<text>Mobile Augmented Reality is scoring more reputation due to the progression in the clever smartphones that include characteristics and hardware needs for integrating AR. MAR offers an exclusive knowledge in which the physical world is enhanced by virtual remarks. It also incorporates computationally intensive techniques that might be divested to edge servers on 5G systems, improving MAR by reducing communication latency and ensuring more robust network links, resulting in unified mobile augmented reality user experiences. Edge computing is one of the probable 5G technologies that could deliver content and processing resources familiar to the users, lowering latency and backhaul load. We presented a MAR structure situated on a 5G edge computing and latency results. Offer higher bandwidth while edge servers completely scale down the network restrictions to reduce the bandwidth severity of the network by operating closer to the user. This paper aims to address the 5G edge computing arrangement to aid consistent MAR and finding protocol for enhanced quality of experience (QoE) for MAR applications.</text>

<text>Mobile Ad-Hoc network is a distributed wireless network that is self-organized and self-maintained and it doesn’t require a fixed framework or central administration. Wireless nodes in a mobile ad hoc network are transient and have a short lifespan. They combine to form a self-configured, infrastructure-free network where routing is a significant difficulty. The wireless nodes in the network must synchronize in order to decide connectivity and routing. Ad hoc network synchronization includes activities including node organization, neighborhood detection, and routing. The predetermined framework resulted in an increase in network control overhead. If a node can link to every other node in the network, it is referred to as a dominating node, and a set of dominating nodes make up the dominating set. The main purpose of this article is to lessen routing overhead in the wireless network with the dominating set based routing (DSBR). In order to discover routes, shorten reroute establishment times, and increase packet delivery rates, this research presents an energy-efficient routing algorithm (EERA) that considerably increases the network performance. The effectiveness of this technique is demonstrated by the simulation analysis of the outcome.</text>

<text>The blockchain involves future developments and new technologies. The emergence of a blockchain is a challenge for the conventional social organization and mode of activity. Data latency and mobile network capacity would no longer be a limitation for mobile users in next-generation networks of Software Defined Mobile Networks (SDMN). But there are many benefits to Software Defined Mobile Networking, it also contributes to certain security problems like DDoS / DoS attacks, unauthorized access, and single data point error. To enhance the security and privacy of the SDMN control plane, this paper proposes a new SDMN-based “Simplified Byzantine Fault Tolerance (SBFT)” algorithm to send signals between controllers and also set up an analysis study to investigate SBFT's security and results. However, there are many benefits of Software Defined Mobile Networking (SDMN), and then it helps to resolve other security concerns including DDoS / DoS attacks, unauthorized access, and single point failure. Blockchain, an evolving revolutionary technology, will offer creative approaches to address security issues in Software-Defined Mobile networks in an efficient way. This study proposes an SDMN-based Simplified Byzantine Fault Tolerance (SBFT) for enhancing the mobile network's security and privacy.</text>

<text>This paper uses the model of the new growth theory to evaluate whether or not Trinidad and Tobago can develop a sustainable path of development in the non-oil sectors that would lead to increased trade with the rest of the world. It is proposed that Trinidad and Tobago's manufacturing sectors may be able to flourish in the global economy if it is able to make use of the technology presently available globally, as well as create and sustain some degree of knowledge creation. A review of the literature shows that developing countries like Trinidad and Tobago can exist and participate in the global economic arena, if they adopt the philosophies and practices that have been advanced by the new growth theories, specifically the endogenous growth theory. This paper postulates that economic growth can be attained if there is sufficient levels of research and development (R&D) applied to the productive process, and this needs to be expressed not only at the level of the firm, but throughout the economy as a whole.</text>

<text>During the winter and spring of 2006, Denmark and Scandinavia faced its most serious crisis since World War II. The conflict started as a Danish newspaper published a number of cartoons, some of which portrayed the prophet Muhammad. After the Danish government rejected their requests to censor the media, Danish Islamists distributed these pictures to some senior political and religious figures in the Middle East and requested their support against Denmark. To these pictures, they added a number of more offensive images, never published in any Danish newspaper in order to infuriate Muslims around the world. Muslim clerics, assisted by the governments of Saudi Arabia, Syria and Iran caused the region to explode in protest and violent riots, in which 44 people were killed. Danish products were boycotted across the Muslim world; Scandinavian embassies were attacked and set ablaze in Syria, Iran, Lebanon and Indonesia. Islamists promised substantial rewards for anyone who would murder Danish and Norwegian peacekeepers, and Scandinavian UN forces were attacked in Palestine and Afghanistan. The Scandinavian countries and the EU are struggling to find a way to address the issue of radical Islam within their societies, and how to defend liberal democratic values from attacks from its enemies. This process may lead to a redefinition of values, a shift from multiculturalism to an embrace of the democratic western values upon which the European states are based.

<text>The scope of this paper is to conceptualise a data-based research framework for the role of creative networks in cultural exchange. Participation in culture measured as audience per 1000 residents and expenditures on culture-related activities were analysed in relation to such territorial assets as accessibility to creative infrastructure, the economic status of residents, the governance networks of civil society, and cultural capital. The results indicate how accessibility, governance networks, and cultural capital contribute to participation measured via audience indicators while a low poverty rate has explanatory value with respect to expenditures on culture.</text>

<text>The purpose of the paper is to examine the potential of participatory budgeting (PB) for the formation of citizen identity and attachment to the place in terms of individual, territorial and thematic focus. In the theoretical discussion, the authors analyse the concepts of place attachment, social identity and their influence on civic participation. The authors propose a conceptual framework for the analysis of relationships between PB, place attachment, and social identity. In the case of the community development model of PB, place attachment should lead to the citizens’ increased inclination to participate. In the case of participatory democracy model of PB citizen participation can lead to a stronger place attachment. The conceptual framework presented in the paper requires empirical confirmation. Further research on the subject should revolve around the influence of place attachment on the formation of social identity and vice versa by application of the discussed models of PB. The placemakers should take into account literature-based evidence that advisory models of PB do not reinforce place identity. The places that apply one of the transition models should consider the evolution of their PB policies towards either community development model or participatory democracy model. By review of diverse theoretical approaches on place identity and local participation, the paper creates a solid foundation for further analysis of the relationships between the application of PB and the development of civic identity and place attachment.</text>
