<text>In the developing countries, women generally have fewer shares in worker organizations. Even when women join the syndicates, they rarely get the high positions as in management. Employers have extremely limited women's access to development. They (employers] usually complain about women absenting from work due to their pregnancy and delivery. They claim that they have suffered costs such as paid leave during their pregnancy or after delivery, and replacement of other workers for them is so difficult and does not have that productivity. Usually, they believe, women are less productive because of their home responsibilities. Another factor that affects the public employment is the age structure, migration, pregnancy rate, population growth, and worker-supply level. However, economic, social, cultural, and political factors affect women's employment for more than population growth factor. War-time and early revolution economic depression brought about changes in the economic system of the country and resulted in transitions in the work market. These transitions and economic depression seriously limited industrial production and productive employment where women's employment was quantitatively and qualitatively affected.</text>

<text>Virtual reality (VR) technology has undergone a huge breakthrough in development and distribution over the last few years. Now it is becoming an increasingly popular tool not only in the field of creating computer games but also in industry and educational process. From the beginning, VR devices were big, uncomfortable, and very expensive. For this reason, they were used mainly in research laboratories, high-tech enterprises, and military installations. Currently, leading companies in the field of new technologies, such as HTC, Google, Sony, Samsung, have filled the market with compact and accessible devices for nesting in the VR. They managed to create a completely new category of consumer goods. The paper is devoted to the study of VR technologies and their use for the development of our own free-of-charge game. The created game combines several genres, escape room with elements of the genre of Shooter (FPS) and Logic. Our game could be used to practice logic and observation.</text>

<text>Bring-Your-Own-Device (BYOD) is a phenomenon whereby an employee brings their own computing devices to work with them and use them in addition to or instead of company-supplied devices. BYOD helps organization to cut cost and improve the utilization of organizational resources. However, the impacts and phenomenon of BYOD is still unknown and scarcely discuss within the body of knowledge; warrant for further exploration of the topic. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to develop and validate an instrument to measure BYOD and its productivity. The research went through various empirical stages. Based on other studies, a list of predictors and dependent variables was adopted. Based on the variables that have been identified, a pilot instrument was created in the second step. Third, an expert review process was used to validate the instrument. The face validity and reliability investigation of possible respondents was completed. As a result, a reliable instrument with six variables and thirty items was created to measures BYOD and productivity in the context of universities students in Malaysia.</text>

<text>When government notices are difficult to understand, making it difficult for intended users to navigate governmental systems, the consequences of failing to respond appropriately to such notices disproportionately negatively affects people from socio-economically marginalized communities, often with severe and long-term consequences to their lives. This paper will discuss current legal challenges in the United States to state Departments of Motor Vehicles’ practices of revoking or suspending the driver’s licenses for failure to pay traffic tickets without first providing them adequate notice of how to prevent or contest the suspension if they are unable to pay. People are less likely to understand confusingly presented information or be able appropriately act on it. People with limited financial means and limited literacy may lack the resources to hire someone to interpret poorly designed documents and are thus left unable to take the steps needed to protect themselves. This paper presents tools to analyze and evaluate the efficacy of government notices according to two questions: (1) Can the intended reader understand the notice?, and (2) How well does the notice inform that intended reader of the key messages?</text>

<text>Accessing and analysing news from around the world has become the key to understanding the global security environment. In view of this, in 1941, United States (U.S.) President Franklin D. Roosevelt established an office called the Foreign Broadcast Information Service (FBIS), to be run out of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). The office's mandate was simple: translate the news from around the world for US policy-makers to make informed decisions. However, in the past, there was only a handful of electronic and print media which needed to be scoured for news by analysts. But, in the current times, the situation has changed drastically. In today's world, there is a multitude of news platforms that produce an immense amount of news data that require a large number of analysts to process the information—making such an organisation uneconomical and unwieldy.</text>

<text>The most powerful tool of EU foreign policy in dealing with potential candidate countries (and beyond) is that of political conditionality. The successes of this policy, as well as its spectacular failures, have been largely well documented by the political science research community. Far less research, however, goes into explaining the scenarios where the EU goes “beyond conditionality” (Teokarevic 2003) in its dealings with potential candidates for membership in the EU. The goal of this paper is to explain the extremely intensive and pro-active EU involvement in the drafting of the Constitution of Serbia and Montenegro and the subsequent attempts by Brussels to determine the future nature of the union between these neighboring republics. In answering this question the paper looks at the history of EU’s involvement in the region and attempts to provide a theoretical framework that can best provide the explanation for the motivation of EU’s policy makers to utilize such a direct strategy of involvement that goes far “beyond conditionality”.

<text>Though in this modern society men and women are said to be given equal rights, having no gender discrimination, women are still considered weak and endlessly facing rape, domestic violence, eve-teasing, workplace violence, physical assault, cyberbullying even being killed. In South Asian countries, like Bangladesh, India, Pakistan there are thousands of cases regarding violence against women. The use of ICT including smartphone applications can be an aid in building awareness and support against these issues. Although several applications were developed worldwide, but not out there online for sensible use. In this paper, we aspire to present women with a technical solution by providing them a mobile application “SuperWomen” that is centered on urban and rural women of Asian countries and also available online. Not only women, but its voice-controlled siren feature is also a great help for physically challenged individuals, that works even on the lock screen. Survey feedback of this application shows that it takes care of each pre-incidental and post-incidental condition like an expert. This application provides user-friendly navigation for women with less technical knowledge. Its key features are secret button emergency SMS alert, location sharing with any social media, lawyer chatbot, pictorial self-defense techniques, etc. The effectiveness of this application has been justified through extensive literature review, application benchmark, performance evaluation, user survey, deployment in Google Play Store. We believe that this will bring a holistic resolution to safeguard suppressed women worldwide. </text>
