on one dimension of it: the perception of the relative status of the nation that nationalized individuals possess. Perceptions of relative national status flow from the fact that the international system is characterized by hierarchy, competition, and concerns for relative gains and losses. A key motivation for the foreign policies of lower status nations is equality with higher status ones, and for the former, European integration is often perceived in equalizing terms. But, this perception of Europe as equalizer often does not correspond with objectively unequal power relations in Europe. This paper focuses on why, among nationalized individuals, perceptions of power differentials change, even though objectively the unequal inter-state power relations may remain unchanged. The case study is Italy entering the Economic and Monetary Union of the European Union in 1999, which was perceived by many Italians in equalizing terms, even though the unequal power relations between Italy and Europe's elite countries remained objectively the same.

<text>ViCT or spelled "VISIT", is the name of a web-based application that is being developed to display various points and locations from the campus environment that can be accessed virtually. ViCT aims to help users, students, and the public explore campus with digital freedom of movement anytime and anywhere, educating users about campus facilities and services with an immersive technology experience that is eco-friendly and fun. The application development concept is unlimited visits and easily accessible via desktop and mobile, saving resources and costs. In this chapter, the focus of the researchers discusses the initial digital mapping of the campus environment, which is the object or study area of the development of virtual campus applications with 360-degree panoramic image techniques. Spherical panorama images are the primary basis of the virtual reality environment in this application. Each panoramic image is processed and merged into a unified whole on a web page. Spherical panorama photos captured using ultra-wide-angle lenses at the front and rear of the camera (dual fisheye) generate a visual field with a horizontal and vertical angle of view close to 360 degrees.</text>
