<text>Early Childhood Education has an important role in the development of a child. When talking about Early Childhood Education quality is the most critical, especially during the Covid-19 Pandemic as it is today and coincides with the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 where the education system underwent drastic changes. This study aims to (1) produce an Early Childhood Education application based on android; (2) test the effectiveness of the Early Childhood Education application. The development of the Android-based PAUDPEDIA application will be carried out using the 4D Model Research and Development method proposed by Thiagarajan and Semmel. This research and development are divided into four stages, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. The results of this study indicate that researchers can achieve the expected output targets, namely (1) the results of the expert trial of the Android-based PAUDPEDIA Application showed a percentage of 86.7%. This means that the Android-based PAUDPEDIA Application is very feasible to be distributed to users and ready to use; while the results of user trials on the Android-based PAUDPEDIA application showed a percentage of 86.2%. This means that the Android-based PAUDPEDIA Application is effective for use by users; and (2) the Android-based PAUDPEDIA application is effective to be used to facilitate distance education activities in Early Childhood Education. It can be concluded that the Android-based PAUDPEDIA application is very suitable for use by users and is effectively used for distance education activities in PAUD, especially during the current COVID-19 pandemic.</text>

<text>COVID-19 Self-Monitoring Tool (COV-SMT) is the research developed to address multiple issues in monitoring quarantined individuals due to COVID-19 infection. As COVID-19 is still highly infectious despite the availability of vaccines, the implementation of contactless Internet of Things (IoT) technology should be encouraged to minimize the need for medical staff to perform daily health checks and thus prevent them from being directly infected during checking. This research aims to develop an effective method to monitor quarantined individuals regarding their vital signs, such as body temperature, heart rate, and oxygen level. A contactless self-monitoring tool integrated with a stages algorithm is developed to monitor these quarantined individuals with the help of IoT technology. It can provide a consistent platform for patients or users to transfer information or data through networks, including personalized healthcare domains. COV-SMT is an effective tool to streamlet the overall process of taking measurements from quarantined individuals. It integrates multiple sensors into one tool while providing a better overall picture with its graphical presentation to help patients and medical staff better understand their health conditions.</text>

Cosmetic Warehouse Purwokerto had stood up since 2013 when Navissatul Darojah Gusmiati was founded with ten employees. The study aimed to apply the weighted product method as a decision support system for determining employee bonuses in the Purwokerto cosmetic warehouse and giving less salary and bonuses following performance employees. The Weighted Product method is a decision-making method with specific criteria. The weighted Product method is used to decide with multiplication for link attribute rating. Rating each attribute must be promoted, especially formerly with weight attribute in question; in a study, this is the data used, i.e., result data interview in the form of a later questionnaire processed by Weighted method product (WP). This research can produce results in the form of calculations with the used algorithm WP company with clear and detailed about giving employee bonuses with existing criteria. Moreover, score preference was obtained by an employee named Indri with a value equal to 0.105670687. for the score, 2nd preference was obtained by Princess with a value equal to 0.10356631, and for 3rd, obtained by Gio with a value equal to 0.101039953.</text>

<text>The growing popularity of mobile devices, together with the constant technological improvement of mobile websites and applications informed about the quality of the user interface design. However, the particularities of mobile devices require special attention in terms of their usability aspects, such as culture. Therefore, this study evaluated the use of culturally appropriate design guidelines for a mobile learning web site. The research methodology used comprised a survey from heuristic evaluation questionnaires with undergraduate students. This research captured the students’ experiences in using the MLearn website of Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris, Malaysia.  From the study, the lowest ranking is realistic error management at 3.5, and the highest is suitable content for local culture at 4.6.  This study affirmed that general usability and cultural principles in design are important for a usable mobile learning website system in a local university context.</text>

The method for this research is a descriptive survey. The results indicate that students already have some skills in using mobile phones, particularly multimedia skills, which can be applied to STEM.</text>

<text>This study examined the existing use of cultural design elements in design guidelines for mobile applications. Cultural design elements are used to include cultural values in the development of mobile applications. A review of existing design guidelines was conducted to identify cultural design elements practicality pertaining to the mobile application. The keywords "Application", "Design Guidelines", and "User Interface" were searched on ACM Digital Library, IEEE Xplore, and Scopus between 2017 and 2021, including 2022, with 281 articles before filtering and 3 articles selected after filtering. This review shows that cultural design elements in the mobile application played an important role in getting a high usability rate for user’s use. Although it is an important element, its use is still limited usage in the development of mobile applications. As a result, future research will focus on developing guidelines for mobile applications with cultural design elements appropriate for today's technological era in a local context.</text>

<text>Global economic policy dominated by the influence of the Washington Consensus during the past few decades has led to many upheavals in the global economic order. The term Washington Consensus is associated with three major institutions located in Washington, the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund (IMF), and the US Treasury Department, and it has become a neoliberal economic agenda also called as the western economic agenda. The debates are increasing significantly regarding the effectiveness of policies that are sourced from the World Bank, IMF and the US Treasury Department in encouraging development. Where in reality, those countries that adopt the recommendations derived from the Washington Consensus, mostly bring them to experience economic problems. The last example is believed to be the 2008 global financial crisis. In this journal, the author will explain and analyse the definition and the recommendations offered by the Washington Consensus in order to promote global development. It will also present various criticisms that have emerged from the various parties to the Washington Consensus. Various analysis will also be given to understand that the Washington Consensus is already less suitable and appropriate for use to encourage the global development today. Then this journal confirms the need for a new reform of the global economic order, namely with the policy recommendations for the new global economy through a new consensus. The rapid development of globalization has changed characteristic of many countries, especially developing countries, so that many developing countries begin to look for new formulas to boost their economies. Because the Washington Consensus is seen only benefit developed countries, while developing countries and least developed countries are experiencing a lot of problems of development. Thus, due to the demand and push for a reformation of the global economic order, China and the countries of the region have established the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), based in Beijing, and it is now often called as the Beijing Consensus. Then, it now becomes a real sign of resistance to the Washington Consensus.</text>

<text>The development of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) has brought many fundamental changes in the political practices. One of the main essential aspects of ICTs is internet. This internet plays an important role in developing the information age. Therefore, the information age contributes to the way in which we effectively and efficiently create and consume the information. In this research, we focus to see the role of technology that drives to the practice of netpolitik by both the public and political actors in Indonesia. Netpolitik itself is the combination between internet and politic. Then, we analyze how netpolitik is influencing and changing the political situation in Indonesia during the recent time. Then, we put several aspects in order to see the effects driven by the netpolitik. Finally, we conclude the research by a finding stating that the netpolitik has done a political transformation in Indonesia and it becomes a core engine in determining the behaviour of political actor and audiences. Keywords: Internet, Netpolitik, Public, Political Actors, ICTs, Digital Era, Transformation, and Indonesia</text>
