<text>Due to the expansion of new digital trends in the strategic development of territorial units, it became necessary to structure the socio-economic effects from the introduction of innovative technologies grounded on cloud computing. Realized the identification of cloud technologies impact on the social life in the era of digitalization, an online conference was held between representatives of government, business, science, and education of the Republics of Karelia, Komi, Adygea, Dagestan, Ingushetia, Kalmykia, Karachay-Cherkessia, Krasnodar Krai and Stavropol Krai (Russian Federation). In the context of innovative possibilities of platform economy, in discussion were identified the key effects of the cloud solutions implementation in the Russian Federation regions development prospect strategy. Namely, development of social and human capital, improvement of the quality and standard of living in a region, improvement of social interaction, development of social constructivism, economic potential, and competitiveness of social capital. It has been reported that the positive social effects of cloud technologies at the level of a territorial unit are achieved by increasing digital literacy of the population and opening up new opportunities and platforms for social interaction and constructivism; providing the population with convenient services and open data for participation in active social, economic and political life. Cloud technologies help to form a digital educational environment, modernize educational programs for the preparation of high-quality labor resources, develop digital infrastructure of individual settlements, create user content to preserve socio-cultural identity, and popularize a region in the global information space. Revealed that the possibilities of cloud technologies increase the population quality of living and ensure the growth of the efficiency and productivity indicators of labor resources. The listed above are achieved by expanding the marketing capabilities of business structures, providing them with new business models and digital services; optimization of resource management, digitization of business processes, and platform organization of labor. The capabilities of cloud solutions allow for the formation of flexible and effective interregional and international cooperation in a region, having a positive impact on regional economy and social capital development.</text>

Galerkin’s Finite Element Method is used to solve the problem. Heat transfer rate, average bulk temperature, average sub-domain velocity, outlet temperature, thermal efficiency, mean entropy generation and Bejan number has been investigated by varying the solid nanoparticle volume fraction of water/Cu, water/Ag and water/Cu/Ag nanofluids from 0% to 3%. It is found that the solid nanoparticle volume fraction has great effect on heat transfer phenomena. It is observed that the increases of the solid volume fraction (up to 2%) enhances the heat transfer rate and collector efficiency where after 2% the rate of change almost constant. Higher heat transfer rate and collector efficiency has been obtained 19% and 13% for water/Ag nanofluid respectively.</text>

<text>According to the World Health Organization estimation, globally the number of people with some visual impairment is estimated to be 285 million, of whom 39 million are blind. The inability to use features such as sending and reading of email, schedule management, pathfinding or outdoor navigation, and reading SMS is a disadvantage for blind people in many professional and educational situations. Speech or text analysis can help improve support for visually-impaired people. Users can speak a command to perform a task. The spoken command will be interpreted by the Speech Recognition Engine (SRE) and can be converted into text or perform suitable actions. In this paper, an application that allows schedule management, emailing, and SMS reading completely based on voice command is proposed, implemented, and validated. The System hopes to provide blind people to simply speak the desired functionality and be guided thereby the system’s audio instructions. The proposed and designed app is implemented to support three languages which are English, Hindi, and Kannada.</text>

<text>Every company or organization must have the right strategy to continue business or organizational activities. If not used, product sales data at the company will only become a pile of data; of course, it is regrettable if it is not used properly. The company can use the most product sales data to determine the next marketing strategy. To find out this data (the most sales), Association Rules Analysis is needed on the FP-Growth Algorithm method. This research aims to determine the association rule of Java ATK sales using the FP-Growth algorithm. This algorithm can be used for extensive data sets and to process Big Data. The results of this study are the FP Growth algorithm using association rules, which can be implemented in bookstore sales data with support count and minimum confidence parameters. A decimal value of 0.8 can form a product purchase correlation to increase stationery sales in Java Ateka. The rule obtained from the results of the FP-Growth calculation is that there are three transactions where if you buy item A, you will buy item B.</text>

The three judgments are separated by 28 years in total, but Hobbs lumps them — or rather various critics of any one of these three decisions — together as part of a supposedly coherent and like-minded whole. I am one of those thus lumped, which is why I am taking the time to offer up this brief reply, though there are dozens of others also so categorised.</text>

<text>Abstract—This paper examines attitudes towards smartphone characteristics (features, functions and relative advantage indicators) from the users’ perspective. A questionnaire survey was conducted among smartphone users (n=486) from different countries, however, most of the respondents were Azerbaijanis or Hungarians. The results of the survey were analyzed using Principal Component Analysis which enables to group the most important variables based on their correlations. Six components were extracted and 65% of the total variance was explained by the components. Surprisingly, Personal Digital Assistant tasks and Technical Features seem to be more important for smartphone users than Relative Advantage indicators (i.e. including the price of the handset). The main purpose of the mobile/smartphones – being in touch – explains less than seven percent of the total variance. Afterward, the respondents were clustered in 5 groups according to Rogers’ [2003. Diffusion of innovations (5th ed.). New York, NY: Free Press] adopter categories, using the results of PCA for K-means cluster analysis. Based on the output of cluster analysis and final cluster centers, the adopter categories were defined. The results illustrate that the number of innovators and early adopters is significantly high in comparison with the original numbers offered by Rogers.</text>

<text>In the last few years, the way we learn has been shifted dramatically from traditional classrooms depending on printed papers into E-learning depending on digital pages. Mobile learning (M-learning) is a recent technology that has been developed rapidly to deliver E-learning using personal mobile devices without posing any restrictions on time and location. In this work, we investigate students and faculty members’ attitudes towards the use of M-learning in higher educational institutions within two countries in the Gulf Region (Oman & UAE). Two questionnaire surveys have been conducted: one for students and another for faculty members. In these surveys, 383 students and 54 instructors have taken part within the study. An independent sample t-test was performed to examine whether there exist a significant difference among the students’ attitudes and the faculty members’ attitudes towards the use of M-learning with regard to gender and country. Results indicated that students in the UAE were more positive towards the use of M-learning than those in Oman. Moreover, results revealed that 99% of the students own mobile devices, in particular smartphones and tablets, while only 1% has not. Results of this study could help policy makers for better decision making in building the M-learning infrastructure in the higher educational institutions in general and specifically within the Arab Gulf region.</text>

<text>Augmented Reality (AR) books show potential to increase young learners’ reading motivation, which is important given children's declining reading motivation over the school years. Previous studies measured reading motivation only in higher education and only after users’ experience with AR. Few empirical studies have focused on school-aged children and those examined attitudes, not motivation. This study aimed to: a) examine how young children's motivation changes through the experience of reading AR books and b) document their attitudes and behaviors after this experience. Participants in this pre-test post-test case study were 40 fourth and fifth graders. Data sources included validated questionnaires and an observation protocol of children’s behavior while interacting with AR books. The results of paired samples t-tests for children's motivation indicated a statistically significant increase in attention (t (39) = - 3.07, p = 0.004), confidence (t (39) = - 2.44, p = 0.019) and satisfaction (t (39) = - 3.26, p = 0.002). Children read comfortably, seemed focused, and were eager to read more. They showed a high level of enthusiasm with AR technology when interacting with the first AR book, which notably decreased with the second book. The children maintained positive attitudes and behaviors towards AR. The study showed that even through short-term interactions, AR books have the potential to increase young students’ reading motivation. It adds to our knowledge concerning the use of AR books by primary school children, who are under-represented in the literature. Directions for future research are drawn.</text>
