<text>This research presents a chatbot application to provide educational information for university students. There are three objectives: 1) to study the problem of providing information to university students with chatbots, 2) to develop a model and construct a chatbot to predict the interest of university students, and 3) to assess the satisfaction of the information provided by the chatbot application. The research datasets were the conversations from the Messenger Facebook Page of the Faculty of Information Technology, Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University, during the academic year 2020-2021. In total, there were 1,094 transactions used in this research work. Furthermore, data mining and machine learning techniques, including CRISP-DM, Naïve Bayes, K-Nearest Neighbors, and Neural Network, were used as the research tools. The cross-validation and confusion matrix techniques were used to test the model performance. Moreover, a questionnaire was the application satisfaction assessment tool for 30 respondents. As a result, it showed that the developed model provided high-level results, which are 88.73% accuracy and an average of 3.97 for application satisfaction. In the future, the researchers plan to apply the results for the next academic year and expand into other academic programs.</text>

Strong economic partnership between Canada and the State of Israel that was marked by the ratification of Canada-Israel Free Trade Agreement (CIFTA) back in January 1997 which became Canada’s first trade agreement outside the North American area. During the leadership of Canadian Conservative Party Prime Minister Stephen Harper, the agreement began the negotiation of modernization and was done in 2019 during the leadership period of Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. The second phase of negotiations that were held in 2017-2018 during the Trudeau period has included certain provisions that arguably believe to be Trudeau's personal concern. American and Canadian research mostly shows how Canadian’s leader in certain periods gave their support towards Israel to such an extent that they method of building relationship. Therefore, the goal of this paper is to investigate more about the leader's individual factors towards Jewish government. Question about what influence Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's decision making process towards continuing negotiations and the ratification of trade agreement was employed by the Juliet Kaarbo theory of Prime Minister Leadership style. The theory uses five variables to assess leaders’ behavior and personality. Result of this study concludes that there are some variables that have significant roles in explaining the decision-making process of Justin Trudeau during the second negotiations until the ratifications process.</text>

<text>The graduation projects (GP) are important because it reflects the academic profile and achievement of the students. For many years’ graduation projects are done by the information technology department students. Most of these projects have great value, and some were published in scientific journals and international conferences. However, these projects are stored in an archive room haphazardly and there is a very small part of it is a set of electronic PDF files stored on hard disk, which wastes time and effort and cannot benefit from it. However, there is no system to classify and store these projects in a good way that can benefit from them. In this paper, we reviewed some of the best machine learning algorithms to classify text “graduation projects”, support vector machine (SVM) algorithm, logistic regression (LR) algorithm, random forest (RF) algorithm, which can deal with an extremely small amount of dataset after comparing these algorithms based on accuracy. We choose the SVM algorithm to classify the projects. Besides, we will mention how to deal with a super small dataset and solve this problem.</text>

Iran and China are opposed to the United States’ so-called unilateralism and are similarly categorized as revisionist states which this common attitude culminated into the signature of the 25-year cooperation agreement in March 2021. But, China prioritizes its national interests defined by economic pragmatism; and its complex economic interdependence with the world economy has made it conservative. The present article analyzes this question of why China has been conservative in shielding Iran against the US’s paralyzing sanctions in Donald Trump’s era. It argues that the Chinese global strategy and its economic pragmatism require it to make compromises with the United States and Arab states alike, and at the same time, to preserve relationships with Iranwith the least political-economic expenses.</text>

<text>The Mediterranean Sea has an attraction for countries that want to control this area. Among them are the abundant energy resources (such as oil and natural gas), have international trade routes that connect Europe, Africa, and Asia, and offer beaches or ports that can be built and operate year-round. Therefore, a superpower country like Russia is interested in becoming one of the actors that dominate this region. Russian activity in this region has occurred since the era of the Russian empire (Tsardom). However, over time, Russia has ambitions to regain control of the area they previously controlled. The Mediterranean region, especially the Eastern Mediterranean, is a strategic area for Russia in carrying out its foreign policy interests where they want to secure natural resource reserves and international trade routes and look for ports that can operate for a full year. This research aims to analyze how Russia's foreign policy interests result in its presence in the Eastern Mediterranean Sea. Using qualitative research methods, this research will analyze Russia's presence in the East Mediterranean Sea. This research finds that Russia can demonstrate its presence in the Eastern Mediterranean region by using several political manoeuvres such as the annexation of Crimea, establishing relations with Turkey and Syria, and the use of energy politics in their foreign policy.</text>

<text>There are many benefits from using AbL and WbL, especially in the learning process through all subjects. Also, it is necessary always to discover novelty, innovation, improvement, and development of AbL or WbL to increase the quality of the study environment. This research analyzes bibliometrics on ‘AbL’ and 'WbL' keywords and compares them. Scopus is used to collect the metadata, and the VOSViewer application will be an assist tool. This research is expected to reach trends, patterns, novelty, and future research in the AbL and WbL through broad fields of Education during the past ten years (2012-2021). The research results show that trends of AbL and WbL research tend to increase each year. Finally, based on the analysis of the selected papers, the use of AbL, should be more boarder and widely in the classroom. Furthermore, the use of WbL also tends to be effective and efficient. Using WbL in classrooms is believed can improve several skills of students. But, it is necessary to find a better design to improve the learning concepts in integrating WbL. These findings also can be a recommendation for future research that optimizes AbL for the teaching and learning process in schools or universities/institutions. However, the use of appropriate learning media can improve and provide a positive response from many aspects of education in the classroom, especially in generating knowledge in abstract material like a physics subject.</text>

<text>The existence of mobile learning application has provided an opportunity for Islamic knowledge to be delivered widely. Accordingly, Muslim application developers have been developing Islamic-based applications for learning about hadith, prayer (solat), and Quran recitation, to list a few. The solat is the pillar of worship that helps Muslims to become better people. Therefore, it is the responsibility of parents to teach their children about solat, particularly when the latter reach the early age of seven. This study aims to (i) develop and incorporate a prayer-learning application that has multimedia elements in order to attract young users and (ii) assess the reliability of the application for children.  A learning application can serve as a new method for learning about how to perform a solat. In this approach, solat can be taught digitally using a portable platform, including Android. In this study, an android learning application was developed using Waterfall methodology which consists of five phases: idea, analysis, design, development, evaluation, and final product.  Adobe Flash Professional CS6 was chosen as a development platform. The application consists of four modules: “Let’s Pray,” “Five Times Prayer,” “Doa’ After a Prayer,” and “Mind Test.â€  To authenticate the application, the researchers collected data from expertise (lecturers) from the Faculty of Technical and Vocational Education and Faculty of Science, Technology, and Human Development. These respondents were selected through targeted sampling. The result concludes that the application is suitable for new learners to learn about performing a solat.</text>
