<text>Augmented reality is one of the new emerging technologies in the world, since its appearance was considered for many years its application in education as a tool in the student's learning process. Taking these aspects into account, the present research article was developed, which is based on the design proposal using augmented reality in the learning process at a university in northern Lima. In which the analysis, architecture and development of a prototype was showed in detail. The result of the article was obtained by means of surveys, in the first survey it was demonstrated that the augmented reality is an unknown technology for several of the students and the feasible use in the distance education as a support in the classes, in the same way the second survey demonstrated a high interest on the part of the students at the moment of using this technology in its learning of university formation.</text>

<text>The article focuses on the orientation of educational aids for blind people. The prototype was made with the Scrum methodology and the prototype design tool called Balsamiq was used. Its objective is to design Prototypes of mobile application oriented to educational aid for blind people in Peru so that they have a decent and adequate education. The prototype is represented by 4 sprints, the first of user validation, the second of user registration, the third of classes or courses and the last of videoconferencing. In the application, a validation of the existing or new user's data was performed, where the user accesses the courses, he/she takes, so that he/she can choose a class by voice message, choosing to have a videoconference with a teacher. The proposed result for blind people to have a proper education is to optimize the learning process, through a prototype application, for each user or student where they can adapt in their studies, in addition to having blind people to make appropriate decisions in education, in the same way enhance the skills that these people have in education with a prototype of help for blind people designed in a prototype mobile application in Peru.</text>

<text>Currently in Latin America hearing impairment is one of the main problems of society, especially in Peru, where there is a large percentage of hearing-impaired children without receiving some kind of adequate and viable education for their growth, being the main reason the little support by the government and the lack of technological tools to support inclusive education. For this reason, the present research work is generated, which has as main motive to support and help the benefit of educational inclusion and even better technological development for fundamental problems in society, especially those that affect the educational life. Therefore, the development of a mobile application aimed at educational inclusion for students, whether or not they are hearing impaired, was proposed. Therefore, a form was applied to 40 people, including parents of hearing-impaired students and teachers, in order to collect main requirements. In addition, the cascade methodology was used, being the most appropriate for the development of the mobile application, providing agility of development by having clear and precise requirements. Finally, it was concluded that the mobile application will generate different adequate and viable benefits for an inclusive educational environment for students with hearing impairment, through the development of a form established and directed to 50 people, among them the 40 people of the first form and 10 people specialized in the development and design of mobile applications.</text>

<text>Tooth decay is a problem that occurs in every person. However, children are the most vulnerable due to their diet, the consumption of foods high in sugar and poor oral hygiene. Due to this problem, the design of a mobile application was developed with the objective of preventing tooth decay in children, encouraging good oral hygiene habits in children. The mobile application basically teaches the child with the help of 3D modeling the correct way to brush his or her teeth. In addition, of using the smartphone camera to capture a photograph of the teeth. In this way it performs the analysis applying artificial intelligence to diagnose if the patient presents symptoms of caries. Also, creates a dependency of the child on the application each time he/she brushes correctly. The application provides bonuses for progressing and unlocking new interactive features; this way, attention is captured and a good habit is maintained. The agile Scrum methodology was used because it presents an orderly structure and allows adaptability. Also, offers a wide variety of graphical tools and strategies capable of displaying information in a structured way.</text>

In the methodology, Design Thinking is used to help us solve the problems of users with group work and decision making to choose the best innovative proposal for its design, using the mobile prototype design tools called Figma, TinkerCad is used for 3D modeling and MetaClass Studio is used to visualize the augmented reality. In the results shows the analysis that is done to parents to find the main problems of children with dyslexia, so that the innovation team will be responsible for showing the solution that is the mobile application with augmented reality so that parents are comfortable with the proposed, finally the mobile prototype with augmented reality will be validated by 5 experts showing a 91% level of acceptance. As a conclusion is to provide a contribution to the educational society for the solution of problems in dyslexia leading to an improvement in communication of the child.</text>

<text>Diabetes is a disease that is increasing worldwide, the main causes are: a sedentary lifestyle, aging population and economic factors. On the other hand, in Peru there is also prevalence of diabetes, especially in older adults, due to this problem, in this research work a mobile application is designed to motivate and improve the state of patience with diabetes, this seeks to help these people to improve their quality of life. The Agile Scrum methodology was used for the design because of its constant meetings that better involve the team in the project, in addition to having tools that better organize the information. For the development of the design a survey was conducted to 25 university medical students, thanks to their answers we obtained the requirements of the application, which were taken as a guide to develop its functionality, finally the work includes the design of an interactive mobile application, intuitive and easy to use, in addition to having tools capable of motivating and informing the patient about diabetes.</text>

<text>In the last decade, mobile applications have shown an expansion to a great diversity of uses that can be made, which has influenced at different levels (economic, cultural, political), as in the area of learning where it has played a very important role in learning, since now with the development of technologies, children and adolescents are very interested in these new technologies and it is easier for them to use them, which also supports them in learning a great diversity of subjects of their own interest. That is why in this work a prototype of a mobile application for the management of mobile education using the Scrum methodology at the Norbert Wiener University of Lima-Peru, knowing that there are learning problems in students in the classroom, for this, want to provide a mobile application that supports the student to improve their learning. As a result, obtained from the study, was a prototype of a mobile application to improve learning in the Monte Carmelo private school in Lima-Peru, where a virtual model of the mobile application is shown, register the user, login where you can view their classes and share their class assignments, facilitating the user to enter their class and study material, this was achieved using balsamiq, the Scrum methodology with its four phases. The results of the survey conducted to the experts show that in most of the questions they gave a high scale, with the highest average of 4.91 with a standard deviation of 0.302 and only one low scale obtained of 1.45 on average with a standard deviation of 0.52.</text>

<text>Diabetes in the world is a big problem. In addition, in Peru there are high cases of diabetes mellitus type 2, this happens due to insulin resistance, which causes damage to muscle, liver. In addition to the fact that the fat cells do not generate insulin correctly is because the body needs to generate more insulin so that glucose can enter the cells. Due to the problem that exists, a solution to the problem was sought with the objective of developing the design of a mobile application to monitor in real time, in such a way that it helps patients with diabetes to have a good monitoring plan. The methodology developed in the research is Design Thinking as it fits perfectly to the solution of the problems of society which was successfully developed using the phases of empathizing, defining, ideating, prototyping and finally testing. As a result, the design of the mobile application to monitor and control in real time patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 in Peru was obtained. In addition, obtained data on diabetes in Peru verified by the Ministry of Health, such as the results of registered cases of diabetes in Peru 2022, type of diabetes that develop in Peru on a large scale, type of diabetes in men and women. The complications that arise in the progression of the disease in addition to the cases of records according to sex and period of the year 2020 to 2022. Also, the cases presented diabetes throughout Peru therefore a survey was conducted where professors of the Universidad de Ciencias y Humanidades were conducted to qualify the prototypes for development which returned favorable results for implementation.</text>

One of the first end-user applications built on this infrastructure is the Law Pocket: a free app with which government officials, lawyers, students and citizens have the up-to-date legislation from the national and regional level always at hand. It gives access to more than 3,400 automatically updated law books, containing full texts and linked resources. The app also gives access to a growing number of manually composed books on specific topics, edited and annotated by specialised civil servants. The backgrounds of this linked data project are described, as well as the main components of the architecture and the functionalities of the Law Pocket.
