<text>The aim of this study is to investigate the determination of university students’ use of mobile technology in an interactive distance education classroom environment. The quantitative research method was used in the research. The research was conducted in the fall semester of 2021–2022. A total of 318 university students continuing their education in Kazakhstan voluntarily participated in the research. In the research, a 4-week online training was given to university students. The ‘distance education and mobile technology’ measurement tool developed by the researchers and compiled by experts in the field was used. The measurement tool was delivered and collected by university students via the online method. The analysis of the data was made by using the SPSS programme, frequency analysis, t-test and analysis of variance (ANOVA) test, and the results were added to the research in the form of tables. According to the results obtained from the research, it has been concluded that while university students’ level of knowledge in terms of distance education and mobile technologies is high, the situation of university students not using mobile technologies is quite low, but the rate of using them very often is quite high; and it is used by reflecting on the distance education systems in the course.</text>

In the process of European constitutionalisation, the European Union continues to struggle for an identity that can generate widespread support amongst its peoples. Against this background it has been suggested by some that a European identity should embrace the Christian values that underpin Europe’s national traditions and cultures. In this paper I shall argue that, instead of relying on a communitarian vision of a ‘Christian Europe’, a European identity should build on a culture of religious tolerance. A European culture of religious tolerance draws on the enduring of difference and the acknowledgement of persisting and intractable conflict as essential experiences of Europe’s Christian past. Thus understood, tolerance lies at the roots of a European identity. At the same time, and through the conditional inclusion of religious diversity in the European Nation-States, a European culture of religious tolerance creates over time new commonalities between Europe’s religiously permeated national traditions. Thus understood, tolerance only brings about the conditions for the development of a supranational European identity that amounts to more than (the sum of) its national counterparts.

<text>Sustainable development has underlined the relevance of education and culture in the specific area. While place-based learning has been shown to be a successful community-oriented approach, this study combined the participation of people in a variety of physical and social activities to develop a local wisdom learning-management model with digital resources application for learners in Thailand's educational innovation sandbox. The 146 key information providers and 340 students from two elementary schools and two secondary schools took part in the research and development process. The results indicated the local wisdom learning model could enhance student’s learning achievement and learning and innovative skills. Key involved persons, learning management goals, local wisdom content, and digital learning resource application are the four critical components including key involved persons, goals of learning management, the content of outstanding local wisdom, and digital learning resources application. In addition, the topic covers the five steps of learning procedures and three evaluation methods. The practical implications for future policy and practice are discussed.</text>

<text>The Russian Orthodox Church has become a significant actor in Russia afterthe fall of the Soviet Union. This text is dedicated to its role in Russiaʼsforeign policy, specifically to the topic of the Russian interest in problemsand protection of Christians, which is one of the most essential parts of thecooperation between the state and the Church. Analyzing primary sources(state and Church documents), the author shows when and under whatcircumstances this topic became relevant to both actors, what role theRussian Orthodox Church played in this regard and how the topic ofprotecting Christians is used by the Russian regime today. The study showsthat the interest in protection of Christians did not arise simultaneously onboth sides and that it is connected mainly with situations where a threat forChristians is posed by unfriendly actors.</text>

<text>The variety of planning and design solutions occasionally turns into an underpinning factor for the defects and maintenance issues in built forms. Defects and maintenance that emerges from deficient design indicate that the design has not been conceded in the perception of quality. Reviewing the nature of deficient designs and resulting maintenance problems in various types of built forms revealed that housing sector is most effective of this phenomenon. The reason could be set as; housing planning, design, and construction are a most practiced activity to address the living needs of the ever-growing world population. This research considered that design quality of housing is severely affected in developing countries. In this regard housing standards and bylaws plays a minor role to ensure the housing quality in developing regions. However, it is notable that, in developing regions, the majority of populations have easy access to mobile communication technology. Therefore, it is possible to use mobile technology to educate the people about quality issues of housing and to help them to evaluate the quality of proposed or existing housing.   At present, the use of mobile technology has not only heightened the need for IT knowledge but also extend the capabilities of many designers/architects and builders. Hence, there is a niche to develop an integrated hub that could appraise the function of each professional involved in housing processes. This research has established a criterion that, the mobile technology can help common people to understand the quality of house/housing and to ascertain it. The results of the research have surfaced a model of mobile application that could be used later to prepare the real-time mobile application to work as a “design quality assessment tool.”</text>

<text>The development of technology has a lot of influence in the field of education, one of which is in terms of learning media. Digital-based learning media are now being developed to create more fun learning, one of which is digital games. It is also known that digital games themselves positively influence increasing student motivation in the learning process. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to prove the effectiveness of digital game-based media in increasing motivation to learn science. The population group consisted of 129 students from Cluster I, North Sukabumi Village schools. Research sampling was carried out by simple random sampling to calculate the number of samples. The Slovin formula was used, which resulted in 98 students as the sample. This study used experimental research methods with a single group pretest-posttest, as for the instrument in a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The type of data analysis used in this research is an inferential analysis using a t-test.  The results of this study indicate that digital game media positively influences students' learning motivation. The literature review comprises 40 studies.  This study also shows that students experience increased learning motivation by using this digital game media. Because with this digital game media, students become more motivated to follow and understand the learning material being taught.</text>
