<text>Transportation is extremely important in society's day-to-day operations. A major portion of the working class in most cities go to work and school regularly. Commuting can be used for a variety of reasons, including relaxation, dining out, and other activities. Land transportation, which includes the use of both individual and commercial cars, is the most frequent mode of transportation in North Cyprus, particularly in emerging cities... Commercial transportation, on the other hand, has a significant cost benefit over having a personal vehicle. Taxis are becoming increasingly popular, particularly in the cities of Nicosia, Famagusta, and Karenina. Before, the institutions providing such services were unable to reach as many people as they would have liked, particularly in rural areas. Given the widespread use of smartphones in this area, there is an urgency to reach more customers while taking care of the existing ones. Some businesses in North Cyprus have implemented mobile applications to be used by their consumers, but North Cab Taxi is still a work in progress. Instead, the company uses a Web-based cab reservation system. North Cab has realized the necessity for a smartphone version of its cab booking service for it to keep a competitive step above its competition.</text>

<text>The use of augmented reality as a teaching aid among teachers is becoming more widespread. So, it is a must to create a holistic framework of augmented reality in order to enhance the teaching and learning context. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop an augmented reality immersive learning design (AILeaD) framework by using the Fuzzy Delphi Technique. The objective of this research is to gain experts’ consensus in building and identifying constructs and elements as well as their place in the AILeaD framework. The Fuzzy Delphi Technique is used as a systematic method to evaluate, verify as well as to make a decision in modifying all needed constructs and elements in order to create the AILeaD framework through the consensus of the experts. The research questionnaire is divided into three sections which are technology skills, instructional designs and type of augmented reality applications in a total of 36 items and using the Likert-7point scale. The sample of this research consists of 10 experts from educational technology, teaching technology, augmented reality and model development. The finding showed that the experts agreed and approved all of the constructs and elements where the three conditions were fulfilled which are the item value is less than or same with the threshold value (d) < 0.2, experts' consensus percentage exceeded 75% and defuzzification value per item exceeded α-cut = 0.5. This study could contribute to the educational policy that focuses on the development of teaching quality with the improvement of existing skills among educators through the innovation and utilization of technology in the teaching and learning context. This is in line with Malaysia Education Blueprint known as Shift 7 (2013 – 2025) where it leverages the utilization of ICT to enhance the quality of education in Malaysia. The implication of this study is to make the AILeaD framework as a guideline for teachers, lecturers and instructional designers in producing the teaching aids in accordance with augmented reality and taking Gagne Nine Events, Cognitive Theory of Multimedia Learning dan Revised Bloom Taxonomy into account.</text>

<text>Abstract— The use of apps has become increasingly common in higher institutions and often linked with the needs of the current generation. This qualitative study investigates the perception of undergraduate students at a university in Malaysia as part of a need analysis to develop a university orientation app. Fifteen participants were interviewed and the findings suggest that the participants have a positive perception of having the app. The positive perception is mainly based on the needs to navigate around the campus where the apps will help to make the navigation easier and effective by serving as ‘one-stop information center’. In addition to the navigation purpose, the potential users request gamification elements to keep them interested in using the app. This paper concludes that an appealing orientation app for the students should expose them to the university surrounding and at the same time contain gamification elements. </text>

This study aims to develop an android-based interactive e-module on trigonometries’ topic to enhance the learning motivation of students. The topic of trigonometry is chosen because it lacks to be discussed. Many Android-based interactive e-modules are generally limited on numbers. On the other hand, online learning policies during pandemics make many students feel bored, one of which is because the learning applied by the learning media or methods chosen by teachers is monotonous and less attractive. The contents of this e-module consist of learning outcomes, material descriptions, learning videos, and quizzes. The method in this study is Research and Development with the ADDIE model. The ADDIE model has five stages: Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The main key in this method is the iteration process. Before the trial, the e-module is validated by substantial experts and learning media’s experts. The substantial experts gave a score of 4.32 out of 5 which indicates the modules are valid substantially. The learning media’s expert gave a score of 4.18 out of 5 which indicates the modules are very valid. Then, these e-modules are implemented into small classes and large classes. The practicality and the effectiveness of these e-modules are measured. The practicality of these e-modules in the small class has a score 4.18 out of 5, while it has a score of 4.28 out of 5 in the large class. The effectiveness of this e-modules in small class have score 4.28 out of 5, while it has score 4.31 out of 5 in a large class. These results indicate that android-based interactive e-modules are effective and recommended to be used in the teaching-learning process on trigonometry. The development of technology is growing very rapidly, then it should be used for improving many important aspects of our daily life, such as learning innovation. <text>Conversational technology has recently emerged effectively; it helps people in communicating with smart devices such as smartphones by using human language. When they emerged, they enabled and assisted users to perform various functions such as gathering information, conducting transactions, having general conversations, and easily navigating web services and entertainment. They not only have an impact on people in general by improving customer service as they can provide answers to any inquiries but also facilitated navigation by assisting people with disabilities by interacting with a system that deals with voices or any other human language. In addition, recently they started to play a significant role in enterprise systems by supporting employees as they are assisted in learning the newly implemented system. As virtual assistants, they contribute to better accessibility, and acceptance, and also reduce the costs associated with customer service. This paper provides a chatbot system that helps the employees to learn how to deal with the newly installed ERP system flexibly and easily, which helps in solving one of the common problems that occur when switching to the ERP system.</text>

<text>Contradictions and levels of difficulty in the industrial era 4.0, especially culinary changes occur very quickly which requires humans to have the capability, to become individuals who have the skills to act. This study provides an assessment to measure the capabilities of vocational education students in statistics through instruments that have been designed and examine the competencies and soft skills that affect capabilities for future work in industry 4.0. The instrument was developed through mobile technology using Google Form and this research was conducted using quantitative methods and analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis. A total of 245 respondents from vocational education students in the culinary program were observed using a questionnaire that had been designed. Based on the results of the test analysis of exogenous confirmatory factors and endogenous indicators of capability (literacy, numeracy, ICT, critical and creative thinking, personal and social skills, and ethical understanding) showed significant value, while the reliability relationship with Cronbach alpha showed values> 0.06 which means significant. Based on the results of the goodness of fit test, this research model is fit which that means the mobile-based instruments that have been developed in this study are feasible to test the capabilities of students in vocational education at culinary programs</text>
