<text>Visualisation, as an element of legal design, has a functional relationship with the issues of free access to law and plain language in law. ‘Functional’ because we can locate all three issues within an overarching functional account of law – Joseph Raz’s doctrine of the rule of law. Raz asked what ‘law’ – at a meta level – was for, and answered that its function was to guide human behaviour. The further characteristics and structures of law and legal systems that he derived from this meta-function were framed by the technical and social possibilities as they appeared in the 1970s. These possibilities, like so much else, have been disrupted and expanded by the digital revolution. The fact that citizens are now directly accessing primary law raises challenges for how readable and comprehensible that law is. It is in addressing this need for comprehensibility that visualisation can make a uniquely important contribution.</text>

<text>Hydrodynamic coefficients, Forces / Moments and Motions of a ship moving with a mean forward speed in six degrees of freedom are computed using Panel Method. In this study, an existing numerical model without speed consideration was modified by incorporating the speed parameters. Appropriate Green function was used to calculate the concern velocity potential. The accuracy of the developed numerical code employing the Panel Method has been validated by comparing the result with known/published results of a series 60 ship available in the literature. Based on the results presented in the paper, it can be concluded that the developed model is able to predict the responses of the ship with forward speed effect. <text> The objective of the current paper is to study the flow around Seiun Maru Highly Skewed (HSP) marine propeller by assessment of blade forces and moments under non-cavitating case. The calculations are performed in open water (steady case) and non-uniform ship wake (Unsteady case). The governing equations based on Reynolds Averaged Navier-Stokes Equation (RANSE) are solved using Finite Volume Method. Ansys Fluent 14.0 is used to implement the simulation. For the steady case, Moving Reference Frame (MRF) is selected while sliding mesh technique is adopted for the unsteady case. Calculated open water performances in terms of thrust and torque coefficients fit very well with experimental data for a wide range of advance ratio. In the unsteady calculations, axial velocities, deduced from the nominal wake, are introduced in the Ansys fluent code. To locate suitably the non-uniform wake in the propeller front plane, three positions of inlet wake have been taken into account to determine their effects on the accuracy of the results. Obtained results show that computed performances are improved compared to panel method when the inlet is close to the propeller.

<text>This contribution presents a computational simulation for a generic hull shape with attached short pin-protuberance for its hydrodynamic characteristics. This work is a part of a large framework of numerical simulation and experimentation carried out for blunted head-forms of hemispheric shapes for determination of aero-hydrodynamic coefficients and static stability features. Results are presented for a clean hull-form and with the pin-protuberance, as static axial and circumferential pressure distribution on the surface, calculated at a fixed velocity and at different angle of attacks, under non-cavitating depth and velocity. It is shown that a suitably located short lateral pin has an adequate effectiveness to control pitch maneuver of an underwater hemisphere-cylinder hull-form. In view of that, a suitable pin-height adjustment commensurate to pitch attitude trajectory corrections is a workable idea, and the concept has potential of effective pitch attitude control of the hemisphere-cylinder hull-form.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.3329/jname.v11i1.16725</text>

In terms of content, computational thinking involves solving problems, studying data patterns, deconstructing problems using algorithms and procedures, doing simulations, computer modeling, and reasoning about abstract things. However, there is a lack of studies dealing with it and its skills that can be developed and utilized in the field of information and technology used in learning and teaching. The descriptive research method was used, and a test research tool was prepared to measure the level of (CT) consisting of (24) items of the type of multiple-choice to measure the level of "CT". The research study group consists of (100) third-year students studying at the University of Baghdad in Computer Science within the scope of (2020-2021). The results are detailed.</text>

<text>Computer literacy is an urgent necessity for university students, given the rapid development in the means of communication in which we live in this era, and the flow of abundant information. Mainly on the computer in all administrative and academic transactions, where first of all the registration for the semester is done through the computer. Computer culture has many characteristics and advantages that distinguish it from other sciences, including the concept of computer culture that cannot be defined absolutely, and it is difficult to define its levels, because the specifications of the computer-educated individual differ from one individual to another, and from time to time also, you find it a luxury in a country What, and you find it necessary in another country. In order to measure and know the level of computer culture among university students, a computerized scale of (40) items with five multiple-choice alternatives were built. In order to know that they have the skills of searching for information electronically, a computerized scale of (21) items were prepared, and a five-point Likert scale was adopted. Results showed that they have computer literacy and therefore they have skills of searching for information electronically at all.</text>

The study results explain (1) the model of online psychological assessment skills training procedure based on the reflective-discussion and experiential learning, and (2) the construct of online psychological assessment media based on the Google platform. Reflective-discussion activities and experiential learning provide direct experience in training to improve online psychological assessment skills. The multi-use of the various platform in google makes the online assessment structured and systematic so that it can provide confidentiality, analysis, and report processing automatically. The Google Platforms could be used for free, simple but give comprehensive integrations. The product still needs to be tested and validated practically of its effectiveness in improving the online psychological assessment skills of high school guidance and counselling teachers.</text>

<text>The following paper intends to employ and consider Pierre Bourdieu’s notion of Symbolic Violence as a theoretical avenue to examine and conceptualise the phenomenon of femicide. The primary goal here is to conduct a philosophical investigation into the gender-biased practice of femicide in order to eventually construct and exhibit the affinity between the generally deemed elementary-physical and the complementary-symbolic facet of this category of violence. To be precise, by categorically alluding to Bourdieu’s notion of habitus and field, the paper attempts to demonstrate how the issue of femicide is substantially embedded in the symbolic schema. I centrally argue for the importance of re-conceptualising femicide as a continuum of symbolic form of violence in order to demonstrate that femicide does not solely necessitate and imply the perceptible physical act of the killing of females, rather, it also involves symbolic connotations. I recognise and expostulate that these symbolic connotations denote the prevalence of unfair and unjust state of affairs and the fact that physical violence is an embodied manifestation of these mundane state of affairs. Towards the end, I show that if we comprehend femicide in view of both the elementary-physical and the complementary-symbolic constituents, we eventually ensue an analogue between them, thereby breaking the physical-symbolic dichotomy. Two fundamental questions that shall be addressed here are- “how can we re-conceptualise femicide by giving thematic consideration to the category of symbolic violence?” and secondly, “what does this re-conceptualisation channel about the long-established physical-symbolic dichotomy with regards to the phenomenon of femicide?”</text>
