The equations governing the axisymmetric flow are solved and provided the analytical expressions for axial velocity, stream function, pressure difference for shear thickening and shear thinning fluids and the effect of emerging parameters on the pressure rise with time averaged flux and stream line patterns have been discussed graphically. The trapping phenomenon results showed that the size of trapping bolus enhances with increasing values of first and second slip parameters.</text>

<text>The forward and backward linkages between conservation, governance and people’s initiatives have been a widely accepted paradigm in the domain of sustainable forest management. Forest Rights Act, 2006, is remarkable as it is the only law which is based on the principles of inclusion by recognizing the decision making authority of hamlet level Gram Sabhas in conservation. This paper looks at the existing institutional frameworks for conservation, i.e. forest and its resource management including land tenureship and to address societal needs of ethnic communities. The analysis is done within the backdrop of the assigned roles of hamlet level Gram Sabhas in FRA with special focus on the Anamalai region, Central Kerala within the distribution area of Kadar (notified particularly vulnerable) ethnic community. The progress of FRA implementation in this region has been discussed as a measure of the shifting of exclusive institutional frameworks to an inclusive one</text>

<text>The development of mobile technology has an important role to play in achieving 21st-century skills. Collaborative skills and problem-solving are seen as fundamental skills for achieving 21st-century skills as a whole. This study aims to develop collaborative problem-solving based on mobile multimedia (CPMM) to achieve student collaborative and problem-solving skills. Multimedia development life cycle (MDLC) is used as a research method to develop CPMM. The CPMM was developed by involving 100 students at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Surabaya, Indonesia. The CPMM development result consisted of three main features. The first feature was the homepage which was used to show student profiles and progress in the course. The second feature was collaborative to become a forum for students to discuss and interact in multi-way mobile ways to solve problems. The third feature was evaluation as tasks from a lecturer to individual students to solve problems. In addition, the study results showed that CPMM was valid and effective for improving students' collaborative and problem-solving skills. This study recommends that CPMM can be used as an essential study and the basis for lecturers and practitioners to develop 21st-century student skills as a whole (not only collaborative and problem-solving skills) to produce graduates who are ready to face the revolutionary era 4.0.</text>

<text>In recent years, the noticeable move towards using mobile devices (mobile phones and PDAs) and wireless technologies have made information available in the context of "anytime, anywhere using any mobile device" experience. Delivering information to mobile devices needs some sort of communication means such as Push, Pull, or mixed (Push and Pull) technologies to deliver any chunk of information (events, ads, advisory tips, learning materials, etc.). Events are the most important pieces of information that should be delivered timely wherever the user is. Agent-based technology offers autonomous, flexible, adaptable, and reliable way of delivering events to any device, anywhere, and on time. Publish/subscribe communication model is the basic infrastructure for event-based communication. In this paper, we define the need to mobilize the event notification process in educational environment and the possible categories of event notifications that students can receive from their educational institution. This paper also proposes a framework for agent-based mobile event notification system. The proposed framework is derived from the concept of pushâ??based publish/subscribe communication model but taking advantage from software agents to serve in the mobile environment. Finally, the paper provides a detailed analysis for the proposed system.</text>

To communicate information a fleet of drones can use different communication architectures: centralized communication architecture, satellite communication architecture, cellular network communication architecture and a specific AdHoc communication architecture called the UAANET drones architecture. In our work we focused specifically on the routing of information inside the UAANET where we analyze and compare the performances of the reactive protocol AODV and the proactive protocol OLSR, when the UAANET use an applications based on the HTTP protocol, the FTP protocol, the database queries, voice application, and video conferencing application.</text>

<text>The promotion of democracy in Cuba has been, especially after the Cold War, a distinguishing feature of US foreign policy towards Havana. This article analyzes the evolution in US democracy promotion in Cuba, especially after the latest openings to Cuba (December 2014). Regarding the promotion of democracy on the island, the so-called 'abandonment of democracy' in US foreign policy never took place, and this implies a renovated effort to foster regime change - or at least a regime evolution - in Cuba. Obama resisted the virulent and invasive rhetoric of the 'Bush doctrine', and introduced some changes in US-Cuba state-to-state relations, while giving a strong relevance to the 'people-to-people's diplomacy' and 'public diplomacy', still perceived as tools to foster a political change on the island.</text>

<text>During the social distancing, an increasing number of people use communication applications, various types of digital tools and programs. Various video conferencing platforms are regularly used in the educational environment. The study presents the analyses how intensive is the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the educational environment and how it can change cognitive-behavioral gender differences. This is particularly important to pay a special attention to the analysis of gender as a dynamic category, to take into account the processes of gender socialization and transformation of gender identification in the changing social environment. The research methods also included a set of additional methods, such as a focus group on different aspects of gender-specific behavior in the digital learning environment, putting together collages, as well as the method of the unfinished sentence related to the impact of ICT on teachers' professional development and well-being. In the course of the study, it was recognised that the design of social models of male and female gender-specific behaviour includes more than the basic gender identity and gender stability: in today's society, there is a multiplicity of views on the similarities and differences of gender-specific behaviours, and a rapid change in the accepted social guidelines and behavioural patterns is in progress, socio-cultural norms that define the psychological characteristics of women and men, their patterns of behaviour.</text>

<text>Based on a conceptualization of WhatsApp as a boundary object that permits educational institutions to cross over from in-school teaching to out-of-school teaching, this study investigated the viability of WhatsApp as a mobile learning (m-Learning) technology tool for the continuity of teaching and learning in Botswana during and beyond the COVID-19 pandemic. Utilizing a narrative review of the literature, we found that WhatsApp’s viability is supported by Botswana’s high mobile phone penetration rate, the extensive coverage of the country’s mobile broadband network, reduced domestic internet prices and research findings of WhatsApp’s technological, educational and academic advantages elsewhere. However, teachers require training to develop relevant technological and pedagogical competences. WhatsApp’s viability also requires inclusive access for all children including those from rural poor families and living with disabilities, and the protection of children learning online from mobile phone dependency and exposure to potentially harmful content and abuse.</text>
