<text>MANET is standing for Network as Mobile Ad-hoc which is a self-directed mobile handlers group which communicates over relatively bandwidth constrained wireless channels. Many services with different classes of Quality of Services (QoS) could be provided through the MANET such as data, voice, and video streaming. Thus, efficient packets routing is an essential issue especially over this kind of burst channel. To settle this issue, many scheduling techniques are proposed to reduce the packets dropping and channel collision when a huge demand of data is transferred from a sender to a receiver. In this paper, four MANET scheduling algorithms are selected and investigated in mobile ad hoc network which are Strict Preference (SP), Round Robin (RR), Weighted Round Robin (WRR), and Weighted Fair (WF). The network simulator EXata 2.0.1 is used to build the scenario which is consist of 50 nodes and performed the simulation. The results showed the performance metrics difference of the network such as the throughput and the end-end delay as well as queuing metrics like peak queue size, average queue length, in queue average time, and droppe of whole packets. Regrading throughput, the SP algorithm has a greater throughput than WF, RR, and WRR by 4.5%, 2.4%, and 1.42%, but WRR has outperformed others regarding the end-end delay. Moreover, WRR represents the best scheduling algorithm regarding both peak queue size since its greater than RP, WF, and WRR by 10.13%, 9.6%, and 5.32%, in order, and average output queue length in contrast, WRR worsts more time in queuing but it is the best in preventing the packets from dropping.</text>

<text>This research aims at developing an e- spelling system supported by effective multimedia technique of sign language and finger spelling. However the aimed system should enhance the hearing disability for the Deaf student so he can enter his desired paragraph then the spelling process could be accomplished in two stages, the fist stage is the word spelling which translates each word into the corresponding sign language video clip (MPEG video cut). Then stopping message appears asking the Deaf student to move to the second stage of translating. The second stage is the letter spelling which translates the current translated word (in sign language) into finger spelling letter by letter in sequence. Both stages of spelling are controlled by the Deaf student. After completing translation of that word into alphabets finger spelling, the next word would be translated into the corresponding sign language video clip. Real run-out forms (8 screens) have been displayed to describe the tracing process of translating and spelling via this e-spelling system. The system has been showed/tried by some experts to get the valuable feedback from them. As final result it is expected that Deaf students can improve their skills in English reading when they practice, drill and repeat the translating and spelling process of various English sentences and words. One hand ASL (American Sign Language) alphabets are used for letter spelling and Indian Sign Language Dictionary is used for word spelling. Visual programming coding source and its multimedia control components/techniques with database have been used in developing this system</text>

<text>In this research, a new technique to improve the accuracy of the link prediction for most of the networks is proposed; it is based on the prediction ensemble approach using the voting merging technique. The new proposed ensemble called Jaccard, Katz, and Random models Wrapper (JKRW), it scales up the prediction accuracy and provides better predictions for different sizes of populations including small, medium, and large data. The proposed model has been tested and evaluated based on the area under curve (AUC) and accuracy (ACC) measures. These measures applied to the other models used in this study that has been built based on the Jaccard Coefficient, Katz, Adamic/Adar, and Preferential attachment. Results from applying the evaluation matrices verify the improvement of JKRW effectiveness and stability in comparison to the other tested models. The results from applying the Wilcoxon signed-rank method (one of the non-parametric paired tests) indicate that JKRW has significant differences compared to the other models in the different populations at 0.95 confident interval.</text>

<text>Recently, there has been an interest in modelling of the communication process. One of the most important reasons for developing such models is to forecast what will be happened. A number of modelling studies provide several assumptions and use different theories. up to now, there is still a lack of an optimum model which can be used for the purpose of future communications. This indicates a need to understand the aspects of communication modelling and the motivation behind improving our knowledge in this field. This paper details work done to design a propagation model of a wireless communication system to give a forecast of signal behavior. Data for this study were collected using a wireless communication system employed in the outdoor environment. The final part of this paper gives a summary and description of findings which include a comparison between the experimental and simulation results. The model finally shows a similar trend with the observation.</text>

<text>Telecommunication technology serves several fields in the world. One of the most significant fields is the emergency services to provide a fast connection between the case, the vehicle and emergency treatment office. This paper is a part of a long-term project to design a reliable communication system service to be used for emergency services of a specific city. The hardware devices of this system are intended to work within an mm waves frequencies. In the current research, as a starting point, an exhaustive study accomplished to pave the way to the main goal of the project. The system uses OFDM technology to improve the performance of the system. Other requirements for error correction are also included in the model such as convolutional, hamming coding and interleaving. The system development is supported by a Matlab interface software to simulate the job of an IoT real-time network covering both vehicles and the control centres.</text>

<text>One of the unexpected intelligence tactics known in World War II was to conceal the data in images that were reduced to the size of a point that was used in every text and transported in front of the enemy's eyes. In the new age, and after the expansion of Internet science and the use of the Internet worldwide, we will establish a security feature of the IOT service that will work more reliably and more effectively to deal with the Internet of Things and ensure the work of the services that the customer interacts with. A secret-key stenographic scheme that embeds four gray-scale secret size (128*128) pixel images into a size (512*512) pixel cover image in this work. Wavelet transform is the method used in this project to analyze the cover into its frequency components. In this work, combinations of steganography and cryptography were made to increase the level of safety and make the device more difficult for attackers to beat. The resulting stego-image that will be transmitted did not raise any suspicion by both objective and subjective evaluation, so the primary objective of Steganography is achieved. The proposed system was designed by using (MATLAB R2018b) and running on a Pentium-4 computer. The Internet of Things works with the encryption system for data in a synchronized manner with the technological development, and in order to maintain the stability of any Internet of things service, whether it is information signal services, visual or audio data, a remote control system, or data storage in the Internet cloud, we must focus on data preservation from internet pirates and internet system hackers. The picture Figure 4 below shows the method of encryption and dealing with the Internet of things system..</text>

<text>In this paper the path forward in location-based mobile phone warning systems is given against a concise backdrop of their deployment worldwide. Of relevance here is (i) how the systems are implemented using legislation, contractual service level agreement instruments or a hybrid approach, (ii) whether or not governments who deploy these systems will carry the cost of the deployment during an emergency or disaster, and (iii) whether or not carrier participation is mandated. Of particular importance are also the underlying technologies of this kind of emergency systems. To date, the short message service and cell broadcast service have been the main technologies to be utilised by governments in the application of location-based services in modern emergency management solutions. However, these technologies will most certainly be superseded by newer, more powerful capabilities. A comprehensive list of requirements for the future location-based emergency systems is presented also in this paper. In essence, these are recommendations to be adhered to if robust solutions using new technologies are to be deployed in a nation state.</text>

<text>The Blockchain technology moves data nodes and data streams from one informatics center to another based on the importance of Bitcoins, resulting in a dedicated, public, and secure network for interpretation and development of the ensuing information chain reaction. Blockchains are frequently formed by connecting interrelated patterns of information in order to conduct a secure transaction. Blockchain has the characteristics of decentralization, transparency, immutability, autonomy, open-source, anonymity, and consensus. Blockchains are being utilized in a variety of real-world applications, including business and economics, financial technology, and digital currencies. This article does a comprehensive review of the literature on blockchain technology. While searching for the keyword "blockchain" as a subject, we identified a total of 1882 entries in these databases. After removing the less common record kinds, the papers were reduced to 1246 articles, which were then used for further investigation.</text>

Although M-learning is spreading rapidly across many countries in the world, studying the students and educators’ attitudes towards its usage is still in short supply. This study is considered one of the few that attempts to examine the students and educators’ attitudes towards the use of M-learning by focusing on gender and smartphone ownership differences. The data were collected through a questionnaire survey from eight different universities in Dubai, United Arab of Emirates. 141 students and 31 academics participated in the study. The results indicated that the male students and academics were more likely to use the M-learning systems than the females. Moreover, the students and academics who own smartphones were more likely to use the M-learning systems than those who do not so.</text>

<text>In the last few years, the way we learn has been shifted dramatically from traditional classrooms depending on printed papers into E-learning depending on digital pages. Mobile learning (M-learning) is a recent technology that has been developed rapidly to deliver E-learning using personal mobile devices without posing any restrictions on time and location. In this work, we investigate students and faculty members’ attitudes towards the use of M-learning in higher educational institutions within two countries in the Gulf Region (Oman & UAE). Two questionnaire surveys have been conducted: one for students and another for faculty members. In these surveys, 383 students and 54 instructors have taken part within the study. An independent sample t-test was performed to examine whether there exist a significant difference among the students’ attitudes and the faculty members’ attitudes towards the use of M-learning with regard to gender and country. Results indicated that students in the UAE were more positive towards the use of M-learning than those in Oman. Moreover, results revealed that 99% of the students own mobile devices, in particular smartphones and tablets, while only 1% has not. Results of this study could help policy makers for better decision making in building the M-learning infrastructure in the higher educational institutions in general and specifically within the Arab Gulf region.</text>
