According to the observation, the smartphone eventually broadcasts some packets of data containing MAC layers data. The period of broadcasting data depends on the smartphone’s state (active scanning/sleep). Besides MAC layers data, we also detect/capture other parameters, i.e., wireless signature data transmitted by smartphone (RSSI) and Time-stamp. The RSSI value measured in this test has a range from –30 dBm to –80 dBm. The result proves that different smartphones give different RSSI values (each smartphone emits different power strength). The RSSI value has more significant changes in a short-range (in this test result, 1 to 10 meters) and less significant change in a long-distance (above 20 meters). MAC address, time-stamp, and RSSI scanned/captured successfully through Raspberry Pi from the smartphones can be used as a reference for various purposes/applications in future work, such as Wi-Fi scanning/tracking system. I formulate a theoretical framework that highlights the authority of the three international organizations (IOs) and their actions as the drivers of their media visibility. The empirical analysis is based on a unique dataset that maps, using natural language processing tools, the content of more than 2.9 million news articles published in January-September 2022 across virtually all states of the world and 60 languages. The empirical results show that NATO’s initial media visibility was high but has decreased significantly over time, the EU has maintained a persistently strong media visibility throughout the period, and the visibility of the UN has been characterized by dynamic developments. These findings have important implications for the public image and the role of the three IOs in the war. The sustainability of diving and snorkelling tourism is highly dependent on the quality and safety of the services provided. The regime already contemplates the role of operators, the impact of sting-protective swimwear and other matters. An independent review of the State’s workplace laws in 2017 influenced changes to the law to improve its clarity, enforcement and prosecutions. However, this article argues that in relation to the management of marine stinger risks, with further slight adjustments to enhance clarity and consistency, the regulatory framework could achieve greater effectiveness in terms of compliance. This is important in a harmonised regulatory system. Other jurisdictions in Australia facing dangerous jellyfish hazards can refer to Queensland’s laws as a model of industry standards for the provision of safer recreational water activities. In this context, we make a study aiming at the detection of cross-linguistic plagiarism based on Natural language Preprocessing (NLP), Embedding Techniques, and Deep Learning. Many systems have been developed to tackle this problem, and many rely on machine learning and deep learning methods. In this paper, we propose Cross-language Plagiarism Detection (CL-PD) method based on Doc2Vec embedding techniques and a Siamese Long Short-Term Memory (SLSTM) model. Embedding techniques help capture the text's contextual meaning and improve the CL-PD system's performance. To show the effectiveness of our method, we conducted a comparative study with other techniques such as GloVe, FastText, BERT, and Sen2Vec on a dataset combining PAN11, JRC-Acquis, Europarl, and Wikipedia. The experiments for the Spanish-English language pair show that Doc2Vec+SLSTM achieve the best results compared to other relevant models, with an accuracy of 99.81%, a precision of 99.75%, a recall of 99.88%, an f-score of 99.70%, and a very small loss in the test phase.
